Alles in allem ein gutes bis sehr gutes Hotel, welches zusätzlich von der idealen Lage profitiert. Es ist genau gegenüber des Parlaments auf einem Hügel gelegen und bietet dadurch eine perfekte Aussicht auf das beliebte Fotomotiv. Zudem ist es noch neben einer bekannten Zitadelle gelegen. Die Einfahrt zur Hotelgarage war nicht beschriftet. Wir sind zuerst bei dem Parkplatz fur das Personal gelandet. Dann rückwarts in einer Einbahnstraße zur eigentlichen Garage. Zimmer und Bad groß und gut ausgestattet. Der Versuch ein Getränk auf der hoteleigenen Dachterrasse, samt Blick auf das Parlament einzunehmen war ohne Reservierung nicht möglich. Die Mitarbeiter oben sind beinahe kolabiert als wir kurz 2 Fotos machen wollten, da wir ja keine Reservierung hatten. Verpasst haben wir vermutlich ausser dem abendlichen Blick auf das Parlament, nicht viel. Die Bar wurde mit lauter , nicht wirklich guter, Diskomusik beschallt. Eine Unterhaltung wäre somit in der Nähe der Theke nicht möglich gewesen. Es gab auch Paare und einzelne Gäste, vermutlich alle mit Reservierung, welche angestrengt lässig oder glücklich wirkend, Selfies schossen, für die Daheimgebliebenen. Beim Frühstück, in einem sehr schönen Raum mit schönem Ausblick, waren es wieder eher die Menschen, die etwas durch tierisches Herdenverhalten negativ auffielen. Ein fur uns gerichteter Tisch wurde von 2 dreisten Paaren einfach übernommen. Bekamen dann einen anderen. Beim Buffet ähnliches Verhalten. Parken mit 37 Euro teuer

Lovely hotel in a great historical location. Staff are first class. Executive rooms benefit from the exec lounge … all drinks ( for 2 hours ) / breakfast / snacks / coffee etc. Amazing views from nicer rooms over the Danube. Highly recommended.

Amazing view of the parliament from the rooms. I definitely recommend the room with a view of the Danube river. The most unique rooftop bar in Budapest located on the top of the hotel. Unforgettable experience, excellent cocktails, definitely go up for a drink :D

I booked the stay for my guests who had flew for more than 24 hours to arrive at the hotel at 10pm, only to be treated by the reception staff (dark hair, dark beard) by extreme rudeness. He said we couldn't check in because of IT issues. He didn't provide other information, only to ask us to wait in the entrance indefinitely. We tried to ask for more information yet he pretended he didn't hear any queries and ignored us. After checking in with another staff at MIDNIGHT and used the shower place during the stay, we found out there was infected fungal disease in the shower place. The shower place was not dry every time after requesting for room clean. We also don't understand why we were charged 5000 forint one week later on the credit card. This was not mentioned during check out.

Stayed in a two bedroom flat with family. Just exceptional. We travel internationally about 3-4 times a year and this was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in ever. Clean, so spacious, and in an incredible area of Budapest. Incredible place. Don’t think twice. Book it!!

It has poor plumbing maintenance, during the 2 nights, the only 2 times shower I used, the dirty hair flow back into the pan and only 6 minutes of bath, the water flooded out from 3” high pan wall, I always come back at middle of night so no plumber available so have to wait the water going down

We had a great stay at Hilton Budapest. The room was spacious, very clean, and even came with a kitchen. The kitchen was a nice feature, but it lacked some essentials like pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Having a washer in the room was very convenient, though it could use a bit more maintenance as the silicone had some mold. The service from the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, which made a big difference. The location was excellent for us — on the quieter Buda side, right next to Fisherman’s Bastion and Matthias Church. We really enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood. Since it’s up on the hill, restaurant options nearby are limited, but it was easy to take the bus up and down to reach more choices, as well as the metro and tram. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, though the quality was just average. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if we return to Budapest.

Great location with UNBELIEVABLE views of the City. Located next to historic St. Matthias Church. Hotel must have been recently renovated... everything felt new and with high quality finishes. Our rooms were very spacious and comfortable. I'd give breakfast a B+, good but of course it tends toward the heavy side as is common in Hungary. All in All it is THE place to stay in budapest

Beautiful hotel and impeccable amenities, but the receptionist was not friendly and stated we booked via 3rd party so it’s not preferred. We then placed on a ground floor unit directly next to housekeeping quarters, so early morning, when the half a dozen or so housekeepers come to load their carts they were extremely loud talking and with glass bottles and cups clinking it was impossible to sleep. I asked them twice to please keep it down and eventually request to a change of room. It’s a beautiful hotel but service was terrible, next time we will book Marriott instead across the bridge. I thought this would be a quiet hotel, but depends on staffs on duty and location of your room, it was very disappointing. 1/10 Will Not recommend to others

Wow!!! Our family of 8 stayed in four rooms and all were marvelous! My husband and I enjoyed a STUNNING view of Parliament and the Fisherman's Bastion. Three of our adult children shared an apartment-type suite that was just lovely - a little kitchen, a dining area, a sofa bed in the sitting room, and a bedroom upstairs. The hotel is gorgeous, spotless, and elegant. The breakfast buffet had great variety and amazing views. We loved everything about our stay - from the comfy bed to the reading lights to the robes and slippers to the in-room beverage set up. And oh, that view!

Superb location - right next to the beautiful Fisherman’s Bastion and Buda Castle. It was so convenient to see the Danube River and the stunning Parliament building any time of the day and night. The rooms were comfortable spacious clean and cozy. The bathroom was big clean and water pressure was perfect. The Lang Grill restaurant was great- great views and excellent food. Breakfast was excellent Overall one of the best hotel experiences we have had. Very impressed and will definitely recommend to friends

It wasn’t as welcoming as many other Hilton hotels I’ve stayed at. Staff was pleasant but just not as welcoming as expected in other countries. It was clean, great location for the Buda chapel but a far walk to the other side of bridge where more attractions & foods are located. We had only one issue of a staff member knocking our door and ringing the doorbell twice at 1:30am waking us for wrong room delivering ice. They need to have a better system for such things. It made me feel unsafe, let alone waking me in middle of my sleep. Also, they did not honor my Hilton membership just bc I booked from third party. I don’t usually have this problem but I did in Budapest. Overall, not great, but good.

It is a nice hotel overall, but there are shortcomings they need to resolve. It’s in the overpriced Buda Castle area which is a tourist trap but that’s not their fault. Still, 48 Euros for one night garage parking is excessive. The hotel would be worth the rates being charged, except for never ending technical malfunctions, primarily in their IT systems. For example they’ve charged me an extra night even though I told them it was prepaid thru Expedia…now I have to wait 3 days for a refund. Reversing the charge takes 45 minutes by the manager’s admission. Why? Front desk staff has no visibility into the system, need to get a manager to do anything. Why? Staff is courteous by en large but there are serious inefficiencies. I have stayed at a King Loft suite for $450/night, and at that rate I expect less frustration. The breakfast buffet is overpriced at $28 but it is still very nice for the area. You can save a couple of $$ by buying it directly from the hotel but not much. The rooms have decent and quiet A/C and an icemaker at every floor. Both are still rarity in Hungary. The entertainment system in the room randomly cuts off I guess when the server crashes and reboots.

An outstanding hotel by any standards. Staff all helpful, smiling, efficient. Room was very large, clean and well appointed. Enormous buffet breakfast. Hotel is in the historic (and beautiful) Castle district in Buda. Good inexpensive restaurants nearby. Close by, bus #16 goes to Pest.

This hotel is located on the Buda side of BudaPest. It's above the river looking down towards the Parliament in Pest, plus you're looking at the river and everything that's going on. The Buda side is quieter than Pest. We spent a day in Pest touring and had lunch. If you're looking for shopping, Pest is where you'll find it. In Buda, we toured the Buda Castle museum, which gives you a very good history of Hungary, but Buda is quieter than Pest. There are a couple of restaurants that over look the river too. In the restaurants in Budapest, there is a gratuity of 15% added to your check. If you're paying with your credit card, there are options to add a tip that the waiter says he would receive. Don't be fooled!! The 15% is given to all the staff, including the waiter. Also, pay in Hungarian currency as the restaurant could charge a currency exchange fee. Budapest is a very nice ciity, but you have to be on guard.

The view of the Danube and the palace was breathtaking. Close to all the palace sites but across the river from the main city where everything else is. It’s a short distance but i wouldn’t consider it walkable for seniors. I would stay here again despite being across the river, the view is worth it

文句なく非常に良いサービス、良い設備です。ドナウ川の部屋で漁夫の塔、国会議事堂、大聖堂が見えました。出発日に朝7:40の列車に乗らないといけないとコンシエルジュに相談したら朝食弁当とちゃんとしたタクシーを手配してくれました。ただ、地下鉄などの駅から遠いのが難点。ブダペスト到着が真夜中だったのでバスはなく、ついうっかり駅からウーバータクシーに乗ってしまい、相場7,000フォリントの距離で50,000フォリントも取られてしまいました。

A beautiful hotel in a perfect location, away from the hustle and bustle of the busy Pest district. Service throughout our stay was impeccable with one tiny exception in the hotel bar where we got overcharged for two drinks (12,660HUF for an eggnog and Irish coffee). All staff were pleasant and helpful and the ambience of the hotel was stunning. A better selection of TV channels in rooms would be helpful as very little choice of viewing in English.

Hilton is definitely a fantastic option for Budapest. The room was clean, silent and well-appointed. Found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great, if a little chaotic and both the bar and restaurant food was excellent (the burger is superb!) Area gets quite tourist-busy during the day, but it's a really quick walk out to get to the main parts. Public transport is excellent too (use the BudapestGO) app and remember to validate tickets on the QR codes in stations and side of buses Would definitely return

Superb location - right next to the beautiful Fisherman’s Bastion and Buda Castle. It was so convenient to see the Danube River and the stunning Parliament building any time of the day and night. The rooms were comfortable spacious clean and cozy. The bathroom was big clean and water pressure was perfect. The Lang Grill restaurant was great- great views and excellent food. Breakfast was excellent Overall one of the best hotel experiences we have had. Very impressed and will definitely recommend to friends
