Hotel itself was decent, lovely warm beds, decent rooms, and I appreciated having breakfast and coffee options available in the room. However, we were in room 164 right next to the entrance and the noise of people coming back late was not something you could sleep through. We also had issues being able to hear every word of the conversation between people in the adjacent room both at 1am and on waking later that morning. The front desk were helpful in at least getting them to lower their voices, which we appreciated after getting no response when we knocked on the door.

Great location and the room size was fine. Great pillows. But thin walls - heard our neighbours too clearly.
