The hotel is brand new, very clean, quiet and nice. Breakfast was excellent even though they have the same thing everyday but we had other choices to eat.however, If you are looking for a hotel with a pool, The pool not done yet and the ice machine not on the floor yet. You have to go on the first floor for ice. Every thing that we needed was near by, the restaurants, the stores, movies etc. Josh at the front desk was very nice and pleasant. The check in was very fast . I love this hotel and I will definitely go back. My husband and I enjoyed the stay there. Overall everything was excellent.

The location was very convenient for an event we were attending. However, we saw a lot of people loitering around the property many times. We were there only one night and when we got back to the hotel at 10 pm, there was a power outage and coundnt locate any staff for updates. The back generator was not on and we used the dark stairs to get to our room and stayed there till power was restored; around 2 am.

This is the third time we have stayed in this hotel. The previous 2 visits were amazing, but our most recent stay was very disappointing. The room was not cleaned properly: pen marks on the bed sheet, food from previous guests still in fridge, ripped curtains/window shade, door not closing properly (safety issue), and not enough towels in the room. When we used the phone and pressed the front desk button, we were connected to a hotel in Mayfield! And when finally got connected to the front desk about our concerns, nothing was done afterwards. We went downstairs during our first evening to get some more towels but were told that they didn’t have any and we will have to wait until housekeeping comes at 8:30 in the morning! But morning came and no towels were delivered so we had to go downstairs again the second night to get towels. Used to be a good hotel, but something has changed (management or staff). Better spend your money elsewhere.

Traveled to Dallas area for a weekend with family. Hotel is fairly new so for the most part it is clean and modern. Front desk employee was friendly. Breakfast was good and their pancake machine is pretty cool. Cons: Even though the hotel is fairly new, I noticed some issues with the lack of cleaning. The bathtub and bathroom sink had stains around the drain area. Bathroom floor had a few stains as well. Worst thing I noticed was a dry booger which was smeared on the bathroom wall. Seems like the cleaning crew pays no attention to detail when cleaning the rooms for the next guest.

Overall, this is a solid 3 star stay. The hotel itself smells and looks clean, but it was very noisy. Even during “quiet hours”, we could hear people yelling and TVs blaring. We were on the first floor, so staff should have been close by to address this, but we never heard anyone intervene. Also, the plugs were very loose. We had to plug chargers into the alarm clock because they wouldn’t work in the wall.

Rooms are spacious, decorated nice, comfortable bed, pillows are labeled soft and firm. Extra fancy touch with tissue box in bathroom. It has a walk in shower that is nice. Breakfast area has large area for eating with business area nearby. Food selection has variety and while rooms are quiet, the hotel itself is located far from main road with no signage indicating that the hotel is located behind 2 restaurants. It is not visible from the street so when gps tells you to turn into the parking lot, you think you are turning into the restaurant parking lot. This makes it difficult at night when you are trying to locate the hotel. Street signage indicating the direction of the hotel would be appropriate. Location has many places to eat nearby and a Costco nearby. Gave it 4 stars because of location difficulty.

This is a very nice hotel. We enjoyed our stay here. They have soap, shampoo and conditioner mounted in the shower and hand soap and lotion mounted near the sink. We had a double queen suite with a sleeper sofa. There was plenty of room for all of us. I liked the way that they did the blinds in the window and wish other places would do the same. The hotel is located behind several restaurants and might be a little tricky to get to but worth the effort. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in a room on the first floor. It was horrible. Doors slamming , housekeepers, and all the loud noises. Shower needed more cocking. Front desk hostesses at check in was super friendly.. If you stay here request a room that is not on ground level.

The shower stall was so slippery and it did not have safety bars. I almost slipped and fell each day. I was terrified taking showers. Staff and breakfast was amazing. I even gave the manager my winning lottery tickets to give to the Employee of the Month!

We came to check In however the hotel had checked someone else into our room that we payed thru Expedia. They had no idea who it was or how it happened. It took them over an hour to get us a different room room when they could have easily gave us a different room. We are not happy with what happened and how it got handled.

I was not told about a security or damage deposit. The power was out for hours and the staff was not knowledgeable about what to do or even how to open the front door. When I asked about anything kind of comp for the stay (even a small bit) I was told no and then I was told I wouldn’t get my security deposit back because of the flooding in the bottom floor from the flood watch. Then was told it would be 4 days before I got it back. Worst hotel experience for me.

Front desk Morning Manager Delana was very confrontational and rude and totally ruined my visit and experience with the hotel and chain. It was not the fact that she requested needed information from me for the reservation it was her way of asking and lack of customer concern. Very rude!

First let me show appreciation to the front desk. I needed a roll in shower for my mom who has problems lifting her legs. And Jaden(not sure if I spelled it correctly)went above and beyond looking for a room to accommodate us. She literally went room to room looking and I appreciate her for that. Also the room was everything I expected. Breakfast was wonderful. We always stay there when we visit Plano and will continue to do so, love this location!

Vicki was wonderful helping us check in and giving recommendations for local attractions. All employees were great. Breakfast was nice area was clean and well stocked. Had a problem with noisy upstairs and kids running but one call to the front desk and it was taken care of. Hotel located in an area full of food and shopping options especially if you’re a fan of Asian cuisine and of course steak! If I visit the area again this will definitely be my spot.

The rooms were great. I loved the fact the rooms had Dove that’s a major plus. The hotel smelled great. Now the towels not good the quality is a mess, they are rough. I wanted to stay at the hotel because of the breakfast but I was very disappointed. The juice very watered down the options were not good. Breakfast should have options. Everyone don’t want sausage most important no dang turkey sausage. Yuck. Two days straight was the same breakfast. Where was the bacon, boiled eggs. Also I understand everyone have to eat but I should not see the staff that cooked the breakfast eating it. One lady was rude. She saw me getting pancakes made. She came over messed my ordered up, wiped the machine down with a dirty towel then started speaking in Spanish. That’s was very rude. Better pillows would be nice. Overall my stay was great and again the hotel was quality and smelled great.

This was a really nice hotel. The service was nice, and the appearance was well-kept and modern. The outside had pretty blue lights. The bed was comfortable, which is unusual for me to say. The breakfast would be my only complaint, as it didn't seem to be cooked as well as other Holiday Inn Expresses. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! We were really impressed in the value for the amount paid.
