Laundry room flooded-staff did nothing!!!There price is not guaranteed. They charge for everything from towels, pots pans, utensils. There is no amenities and the price per night was $115 not the $64 advertised. Complete bummer of a stay and way too expensive for nothing.

It was nice. It had all the essentials. Felt like I was back in college in a dormitory. But it was helpful that we got to check in online early so that once we got there. We could just unload our things and then head straight to our room. On the other hand…we were a little put off that the only vending was on the first floor and it only took card, not cash. And it automatically puts a $10 hold on the card, even if you only got one item. So you felt more obligated to grab more since the money wouldn’t be there anyways. Also, my girlfriend did the digital key option and it didn’t even work. And then when we were checking out we waited for 40 minutes for their only luggage cart to become available. And when they called us to tell us that it was I went down to get it, and it was gone again. We waited almost another hour just to start taking our things down one by one ourselves.

It’s good, very clean and fairly new accommodations. Safety is my only concern. The side door (supposedly only an exit) was always open (even though you need your room key to get in) because people would leave things blocking the door from completely closing. Cleaning people and even front desk passed by and said nothing, meaning anyone could access the hotel from the side door with no problem :/

It’s not the best place to stay! They advertise for $64 a night but you have too book 7 days at a time other wise it’s $115 a night. Even if you book 4 days they still charge you 115 a night. There is no amenities. You get bare bone room so you have to come with your own towels, your own toilet paper, your dishes pots pan utensils and your own shampoo soap ect. The laundry room floods and your shoes get soaked if you need to do laundry wear boots. They won’t clean it up. Everything is a charge. Towels $10. Pots and Pans $30, plates and utensils $30. No room refresh unless you stay 2 weeks. Staff were not helpful on anything. They were never at the desk always had to call (shout) for them to come to desk. Sucks to spend $115 a night plus fees for nothing.

I got there at 5:30 and was told I have to wait an hour so the room can be cleaned. Mind you check in is at 3:00pm. Fine I booked last minute so maybe my fault. (Earlier that day) then I heard the elevators were OUT OF ORDER so I asked for a lower level. But then I get back after an hour and was told I was on the top (4th) floor. Ok whatever luckily I'm in decent shape. But when I was in my room eating by myself, the room phone rings, scaring the crap out of me, at it's the lady from the front and just rudely says "we've had lots of complaints" and I'm like okay about what? She says the noise! Are you stomping around up there?!! I was like No I'm just eating! Although at the same time I did hear a lot of noise out in the hall, which I mentioned to her. She just says ok and hangs up. I'm not upset at her asking about noises it's just her attitude in which she automatically blamed me, instead of asking. She just saw that I was a solo guest why would she assume or ask it was me making such noises 🙄Though she wasn't wrong about the noise. I'm guessing it was kids up and down the hallway. My room was right by the stairs. Because of all the noises and people using the stairs I didn't get much needed rest. Which was a-shame because the hotel is new and I had high hopes for.

I stayed at this hotel for two weeks and the experience was completely unacceptable. From the moment I arrived, there were no basic toiletries or essentials in the room no toilet paper, no soap, no shampoo, no trash romper nothing, no light housekeeping for our room.The bathroom was bare. I had to go downstairs and ask for soap just to wash my hands. Thankfully,I had toilet paper in my car because there was none provided. There was no room service, no cleaning, no towel changing or bedsheet change throughout my entire stay.On the 7th day, I asked the receptionist when the room would be cleaned,and he told me that they don’t offer cleaning and that cleaners only comes once every2 weeks!meaning I would go the entire week the entire time without clean linens or a cleaned room. When I asked again for clean bedsheets,i was told that I had to remove the hotel’s bedsheets myself and then carry them downstairs to them if I need a clean sheet.I couldn’t believe I was being asked to do housekeeping tasks in a hotel I was paying to stay in.Meanwhile, I regularly saw cleaners in the hallway, but they never entered my room.It was confusing and frustrating, especially as no part of their website or listing made it clear that housekeeping is not provided and that guests are responsible for swapping their own sheets . And also the back entrance door was always left wide open, meaning anyone off the street could walk into the building through the back without hotel.

If you don’t understand who/what people “live” at economically priced hotels, move on. Also there will be no frills here. The kitchen does not provide any utensils, cookware, etc but you get a full sized fridge, sink, dishwasher, cooktop and some cabinets. The AC works, but it will not keep up efficiently. Example.. if you set it to 70.. prepare for it to get to 74 or so before it kicks back on. Minor in my opinion. First room I got, the AC didn’t work, they switched my room and it was no problem. There is no maid service.. without an additional fee. Housekeeping comes every 14 days if I read the fine print AT the hotel/remember it correctly. Just fyi. Don’t bet on using the workout room. There was some teenager using it as his personal tiktok studio when we were there… allllll day long. He’ll likely still be there when you go. Cops were at the hotel at least 2x during my 5 day stay. Nothing big that I saw, probably your typical noise complaint, move subjects on, etc kind of calls. All together.. for the price… cheap stay, staff doesn’t seem all that attentive, probably some drug activity (more than just weed) - however, none of it concerned me and it wasn’t near where my room was, so it was fine. I write this so you have a clear picture of where you’re staying.

Wasn’t aware that dishware and cookware had to be rented apart from the booking. That would have been good to know ahead of time. Parking lot had several spots marked off due to construction

Beware, no cleaning service ever if you stay long term even though you are paying just like short terms.

There was black mold in my AC unit, the night time desk girl would go out and lock the front doors to smoke a cigarette in her car, knowing we were outside and couldn’t get back in. Half the dryers work and half don’t, so when it takes your money, you’re just out of luck. The location is away from everything! Spend the extra $20-$40 to stay IN Frisco/Plano. This place is absolutely awful and caters to the homeless.

Beds are comfortable and pillows. I enjoyed my stay at this extended stay. Very clean. I stayed here with my family.

For long term stays, beware- they don’t clean your room even if you stay more than 2 weeks. I read the cleaning policy and they are supposed to clean every 2 weeks. I’ve renewed my stay for 2+ months now, each stay averaging at least 14-18 days. I’ve requested cleaning each rebook and they do not clean. I am still a hotel guest but not treated as one. If you are booking longer than 2 weeks, be prepared to deal with promises and no-shows for room cleaning requests.

The walls are very thin, I was waking up throughout the night due to either a door slamming or someone slamming cabinets in their room. It was no amenities so you would have to bring your own everything. I wouldn’t recommend if you looking for quiet at night.

Stayed in a room for 4 people. Only had 2 towels. Asked for more and had to wait an hour for more. Went down after an hour and waited for 15 mins until someone came to the front desk. We didn’t get much sleep because the people next to use had kids screaming and hitting the wall all night. We could hear every foot step the people above us would take. The room and hotel was very well kept and clean though.

Clean, minimalistic, simple and fairly new. No hangers, no blow dryer, no ironing board

The hotel staff is professional and courteous. The common areas are well kept & smell nice. The property is well lit & secure. My stay was almost perfect aside from the construction workers on the 4th floor with heavy boots and slamming doors starting @ 05:30 & sometimes loud music. This issue was Not completely resolved for me.

My television was stuck on one channel and my first two mornings the water for my shower was lukewarm. I did say something to the front desk, 2 different people about the water and the television. When I checked out the television still was not changing channels and the water was finally hot.

TV did not work. We asked for toilet paper and was told there was no toilet paper available , it was ordered not not sure when the next shipment will be in.

I came down for my 40th birthday spent time with family and friends the room was spacious beds very comfy. Room stayed nice and cold people above me were a bit loud but I wasn’t the whole night. No biggie, Front desk young lady when I checked in as super nice!

The constant door slamming was disruptive occurring at all hours. It is caused by the door mechanism for each room and I assume it is a security feature- however if you’re trying to sleep it is very loud. When we first arrived at our room the beds had been slept in. I asked for a different room and there weren’t any. We left for supper while they ‘remedied’ the situation. Hair dryers are not in the room, but if you ask at the front desk they may have one available. No irons in room either. Our room had laminate floor (not carpet) which I prefer. Bathroom was large and towels were plentiful. Shower stream strength was very weak. Stonebriar Shopping nearby provides ample shopping options .

Was flying into town for a company Christmas party, due to unforeseen circumstances got in about 5hours after the allotted check in time and was told my reserved room was no longer available.

I have stayed here twice, check in was quick, room was clean and comfortable, bed was comfy, very close to lots of places, was quiet, regular size refrigerator was nice, nice tv and easy check out… will stay here every time I’m in the area

Room was fine, and clean, but bring everything you need. Had to go buy a coffee maker, hairdryer, styrofoam cups etc .. Had 3 pillows on the bed, wife and I both like 2, they didn't have an extra one to give us.... You get what you pay for I guess.

Realize it was an extended stay hotel however they provide virtually nothing other than a bar of soap and a bottle of shampoo I had to go buy a hairdryer as that’s not even offered and even though it has a full small kitchenette, you have to buy the pots and pans and silverware from the front desk. Otherwise, you don’t even get a coffee cup or a coffee maker in the room. A very modern and less than one year-old hotel in a prime area of North Dallas, however, my entire surroundings throughout my stay I felt like it was a homeless shelter or the major majority of the residents were there a long time under government vouchers Beds are very firm and the pillows were not comfortable. If I had stayed a day or two longer I would’ve bought new pillows. There is no breakfast offered as it is designed to be nothing more than an apartment style move in living situation. They do push their weekly and monthly rates so you will quickly notice that there are some long-term residence and not the environment of a traveling businessman with usual hotels, offering office facilities and computers. Can’t say anything negative about the staff. They were all generally very friendly. It’s just what the hotel has become. Government mostly paid for residents that are there longer term.

The property is new. But the room let a lot of noise in from the outside. There is a highway a quarter of a mile away, and you can hear so much noise from there. The staff, are so and so. Some are friendly and welcoming, and some have an attitude. There is no coffee facilities in the room or the hotel. And they charge $10 per day to have your room cleaned, otherwise it’s cleaned every two weeks. The beds are so and so, but the bedsheets are not as clean as they should be. Don’t think I would return back.
