Laundry facilities were awful. It took 4 hrs to half dry my clothes and I had to do laundry the next night at my next hotel to finish it. Infuriating.

The pool facility was really nice. It was a little far from downtown but was a nice family hotel. The only issue we had was with the laundry services. It said that laundry needs could be found at the front desk so when I went to inquire about getting some loonies for the machine I was told I had to go to the gas station to get some. Pretty annoying. If you are going to offer these facilities either get a coin machine or allow me to charge it to my room somehow.

This is a nice affordable hotel. It’s on the edge of town so best to have a car to get to the centre of the city. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. The fitness room was outstanding. Daily housekeeping is still offered here. A good affordable stay overall.

For the 7 nights we stayed, it was perfect. The included breakfast was great and always different. Very clean and quiet, plus the fact that it has 2 L2 chargers for those with EV !

The reason for my overall property rating and cleanliness as poor is in direct reflection of our bed comforter having a small (blood smear?) stain on it. We saw this and decided to not make a fuss and just swap it out with the spare blanket provided in the room. We then turned the bed down and found what appeared to be a large wettish oily looking mark (personal lubricant?). We brought this to the attention of the front desk, but due to our checking in later, all their cleaning staff had left for the night. They did bring us fresh linen to change out our own bed, which we were not bothered by. Upon check out we spoke with the hotel management requesting some measure of small reimbursement due to this negative experience. We were provided with a dissatisfying verbal apology for the inconvenience, told there was nothing they could do as we had booked through Expedia and sent us on our way. If our issue was with the check in process we would agree, but it unreasonable to hold Expedia accountable for the cleanliness of the hotels bedding.

The room was clean upon arrival. However we booked for three people and it was only set up for two. I asked at the front desk and extra items were brought up. We were there for multiple nights and noticed the room wasn't made up or checked after the second night. I asked a person who was at their cart in the hall and we weren't on the list to be cleaned. I thought this was odd for a multiple night stay and although the person did offer to clean it, it seemed they were reluctant to do so. I chose not pursue as I didn't want an issue at the time. Also our bad luck that there were multiple teen sports teams staying as well. Noise, full breakfast dining room and the pool was a no-go. Nothing the hotel can do I suppose but I'll likely ask before confirming a room next time.

Super clean and comfortable room. Lots of hot water, and sound proof rooms. Breakfast was very good, ranking among the best hotel breakfasts we have had. And the service was fantastic as well. Highly recommend this hotel.

The room was ok. There was mildew around the tub. A stain on the sofa and the beds were broken.. well one of the beds. My little boy couldn't move on it without it rattling. The pool was clean in the evening but not the next morning. Breakfast was good. Dispute these down falls we had a good time.the

It was a quick and efficient check-in. Courteous and pleasant employees at the front desk. Lobby area was neat and decorated for the up-coming season. Elevators ran quickly. Breakfast had many options. Hot and cold items, fruit, various breads. Room was big, clean, wifi quick, great tv, spacious bathroom. Walls upon entering the room needed to be fixed with putty and painted as it was pucked with numerous holes. Another wall near the sofa with similar circumstances but it didn't interfere with our stay.

Has to be the cleanest hotel we’ve ever spent time in, and we travel a lot. Staff constantly washing floors, walls, even elevators. Every day. Room service early every day. Friendliest service. 10 stars!!

The sink was not draining very good. The toilet shifted when sitting down. Our room was not served on the second day. The bed was very noisy, when on it . A little disappointed, since had paid on Expedia ,so they had our money six months before.

I like the layout of the room especially the bathroom was decent sized. I love hooks for towels away from toilet on the wall, and hooks on the wall in room for bags and jackets. I don’t like there’s no sheet separating the top blanket and the bed because the heavier blanket don’t get washed every time as the sheets would. I don’t like the sofa bed was thin and have no back support. I don’t like the pillows have no support and will collapse flat with the weight of your head.

Nice hotel, rooms were spacious and very clean, beds were comfortable. A little noisy as our room was facing the busy street but otherwise ok. Nice breakfast with a variety of items. It does offer an EV charger on site. Short drive to Charletown and restaurants nearby. Would recommend this hotel.

nice modern room but once in it; it was apparent that it was small. one half chair ans 2 ottoman type footstools. the issue. 2 people could not sit at once. the one half chair was essentially backless. limited space for suitcases. very nice washroom and walk in shower. still washroom was somewhat small.

The windows are solid and with no option to open them. It will be okay if the hotel will have centrally installed AC and heating system, but they are installed under the windows and so noisy. It was very hard to sleep. Otherwise it's a very nice place.

I was very impressed with the staff. I came earlier hoping for a quick check in. I did not realize it was a big hockey tournament weekend. They told me my room would be an hour and half until ready. I had all my luggage with me and sat in the dining area. About 5 minutes later the lady came over and had upgraded me to a suite for the same price so I could check in early and be away from hockey teams. I was very appreciative.

Our flight didn’t leave until 7:30 PM so after checking out at 11 we had most of a day to spend time around Charlottetown. In the afternoon the front desk called me and said housekeeping found one of my AirPods in the bedding and asked if I was still in town or if they could mail it. Awesome!

Check in was terrible. We were told by the guest service agents that Expedia had cancelled our reservation and we would have to pay again. We had to physically show them our online confirmation and it took a long time and then finally they said yes it’s in the system after we refused to pay more money. Then during our stay there were many children running up and down the hallways up until after midnight. Knocking on doors and kicking the walls in hallway. It took 3 calls to the front desk to have that addressed. Little sleep and terrible customer service.

When we checked in around 3 PM, there was no one one the front desk for 10 minutes. There were 3 parties waiting to check in. This is not acceptable. I have stayed there dozens of time and never had a problem. Operational cost cutting is bad policy for your brand. Douglas Langley

Very good service, hotel condition and amenities. Rooms are sound proof but the big road will make some noises into the rooms facing it. We asked for another room due ro sounds from the road and even got an upgrade. Big thanks to the personel that help us with this.

We had a great stay here! The hotel was very clean and nicely updated, with everything feeling fresh and well cared for. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The location was perfect for us, as we were spending our days hiking in PEI National Park. Would definitely stay again!

Breakfast could use more variety, we stayed 7 days and the same all 7 days, could use some danishes, fresh cut up fruit, and whipping cream for the waffles. Otherwise everything was perfect.
