Two night stay. The early check-in was great thank you. Unfortunately inconsiderate guest smoking in non smoking venue spoilt the stay one night. Bathroom tap needed maintenance to stop dripping and wasting water. Communication about on site parking was confusing. We booked prior to arrival then received notice it was booked out but on arrival all was ok!!

The property was clean and situated close to public transport and the main shopping mall. Be warned however that if you booked valet parking, and drive a manual, that you may have to retrieve your vehicle yourself and will have to utilise a car lift. You'll still be charged the full $50 parking fee for this convenient 'valet' service.

Great location in a nice old building. Despite central location, not noisy. Basic cooking facilities which were in good order. Bed comfortable. Only disappointment was no onsite Gym and pool which you had to go over to George St and even there pool was closed. Would definitely stay again.

Parking is the main reason for a lack of satisfaction. I selected the Adina as they offered valet parking. I corresponded regarding mobility issues and was assured parking would be available. The night before our trip i was emailed regarding “no valet parking” with a link to nearby parking. Unfortunately due to an event in the city there was no parking to be found before 6pm and quite a lot of stress was had in attempt to find anywhere to park at all. We wasted hours not being able to access our room in sweltering conditions. I travel a lot and stay in many hotels - the lack of parking coupled with the price of our room really wasn’t acceptable. After recent knee surgery, lugging my bags a block and a half up a steep incline to the hotel was not an inconvenience I appreciated.

Suite was squeaky clean but dated. Friendly staff. It’s great that all the room are away from the lifts but unfortunately I could hear noises from other rooms and perhaps maintenance staff as I was beside the electrical & some other amenity cupboard/ room. The bed room is back from the street (living area by the street window, so that was good as I didn’t hear the traffic and that’s a busy street. Check in and check out seamless. Just needs some updating and style added to the rooms as they’re very ‘basic’.

It was impossible to shower without soaking the bathroom given the lack of screen or curtain. While the location is central, it can feel a liitle unsafe at night. Great central location, can walk to all the Brisbane attractions free here. Very spacious apartment with lots of room. Needs a makeover, particularly the bathroom which is showing signs of old age. The tiny shower head (like a hand shower) was almost unusable because of it’s design and it was impossible to have a proper shower

Staff on arrival although nice had no personality and did not communicate well upon check-in. We arrived 20mins before 3pm and still were given no communication that our room was ready. We were in reception waiting. We had to ask if our room was ready. At 3pm. No one else was waiting at reception at the time. 2 staff at reception. Not very good customer service.

Took over 47 mins to get our car from their valet parking. A hose broke licky we didnt have a plane to catch. Seems most rooms have connecting doors. Do not get one of these rooms you can hear everything from the adjoining room. A guy rang his wife and had a screamimg domestic from 2am until 4.15am we rang reception at 3 as we couldnt get to sleep. We heard the phone ring in his room, we heard him say hes talking to his wife on phone but then proceed to shout for another hour. The recetionist didnt go up to check. No apologies for interrupted sleep or offer of refund. They didnt even try to help. We knocked on offenders door and shouted for him to stop...nothing.

Right in the middle of everything you would want to see in the city. Opposite Central Station allowing access to the outer areas and beyond. Quite a convenient location if you are not needing a car to reach outer suburbs. Helpful staff. Great people.

Excellent location — within walking distance to Queen Street and the Botanic Gardens. Even crossing the bridge to the Queensland Museum and GOMA is easily doable on foot. The room we stayed in was equipped with a washing machine and a small kitchenette. With a supermarket right next to the hotel, it made family travel much more convenient, allowing us to enjoy healthy home-style meals without needing to eat out all the time.

Great room, level 4, separate bedroom, nice lounge, tv in lounge and bedroom with Foxsports and cable. Really impressed with that, staff friendly and professional. Kitchenette, Woolworths right next door. Middle of city, but only thing late at night some dopes hanging around outside. Not the hotels fault but if elderly its a busy area across from train station.

We loved our cosy quiet comfortable and stylish bright one bedroom apartment with leafy view of Anzac square. Kitchenette plus washing machine /dryer and 2 TV's!! So convenient to Queen st mall shops riverside walks and dining . Walked from the train station and across to Hotel in 5 mins. Fabulous.

The Adina Apartment Hotel is always my "go to" hotel when I stay in Brisbane. It's close to Central Station and it's handy having a Woolworths Metro store next door. The hotel is almost surgical clean as everything was absolutely spotless. It's quiet and very comfortable and the reception are always friendly and helpful.

We had an excellent experience. The room was clean and quiet as we needed. The location of the hotel is excellent, near the shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and public transportations. You need the room key to get into the property which made us feel safe. Staff was always there to help.
