Friendliness of staff. Rooms very clean and serviced daily. Nice pool to swim in, swim up bar was being renovated so unable to use. Staff made sure you we're well looked after. Good locations, 10min walk to the eateries we liked

Rooms are looking a little tired - place was under renovations with builders and sub contractors working late at night and if you didn't complain then they just kept on working. Around the pool area was very slippery and whilst we were there saw 3 people have nasty slips/falls. Staff were always very polite and nice.

Pool area was clean and tidy and relaxing. Pool bar was nice. Room was spacious and clean, comfy bed. The area of the hotel was kept to a high standard. Nice to feed the fish.

The gardens and facilities were lovely. I highly recommend a garden courtyard room. Only qualm is that everything extra was at a cost, to bring a drink to the pool was a charge, and swim up bar was not a bar.

Me and my daughter have just spent a beautiful week here. Friendly, helpful and relaxed - but professional. The hotel has its own shop. The pool is beautiful, breakfast is great and the location is perfect. Despite the local so close to the Main Street in Kuta, it is quiet and protected. We will be back.

It was nice but I'll try somewhere else next time. Safe broke twice, kettle didn't work and reading light didn't work. They did fix all these in a timely manner however is annoying to waste time when you only there for 5 days. Woke up every morning at 6 from sweeping outside but not too bad as I didn't plan a sleep in. The thing that was the most frustrating was they had someone book it the pool area from lunchtime for the rest of the day. Wasn't told this until we find a note on the bed telling us the next day the pool is unavailable. Our holiday plans were shipping and relaxing by the pool. We did the shopping first and planned to spend the last two days by the pool so to then find out it was shut was very annoying

Great resort staff beautiful need more lounges around pool area

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is currently undergoing renovations but these don’t disrupt anything. Unfortunately we were in a room that still has to be renovated and it was very tired looking with the bathroom, although kept hygienically clean, just looked dirty and run down. That said the housecleaning staff were diligent and thorough every day. Apart from this the rest of the hotel was lovely and the pool area was an enjoyable place to rest up and enjoy the food & drink. All the staff we encountered were smiling, friendly and attentive. The buffet breakfast was good value. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance and for those who like to shop, without bartering, there is a massive new looking shopping mall next to the hotel with all the recognisable brand names.

Directly across the road from Kuta Beach and a few minutes walk to Beachwalk shopping centre or Poppies II Lane for shopping. Nice big pool with a swim up bar too!

Room was super clean. Staff were always nice and smiling. The highlight of the stay was the delicious breakfast buffet including a lot of different tasty indonesian and balinese food which is included by the way. Great shopping next door including a grocery. The beach is right in front of the hotel. Everything is walkable nearby.

I do not recommend staying here at all. - All of the doors were warped. - Bed was like sleeping on a rock ( literally) - The shower had no hot water - Black mold in the shower. - Toothpaste from the previous occupants all up the wall. - Tv randomly turned on in the middle of the night. ( And the best ) both my friend and i got Bali belly 2 hours after eating in their restaurant. My advice, go anywhere else. ( i have photos)

The hotel was not clean at all! Showers had mould and had several insects in the room including a cockroach in the shower. Although the place wasn’t the nicest stay the staff went above and beyond. They even gave my partner a cute birthday cake during the evening. Other than that you get what you paid for I guess.

Clean but tired property

The bed spring was not in good condition anymore. Could feel an obvious dent where i slept. When I came back to the room on the second day there was a dead cockcroach under the sink, and this was after they have already cleaned the room.

Bathroom smelt of urine and room had a bad odour.

Very clean room and only one maintenance problem which was seen to promptly. Staff very courteous

While the room was always clean, there was a strong smell that was not good. We came the conclusion it was from the products that they used to clean. Our major issue however was the one key to each room policy. Not convenient at all.

Rooms and bathroom good size clean. No power sockets near your bedside table though. Build long before we need to charge phone etc. it is so close the beach and all the shops. Breakfast selection is good too. Staff are lovely and friendly.

Hotel is is fine, staff is nice, poolare is great. But when you provide an "insecure" internet with real low speed it's not ok for 2023. Internet got to be upgraded to secure as it is madness to use anything else. I had to buy E-Sim and use internet thru my phone. So if you are working this is not the place to go.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was clean and had a patio area. The breakfast options were sufficient. There are several places to eat or have coffee nearby. The WiFi was just okay. It’s not far from the beach, but you have to walk a long way to get there.

+ Veldig fint hotell. Rolig bassengområde. Herlig garden house (room nr 101). Meget kald a/c. God frokost med godt utvalg. Veldig vennlig personale. - Vanskelig å styre a/c. Veldig harde senger.

My husband and I just stayed here for 10 nights. The property it’s well maintained and cleaned daily. Aircon is A ( we had to turn it off we got cold 😂) Our room was lovely although they are currently doing renovations and it can get a little noisy (can’t really complain it’s for the better) breakfast buffet was good. Staff are all lovely. Pool was clean, Over all we had a great experience staying here.

Overall, I would say that I would stay at this hotel was very good. The room very large safe and clean. However, the bed was not super comfortable. The pool area and food. Options were great. We enjoyed eating there and spent much time at the pool. the staff were very kind. The location is very walkable to the mall and many other amenities and the beach. The only negative I can say is about Kuta itself and not the hotel. The area is very loud and congested and unfortunately the beach is very dirty with lots of littering. I was very sad to see all of this however it is not the responsibility of the hotel, it just tainted our overall impression of the area. I would not recommend staying for a long period of time in the Kuta area unless you were aware of these potential negative points. We did end up, checking out early to go and stay on Nusa Lembongan for a much different vibe but again it’s not an issue with the hotel but the overall city location

Lovely stay. Excellent staff, whatever their wage, they deserve a raise. Above and beyond for all mine and my partners needs.

Our trip was so good we extended from 4 to 11 days. Why? It was so very central to all that interested us for a relaxing stay. The staff, offered the very best in service and that is from the garden staff, room staff through to the Reception and I must at this point mentiion Maniez, I took note of her name on her uniform pin. She was so efficient but with a very pleasant manner. Even the pool tenders and onto the breakfast staff. Not once were we not offered big broad smiles and a hello when just passing by. The grounds where immaculate and to top it off we had fish to feed in the mornings and a huge banang tree with a family of squirrels. Oh so delightful. The paths would have new frangapi flowers dropped over night and it just looked like it was staged. The location was super, a half block away was an up market new Mall with world known brands ie Dior, Zara etc. called the Beachwalk here we also found the star of our Dining experience "Sardinas". You must go to this restrauant the meals were perfect the staff amazing and a star young bali girl "Desak". Her service was amazing. Next recommendation was to walk about 800 meters along the beach boardwalk toward Legian, there you will find a beach bar called "Josephs Bar and Grill", which boasts a clean stainless kitchen which produces tasty food on the free beach tables, this was the only time I ate from local food premises the Satay skewers "YUM" Thank you Joseph for lovely evening sunsets.

Have stayed here a few times before and the Girls at reception really go the extra mile for you. They are amazing with kids and really spent the time engaging with my son.

I must say the property is absolutely gorgeous and the staff is super friendly however the reception employees feel like they are doing you a favour by allowing you to stay. No concept of customer service or assistance, we needed to escalate every issue to the hotel management. Very frustrating and tends to stress your vacation for no other reason.

Hotel, on appearance, is pleasant and clean. Nicely laid out with all that is required for a small stay. Staff were very friendly. We found this a common theme as we travelled around Bali. However, I was kept waiting almost an hour past check in time before room was available. Room was ok, but towels were rough & past there best. Bath robes also past there best. One was white & one was decidedly off white. No mini bar as stated in the list of amenities. Coffee & tea making facilities, but no filtered water available. The bed, which had quite a lumpy mattress topper, was also in need of updating. As our stay was for 2 nights, the room was adequate, but we believe fell below the standard of a suite in a 4 star hotel

I have recently returned from the Grand Istana Rama Hotel and was really pleased with my stay there. To get the negatives out of the way first which are few in my opinion. The shower in room 525 had a fixed head that directs water across the shower. It could do with being adjustable. The water temperature control is also a little erratic so takes a lot of adjustment to get it right. The reception will not issue key cards to individuals and will only issue one per room. This seems ridiculous and inconvenient as many want the flexibility to come and go independently to each other. I had issues with the room safe and it took three attempts to get it sorted. My friend in a different room had the same issue so I wonder if they all need to be properly serviced. I locked myself out of the room so tried to use the house home to contact reception to get help. It didn’t work and when I spoke to reception they advised me they didn’t work. Remove them or repair them seems the sensible options. Now the positives. The staff made the stay really pleasurable. They are all so friendly, always acknowledge you and make you feel special. The rooms are maybe dated but are perfectly adequate and comfortable in my opinion. The beds are super comfortable and cleaned to a high standard. Nice touches like water replaced daily in the room. Flexible house keeping who work around your times and not theirs. The rooms are set in lovely gardens and offer a quiet solace from bus

I really appreciate the friendly, helpful, and wonderful staff. Several of my communications prior to arrival were promptly answered and very accommodating. A very positive first impression of Bali. The hotel is very well kept. Clean. It does show its age at times, but worked very well for my low budget. Food selection within walking distance was pretty good. I would return, provided hotel ownership has not changed.

ビーチウォークのすぐ隣で便利です。 クタビーチへも道路を挟んですぐに行けて、サーフィンするにも良い立地です。 ホテル内は緑が綺麗で良く手入れされており静かです。 スタッフも皆さん手際良く安心感があって良いです。 また宿泊したいです。

Great location to start our Bali trip. The hotel is just across the street from the beach and in a busy area but the so was so quiet at night. Would come back:)

Good location next to big shopping centre & Poppies lane.

老舗ホテルに初めて宿泊しました。敷地内の散歩は快適でとても楽しく過ごせました。 今まで、あまり経験がなかったのですが、今回宿泊代を予約時に支払っていたのに 「デポジット１０ミリオン（1万円弱）」と言われ なぜだろう？と思っていました。 今回予約時に朝食をつけ忘れていたようで チェックインの段階で案内がないなあ、と思って、後から確認したら朝食の予約がないということでした。 デポジットはそういう意味合いかと理解して滞在を過ごしました。 滞在中、朝食はホテル外でとり、昔のような感じで、ちょっと面白い体験ができました チェックアウト時にデポジットで預けた「１０ミリオン」はそのまま返金されました。 （朝食代金2名３日分だったのかなあ？と思いました。） パンタイクタの目の前のホテルなので 道路を渡れば　すぐに海岸ですので、毎日短時間ですが、海岸の散歩も楽しかったです。 雨に何度か降られたりしたので　部屋に備え付けの傘は助かりました。 いろいろ古くはなっていますが 改装もしているし、便利な場所にあるので おすすめです。

We stayed only one night at this property. It is centrally located in Kuta, right in front of the Kuta Beach. Easy walking to the beach and lots of shopping and dining options. We loved their breakfast spread with lots of options. Friendly staff and well maintained property. The only con was they don't have a lift in the property, but it is only has two floors. The staff was kind enough to help us with the luggage.

Fabulous location with only 5 minutes walk from my room to the beach. Excellent swimming pool and vibrant garden. Helpful staff.

Beautiful hotel. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice. Food at 2 of their 3 restaurants was yummy, we didn’t eat at the Teppanyaki Bar. Live entertainment every night. Grounds immaculate and beautiful. Fantastic large pool with 3 different depth levels and staffed swim up bar. Housekeeping everyday. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Shower Water pressure super and hot! Fantastic wifi connection. Directly across the road from Kuta beach. Right next door to Beachwalk Mall and very central to all other shopping. We loved everything about this hotel. Will definitely be the place to stay next time we visit. Highly recommended.

朝食が不味い

Great place to stay, just found pricing for food and drinks to be quite high. Cocktail menu is average, the range is much and they are all very citrus based. In saying that the espresso martini from 69 Bar is one of the best I’ve ever had ! Breakfast buffet was ok but not fantastic. Staff are lovely and helpful And rooms are as described. Pool is quite warm which was a little bit of a bummer as the temperature difference between outside the water and in were next to nothing and in the Bali heat you want the relief of jumping in a cool pool. Location was great for the waterfront shopping centre and poppies lane 2 only a 2 minute walk down the road. Overall a good experience.

Outstanding value for money with beautiful grounds and excellent pool. Buffet dinner was excellent with good fresh seafood. Opposite to Kuta beach for beer at sunset people watching. Highly recommended.

The hotel was ok the room was ok but could of been cleaned better in the bathroom the shower was blocked and flooded the floor we told the hotel but wasn’t fixed before we left it wasn’t a hotel I would go back to . The food wasn’t all that great on the all can eat bbq .

Buffet Breakfast was terrible and not tasty and not much of variety, also they put me in a room with no windows apart from a small window in the bathroom that wouldn’t open and it was very dungeon dark nothing like the pictures on website and when asked to change room with window in the bedroom to let in some light and fresh air they presented me with a bill that I was told by management I wouldn’t have to pay as I checked out a day earlier, also the swimming pool was dirty with hair floating in it and not being filtered out and cleaned each day I am assuming. Also got Bali belly from hotels breakfast and overall experience wasn’t up to the four star rating. Would never stay there again!!!!

Staffs are all friendly and helpful. It is less than two blocks walk to the outdoor mall. The room has nice air conditioner and you can adjust the temperature to your liking. It is raining season so it rains every day but not all day. It heavy rain and then stop. The bed I slept in was comfy. The hotel has two restaurants. I prefer to eat the traditional Balinese dishes but they have western food as well. The Kuta beach is across the street. Be careful of the ladies and men will try to sell their stuff and sell their services like massage and hair braiding. I was hassle by them .
