This is the second time I have stayed at the Hilton in the past 6 months and it is excellent. The customer service is the best I have ever encountered - from check-in and concierge to the restaurant staff, everyone is really caring and helpful. The breakfast buffet selection is huge. The rooms are clean and the pool is fantastic. The location is close to the City centre with awesome views from the rooms of either the water/marina or the city. The only thing I would say is that I wish the pool side bar was operational, however we could still order food and drinks by the pool. Probably my favourite place I've ever stayed.

Book a king sized water facing. Beautiful views and fun birds (rainbow lorikeets, cockatoos, etc) right outside room. Excellent pool and lots of loungers. Great walking location. Would book again if coming to Cairns

Clean, family-friendly, great pool and spa for big and little kids with a nice table tennis. Beautiful scenic waterview from the balcony of the waterfront esplanade and palm trees. Buffet breakfast was great with variety, very friendly staff, especially Lynn, who always greeted us with a smile each morning. Fantastic stay.

We had a fabulous stay at the Cairns Hilton. Great, helpful staff; excellent communication throughout; amazing pool and pool bar; fabulous room with the best view. The location on the waterfront was amazing and close to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel, but a little tired in certain areas. The pool had quite a few tiles missing, but not to the detriment of a swim. The surroundings of the pool had plenty of sun lounges, but a few more umbrellas would be good. All in all a very enjoyable stay and would stay again.

The room and carpet was smelly, no compliment waters on arrival. No minibar as advertised. Room booked for 4 but only had 2 slippers, 2 face/bath towels. Breakfast was limited. Hotel does not accept cash payment and Forced customer to pay 2% credit card charged on top of advertised price. I’ll not come back here again

The hotel is very convenient to all of the shopping, restaurants, and Marina. It is very easy to get to every single thing that you need. There’s also a full-size grocery store with an easy walking distance. The staff at the hotel is extremely friendly and very helpful as well. The only item that needs improvement is the cleanliness of the hot tub. It definitely needs to be checked more often.

5つ星ホテルと思って行くとがっかりすると思います。値段は5つ星ホテルとしては手頃なので、あまり期待せずに行くとよいと思います。スタッフの方は対応の良い方もいれば、感じの悪い方もいます。チェックイン時は英語対応でしたが、チェックアウト時には日本語で対応いただけました。全体的に清掃の状態はいまいちです。髪の毛が部屋、バスルームに落ちており不快でした。また、バスルームにヤモリが出ました。フロントに電話したところ、ここでは普通のこと、危害は加えないので大丈夫、とのことで対応はしてくれませんでした。自然が豊かなケアンズですので、ご説明の通りかと思いますが、そういったものが苦手な方は、こちらの利用は避けたほうがよいかと思います。また、近くの公園で夜中までライブをやっていたようでうるさくてなかなか眠れませんでした。お部屋はシティビューでしたが、眺めはよく、朝は気持ちよく過ごすことができました。

Staff were amazing. We called room service for toilet paper At night came quickly. We also called for conditioner at night it also came quick. Room was spacious clean and serviced daily. View was amazing of cairns harbour and the reef boats.. Breakfast was excellent. Room service for food wasnt the best magehrita pizza was cheesy/oily . Hotel seemed to be queiter than other hotels in Cairns older couples and tour groups not many kids. I would stay here again.

Overall was excellent except the pillows are so soft it’s not even a pillow after 1-2 minutes. I got back sore from the first night onwards due to pillows and the mattress being so soft it’s like I’m sinking.

Exceeded our expectations by far. The club level room was so worth the extra cash…the view of the water and marina was spectacular. The room is a little dated as is the rest of the property but it is immaculately clean and the staff incredibly welcoming. The breakfast buffet was vast with something for everyone (the scrambled eggs weren’t good though). Wouldn’t hesitate to return for another stay.

I loved the view but prefer the Double tree Hilton up the road for the little touches. Not enough tea and coffee in the room and no facility to warm milk for coffee just little things but considering the expense … otherwise lovely clean comfortable rooms within walking distance to everything

Great location and this Hilton’s was lovely, although the room was a tad dated, much like other Hilton’s we’ve stayed in round the world. Staff were very helpful. Only one disappointment is that this hotel was consistent in the fact that the AC was terrible. Again, the same as other Hiltons we have stayed in. Malaga, Spain being a prime example. Take your own fan if you choose this hotel

The hotel was clean and we felt safe. Our room had a lovely view but such noise in the evenings that sitting on the patio was not conducive for conversation. Breakfast was great with options! The front desk was understaffed!

Great location to Marina, restaurants and shops. They need a bellman that will actually offer to help you with bags. Stayed at hotel twice in Cairns in between two dive boat liveaboards. First time, petite desk clerk helped us bags. Second time, the bellman just watched us loading up cart. We complained to front desk again. First room had a wet musty carpet. Second room was better. Hilton owner needs a remodel of this tired old hotel.

Enjoyed my stay. Standard business hotel in Cairns. Negative was the room service - overpriced and below standard. A pool bar with no bar, must order from QR - for the prices it would have been nice in a tropical tourist town to have a proper pool bar. But otherwise the room is great, quiet and comfortable. Would definitely consider staying again for the right price.
