Trash was full upon arrival, nowhere to dispose of trash bags due to that, door knobs were not in tact, thought a tech came and at least fixed that as well as the sockets that were hanging out of the wall. Sink in kitchen leaks and washing machine does not work. At least one ceiling fan does not work.

Very Low quality rental. This property deserves 0 stars! There’s a brick at the front door to keep the screen door from flapping in the wind, and you can actually see through to the outside at the bottom of the door. The place is crawling with ROACHES, the paint is peeling off the walls in several places, the ceiling in one of the bathrooms looks like it’s ready to collapse. The pipe under the sink leaks so the extra towels provided were wet. Inside doors are rickety; particularly the sliding door in the master bedroom that you literally have to fight with to get in and out of the bathroom. The doorknobs fall off causing children to be stuck in bedrooms, dirty baseboards, dingy walls. All things considered, the price to rent this property is INSULTING! My family was cheated out of 3,200! Do not rent.

This Vrbo was the worst experience I have ever had with booking through this platform. This property was not ready to be listed and I feel scammed out of my hard earned money. This house was cheaply renovated. The entire house smelled like mildew. There was visible black mole and it was infested with roaches. I was in town to plan my mother's funeral but we couldn't stay even one night in this hot mess. I'm warning anyone that's looking for accommodations in this area to not waste your money or frazzle your nerves with patriot homes properties listed on Vrbo.
