The Good: very well located, staff was awesome, fast internet, plenty of hot water with constant temperature, good mattress, quiet, good breakfast. We had to book it very last minute because of a mishap. Good quality to price ratio.

Läget var mycket bra men det var också allt. Dåligt bemötande av vissa i receptionen. Rummet var ganska sunkigt. Trots att vi påpekade stopp i toaletten gjorde man inget åt det. Vi återvänder inte till detta hotell.

Localização excelente, bom atendimento da equipe, principalmente dos dois rapazes jovens que ficam na portaria recepcionando os clientes (atendimento excepcional). Porém, o quarto tem instalações que precisam de reforma, vaso sanitário com vazamento, mesmo colocando aviso de não incomodar na porta de lado de fora pela manhã, ligam para o quarto pressionando para liberar para limpeza e café da manhã muito fraco.

Gostamos do atendimento dos d funcionarios, recepção, atendentes... Funcionarios mt gentis e solicitos, localizacao otima, e segura cafe da manha gostoso e limpo. Ficamos em um quarto no 11 andar, com 3 camas de solteiro (a foto no site era bem diferente), o chao do banheiro, carpete e cortinas bastante encardidos.

Gostamos do atendimento dos d funcionarios, recepção, atendentes... Funcionarios mt gentis e solicitos, localizacao otima, e segura cafe da manha gostoso e limpo. Ficamos em um quarto no 11 andar, com 3 camas de solteiro (a foto no site era bem diferente), o chao do banheiro, carpete e cortinas bastante encardidos.

We will never stay in this property. We came to the hotel around 10 am I understand that the checking time was 2 pm. I had to be out to buy some medicine and return the car. I could not come back till 5 pm. My was sitting there all that time. They did not allow her to enter the room, till they are paid upfront. My wife requested that she is tired of long jorney, and told that i will pay when i am back. They did not allow her to entet room. I am traveling for the last 18 years. I have traveled in more than 85 countries. This was the worst experience.

Las instalaciones estan bastate bien, la hubicacion exelente , el desayuno muy basico, no habia jabon ni shampoo, en la habitacion, hay que pedirlo a recepcion, eso parece algo extraño, ya que la mayoria de la gente que se aloja en un hotel no lleva jabon ni shampoo en su equipaje.

Las instalaciones estan bastate bien, la hubicacion exelente , el desayuno muy basico, no habia jabon ni shampoo, en la habitacion, hay que pedirlo a recepcion, eso parece algo extraño, ya que la mayoria de la gente que se aloja en un hotel no lleva jabon ni shampoo en su equipaje.

Localização excelente, bom atendimento da equipe, principalmente dos dois rapazes jovens que ficam na portaria recepcionando os clientes (atendimento excepcional). Porém, o quarto tem instalações que precisam de reforma, vaso sanitário com vazamento, mesmo colocando aviso de não incomodar na porta de lado de fora pela manhã, ligam para o quarto pressionando para liberar para limpeza e café da manhã muito fraco.

Gostamos do atendimento dos d funcionarios, recepção, atendentes... Funcionarios mt gentis e solicitos, localizacao otima, e segura cafe da manha gostoso e limpo. Ficamos em um quarto no 11 andar, com 3 camas de solteiro (a foto no site era bem diferente), o chao do banheiro, carpete e cortinas bastante encardidos.

The price was excellent. The room clean and comfortable. The front desk staff along with the door men were very helpful. Elana and Balinden were so helpful. A busy day with traffic but the worked hard to secure our cab.

The bad: The room was a bit worn out, caulking around the bath needs to be redone and the drain cleaned. The Good: very well located, staff was awesome, fast internet, plenty of hot water with constant temperature, good mattress, quiet, good breakfast. We had to book it very last minute because of a mishap. Good quality to price ratio.
