This was a very enjoyable stay. Hotel offered a variety of restaurants so you didn't need to leave for dinner. Pool was very nice and there was plenty to do on the hotel grounds. Staff were exceptional

Loved the pool and balcony/ patio area in our room. Large room. They have plans to update the rooms by December 2025.The convenience of a spa, specialty restaurants and specialty lounges was also very nice. Food was good😊

Staff did their very best, and the restaurant food was always good, but am pretty disappointed that no one bothered to mention the hotel is undergoing major renovations. The front lobby, pool and other areas were all being re-tiled, which meant circular saws cutting ceramics from 9am until sundown. I would have expected Expedia to advise of this in the booking process! Will be a great hotel when it’s finished, but guests should probably be told ahead of time…

Our 8 night stay here was truly wonderful. The staff were always pleasant and so helpful. The amenities were spectacular especially the gym, pool and the to restaurants (Eat & Moroccan). I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a wonderful stay in a safe and quiet area but still within walking distance of many things to do or a short cab ride to the old city and museums.

Overall we had a nice stay. The staff were always so friendly and eager to help. We did have to have our beds remade on arrival due to dirty bedding. The property and rooms do seem somewhat “run down” and could use a facelift and a good clean. That being said, we would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, very well maintained and comfortable. The staff is also very helpful and kind. Everyone we spoke to was very professional and always ready to assist. We tried two restaurants. The Spanish restaurant and French restaurant. Both were delicious with attentive waiters. When we first checked in the bathroom floors had not been cleaned and we found stains on our bed sheets, when we told the front desk, they took care of it right away. Second, our laundry was not returned until we asked, but again when we told front desk, they were very apologetic and brought it right away. Last, we got a call the morning we were leaving saying a taxi picked up a friend of ours from the airport, however, we ordered a taxi to the train station that morning, again this was sorted out but definitely some back and forth with a few things at the hotel. Overall, good experience and helpful staff.

Nice and big hotel, unfortunately it is under renovation, the front entrance and pass way are covered by metal fence. Lobby is spacious, rooms are little bit dated, shower head doesn’t work well. Breakfast was not what we expected, but at least they have omelette and coffee, selections of bread.

The hotel itself was beautiful. The reception area was stunning and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The only gripe is that the staff take too long to comply with requests for example the restaurant did not open for breakfast at 6am. We made a fuss and they let us in at 6:10am because we had a flight to catch and were leaving at 6:30am. The reception staff were really great and the bell boys. They deserve a special mention because they were excellent. It was a fantastic hotel and I would return. The Moroccan restaurant on site is definitely worth a visit. The food is out of this world amazing.

I booked a superior duplex room but their idea of a duplex is a bedroom in the basement. It was damp and smelly. I asked for a room change but they did not have any to offer. I asked for downgrade and they did not offer any.

Our room AC was not working so called the front desk at night. Technician came and did something and told us give it an hour. We waited more than an our but AC never started. Called again and sent some other tech guy. According to this guy our AC is broken. It was already 1:30 AM. We were tolled to move to another room with all our luggage. AC in the other room was poor too. Didn’t have any other option but to pack and move to other room. No one called the next day to apologize for the inconvenience caused to us on our first night after a long flight from US. We should not be charged for the first night.

The bell boy was very helpful but the other staff; especially those in the lobby and entrance gate was not at all. The entrance gate staff did not help us get a taxi even if we had luggage. The lobby staff members (usually 3) frequently talked among themselves as if their guests were transparent.

Our stay at The Marriot was amazing. My daughters and I were welcomed warmly by the hotel manager, Hussain, who personally made sure that our stay would be comfortable. All the staff from the restaurant staff, workers around the hotel and even the reception workers were friendly and made sure that we were taken care of. The drivers, Muhammad and Abdul, not only made sure that we arrived at our destinations on time but also walked us to ensure our we didnt get lost. Amin from customer service went out of his way to make sure all our needs were taken care of. When we left it was sad...it was like saying bye to family.

Worst Marriott Ever!! Terrible experience in this location. Had booked a triple room and the couchbed offered was wrecked and the management couldn’t offer any other alternative but to book an additional room. Shower had only luke warm for two days. A/C didn’t work. When requesting a taxi, they recommended us to walk to the street (with luggage) to take a cab otherwise they only had large taxis. Overall not recommended and with so many other alternatives in town it should be avoided!

TERRIBLE ATTENTION SINCE ARRIVAL, reception personnel didn’t help or even care, and when asked to call a supervisor they didn’t do it, then after several visits and very upset, I asked for the email of supervisor and GM, and the response was “why?” And NO, incredible! After a few visits to reception trying to solve our problems seems that reservations didn’t do their job either, they , not only they made me wait, several times, then they have their prayers and they of course all leave. And yes, incredibly, nothing was solved. Not even the printer on the reception worked, Check-out was as-bad, we had to show the reservations and loose more time so we were not overcharged. Anyways, tha hotel needs renovation immediately. Huge pool What a shame, marriott shouldn’t have the brand in that property unless training comes their way.

This is a beautiful hotel and property. The staff were all very kind and helpful, especially Kamal at the Marriott Cafe, which is a lovely spot to unwind after a day of touring. Excellent food and cocktails. My room was not properly prepared for my arrival, as many room amenities were not found, however this was quickly rectified. I am very glad I chose this hotel and, if ever again in Fes, I would definitely stay here again.

El hotel está genial, está un poco lejos del centro antiguo pero en taxi son 5 minutos y 5 euros. Dentro del hotel lo tienes todo y muchísima tranquilidad, restaurante de cocina local tieuidimo con espectáculo en directo, cafetería muy bien atendida, con piscina maravillosa… está muy bien. El personal súper amables y entregados por ayudar, bueno esto pasa en todo marruecos, se desviven por ayudarte y siempre con una sonrisa y muy cariñosos. La habitación comodisima y muy limpio todo. cet hôtel. est très confortable voire luxueux le personnel très attentionné , Le bemol c'est que nous étions pendant le ramadan avec une météo plus que médiocre ,donc l'hôtel était quasi vide ainsi que les 3 restaurants ce qui plombait l'ambiance le petit déjeuner était plus que parfait La chambre cote jardin un peu sombre mais très calme vu la faible fréquentation on aurait peut être pu bénéficier d' un surclassement l'hôtel est un peu isolé dans la ville nouvelle mais pour 1 euro un taxi nous emmène facilement en 5 mn dans la médina et. ses monuments emblématiques pour 100 euros nous avons excursionné à volubilis et Meknes et idem le lendemain vers le moyen atlas Ifrane pour 40 euros un guide de l'hôtel nous a fait visiter FES et sa médina avec une expérience malheureuse chez un marchand de tapis manipulateur et harceleur ou nous avons perdu de l'argent et beaucoup de temps évidemment le guide complice du nom de Hamid que nous ne recommandons pas ,plus préoccupé par sa commission que de nous faire visiter la ville la société Fez Carpet dans la médina est à fuir bref ce voyage reste malgré tout positif

The staff was very nice, the breakfast buffet was really good for 200 MAD. Lots of options, crepe station and egg/ omelet station. The room was nice and big. Would recommend to anyone staying in fes. It’s about a 15 min- 20 MAD taxi to the Medina. There’s a great lounge restaurant called barristo near the hotel, less then 5 mins walk. The hotel also has a few restaurants if you wanted to stay on the resort. The weather wasn’t the hottest in late April so we couldn’t enough the pool but it’s very lovely and lots of seating to enjoy outside.

le service d'hébergement est très correcte chambre piscine très bien. petit déjeuner à ne pas prendre à l'hotél au regard du prix et la qualité et variété de produits proposés. restaurant marocain Jeane FES l'ambiance et le cadre est ok mais les repas sont pas du tout bon. Pareil pour les repas au Bord de la piscine dégueulasse et pas, assez qualitatifs au regard des prix facturés. un des Maitres nageurs parle beaucoup et ça intervient dans les discussions des gens comme ça franchement c'est très dérangeant.
