We had a great stay at the Drury Hotel. Everything was perfect. Check in was smooth. Very friendly folks work here.The heated pool and hot tub on the sixth floor overlooking the city was very relaxing. The evening (kickback) provided us not only some great food but three complimentary drinks from the bar. The room was great and the breakfast the next morning was outstanding. Highly recommend.

Drury Inn is the type of hotel you could stay at all day and night. The free breakfast, kickback, and drinks were great. The rooftop pool and gym were also great perks. We would definitely stay again.

This was a gem in the midst of noise, concrete, and tired travelers. We particularly want to commend the staff. They were professional, friendly, and service oriented. Smiles everywhere. Thanks. The building is quiet, very clean, and comfortable. We were exhausted, so a quick meal or the cafe were excellent choices after driving all day. Breakfast was good as well. The pool was wonderful as was the workout room. We were glad of indoor parking too. If ever in that area, stay here.

My wife and I were at the Drury for a staycation for our anniversary. The employees were very nice. The entire hotel and the room were well maintained and very clean. The roof top pool was notch! The breakfast buffet was also also good. The entire experience was great!! We will definitely stay again.

Parking garage was nice for safety of vehicle. Breakfast was hot/fresh with many options to choose from. On-site restaurant was quiet with an acceptable amount of options available, and service was prompt. Bathroom/Shower was clean and spacious, however, TP should be upgraded from 1-ply. Bedding was plush, but the mattress a bit too springy (we are used to Tempur-Pedic). Drury should consider installing soundproof windows or provide white noise machines in rooms as the interstate traffic noise is a nuisance while trying to sleep; we attempted to run the AC fan continuously to help, but the fan would not stay on. Overall, nice hotel and amenities. We would choose Drury again if in the area.

I was attending a conference at the Plano Event Center. This hotel was an easy 6-8 min drive to the center. The hotel has an evening reception with free drinks and food . There are enough options to choose several meals. The breakfast is amazing as is the hotel restaurant and bar. I’ve stayed at this particular hotel twice, once two years ago and again just this weekend. It was wonderful both times! The price is perfect especially when you consider the amenities, the service and the cleanliness!

The overall space is nice, large. Fit my family of 4 really well. It’s also a really nice touch that they have nightly “dinner” available for free (hot dogs, nachos, some veggies etc.). It’s also located in a great spot, can hop on and off the highway/turnpike quickly. What I don’t love is the lack of cleanliness. In the room the carpet was dirty, hair, dirt and stained. The bed linen was not as clean as I would like. And the furniture in the room looked dirty.

Check in was great and friendly. Got to my room and it was clean and tidy...except someone had used the toilet and not flushed. GROSS. I had already unpacked so I just moved on. Otherwise, the room was nice. Weirdly, the bathroom light came on a couple times in the middle of the night. It's on a motion detector, so, obviously malfunctioning. I've stayed there before and would probably stay there again.

Lovely hotel. We were greeted at check in by a friendly and professional staff member who took time to explain everything about our stay. Nice property. Frustrating to get into the hotel and checkin. You CANNOT park your car since then go checkin. You won’t be able to get in the building. I went for an overnight staycation but the pool was unfortunately filled with kids. The bed was nice in the room, but the room was quite small.

The property was immaculate, well-maintained, and quite nice. The check-in staff was so friendly and went above and beyond. After we checked out and right before we headed out of town, my son couldn’t find his AirPods/earbuds. We went back to the hotel. They hadn’t been turned in or logged in. That would have been the end for most staff, but not the Drury front desk! She kept following up and I believe went back up to the room to check with housekeeping herself and found the AirPods! We will definitely be making a return visit.

The service of this hotel is amazing, they really care about ensuring your stay is the best it can be. The general manager really impressed me taking full ownership of a few concerns I had with my stay. Not only did he apologized, he really found ways to rectify the situation and go above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience. He truely understands what high level service is all about. I clearly understand why this hotel has the best service rating in their company. Kudos to your leadership team!!! Highly recommend you stay at this hotel.

Well, only one of our rooms was ready at the 3pm check. You can’t tell me that by 3pm you can’t have both rooms ready. Unacceptable. What the heck are half of us supposed to do. The room was strangely noisy. There was a weird loud clicking coming from the door area every 30 minutes or so. Never found the source. I could hear arguments from next door for about two hours. Then someone tried twice to open our door. Never got up quickly enough in the middle of night to see who it was. That was a bit scary. Overall it was a poor hotel experience. Will not go back.

First time visiting this hotel. The entire staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. Hotel sits next to Central Expressway and sits on the border of Richardson and Plano. It's very easy to head in any direction.

Check in/Check out was extremely easy and quick. My room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet. I drove my own vehicle so the parking garage that contained free parking was a blessing and the fact that the hotel is positioned right beside the highway was so convenient.The only disappointment was that I did request a room with a shower instead of a tub and although the from desk staffer that checked me in stated the hotel was completely booked, the almost empty parking garage/little to no traffic through the lobby said otherwise. The hotel also offer perks like free breakfast which consisted of a variety of foods (very tasty fyi) and three alcoholic beverages/day which both were appreciated. I’d definitely stay again the next time I’m in Dallas.

We usually choose this hotel when we visit the area because it is located near UTD. I love that is has a garage to park in, with easy access to every floor. We don't usually eat the breakfast, but it's available. We do, however, take advantage of the coffee and soft drink area downstairs quite often! The front desk usually very helpful and professional.

The front desk and cleaning staff were very friendly. The hotel offers a wide range of services, including breakfast, lunch, and a coffee/tea area. There is ample parking. The rooms are clean and very comfortable, as is the pool and small gym. Transportation is very close, with a train and bus stop just a few blocks away, but the area is quite quiet. (Near the intersection of two highways) It's definitely worth coming back.

Check-in was smooth, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast had a good selection. If I had to find fault in anything, it was Happy Hour. We arrived early around 5:05 and told the bartender we were killing time before the 5:30 start. I went to the bar at 5:28 and asked if he was ready since he was just watching TV. He said he would help me in 2 minutes. Not a big deal, but he didn't seem to excited to be there. Overall, the hotel was up to date with a very convenient location.

We travel all over Texas for our kids gymnastics and this was the best place we have stayed in 2023-2024. Hotel was very clean and the staff were great. The breakfast is amazing and they have a nice little happy hour at night with free appetizers and free basic drinks. Don’t make the mistake of eating at the restaurant inside as it’s really overpriced and not the greatest food. The room was clean and well maintained and the bed was great and the AC was plenty cold. TV system sucks but it at least works. Definitely plan on staying at Drury properties in the future as this was our first time.

We lobe to find Drury hotels when we travel. They are always clean, comfy, and great staff. We really enjoy the kickbacks and the great breakfast. The hotel was gorgeous, well kept and modern. The beds were comfy and room temperature was great. The pool was nice other than the 80⁰ pool felt much colder than told. The hotub felt great though. The only negative we encountered was the seating for breakfast and kickbacks was small and cramped. The drinks line took 15 minutes plus due to one bartender who was working as fast as he could. We would return if in the area

I love this hotel. The kickback meal is an incredible perk after a long day out and about. Breakfast it always top notch. The staff is so nice and accommodating. Shout out to Gabriel. The location is convenient, parking is simple, best bang for your buck in a luxury stay. And I’m a local.. this is where I come for my staycations or during emergencies.
