Das Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb von Fės, bietet von der Terrasse aus einen sehr schönen Blick auf die Stadt. Das Hotel ist neu und entsprechend gut unterhalten. Beim Check-In hatten wir ursprünglich nicht die gebuchte Zimmerkategorie erhalten, was jedoch nach Intervention sofort korrigiert wurde. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, hell und sauber. Dank raumhohen Fenstern ist es sehr hell. Schade, wurde der Anordnung und Ausrichtung der Zimmer nicht mehr Beachtung geschenkt. Die Aussicht ist bei den meisten Zimmern sehr limitiert. Das Essen (Frühstück und Abendessen) ist ausgezeichnet. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Grossartiges Rooftop-Restaurant inkl. Bar mit Tapas Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Die Medina von Fės ist mit dem Hotelshuttle oder Taxi in ein oaar Fahrminuten einfach zu erreichen Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier spontan um zwei Nächte verlängert, weil uns das Hotel sehr gut gefiel und um hier einen Ruhetag auf unserer Rundreise einzulegen.

Hotel with great pool to relax, view of the city and surrounding area. Bar and restaurants were nicely decorated with views too. Rooms would have been gorgeous in need of fresh paint and carpet. Friendly staff.

Great property but not a walking distance from the old city and needs a taxi to go there. Great roof top party every night. Loved Wesal (the singer) and Abdul-Al (our waiter)!! Reception staff is also great!

2nd time staying here, perfect hotel, clean, quiet, beautiful room, comfortable bed, good food especially Friday special cous cous was delicious just like homemade and Moroccan dessert was also delicious. One negative: not a good experience at the spa- the steam room didn’t work properly, which is the whole point of hammam- you need to spend time in the hot steam room before the scrub for the best results. And when I tried to tell that to the attendant- she wouldn’t even listen and denied that anything was wrong with the steam! That was really upsetting!!!

super séjour l’hôtel est très bien et personnel très agréable. les 3 restaurants sont très bien également. dommage que la piscine soit très très froide…. pas possible de prendre un bain dans la baignoire de la chambre …. j’ai bien fait une réservation pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant en bas âge mais à l’arrivée pas de lit enfant ni autre accessoires. ayant pris petit déjeuner inclus le jour du départ à 5h du matin je demande si c possible d’avoir un café et du lait pour faire un biberon la réponse le petit déjeuner ouvre à 7h pour le prix de la chambre je m’attendais à une autre réponse un peut compliqué pour avoir un taxi le jour du départ mais nous somme arrivé à l’h

This property was top notch! I wish everyplace met the standards as this hotel offers. There are three restaurants inside the hotel. One French, one Moroccan and the last Lebanese on the rooftop where there also exist a stunning bar. Plus they had a DJ. The latter was more tapas plates. The food was so good. Our drinks were tasty. We had our laundry serviced while here. It was a bit pricy so discuss cost first if you don’t want any surprises. Our room was large, clean, bed amazing, the bathroom exceptional, it included amenities. We had turn down service in the evening, they left little treats, that always adds to the experience. Check in was smooth as was check out. Parking is covered underground, no issues. There is security upon entry and exit. Local children play futbol on the street leading to the hotel which is nice to see local life. The spa didn’t have two one hour services available last minute. So we missed out there, hopefully next visit we can partake in the spa. They have a hot tub included in the booking for one hour which we didn’t find time to squeeze into our schedule. I am so happy we chose this property for our stay in Fes. Truly it was everything we needed for the perfect end to our time in Morocco.

Excellent facilities, room design and cleanliness of rooms. Staff is friendly. We were treated with tasty sweets each day which was pleasant. King size mattress is set on top of 2 double bed frames so the middle part of the bed is not very comfortable to sleep on, but very comfortable on either left or right side. Surrounding area outside of hotel premises has ongoing construction being done. The hotel bar has a DJ and sometimes live music going until around midnight each day and the bass carries into our hotel room which may be a problem if you’re a light sleeper but we were able to sleep thru it by spending our energy exploring the Medina and surrounding city.

My original booking was with patio and city view . I paid extra so I can have a patio and have an access to fresh air. Front desk locked the patio door and I couldn’t get out and there are no windows to open.there was no city view but I got charged for it. My experience was horrible in this hotel. Stuck in a room with no access to fresh air. I have terrible allergies and I asked several times to do something about it. They said there is a construction and they can’t open my patio door. Very cold and unpleasant stay. Room smells and after shower it gets very steamy. Overpriced with very bad restaurant and service.

The breakfast was lovely, fantastic view from the bar and it was very clean and safe. Walking distance from the big shopping Center Carefour.. highly recommended, we had a lovely room 110, which we loved as it with a courtyard and we could relaxed after the busy day sightseeing.

Beautiful property but not well maintained. The carpet was stained badly and the bathtub glass had mold growing along the gaskets. With that being said, services were exceptional, staff were extremely friendly, and the property itself is so stunning. I would still return despite the questionable hygiene in hopes that management takes my review into consideration and makes the necessary improvements.

Das Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb von Fės, bietet von der Terrasse aus einen sehr schönen Blick auf die Stadt. Das Hotel ist neu und entsprechend gut unterhalten. Beim Check-In hatten wir ursprünglich nicht die gebuchte Zimmerkategorie erhalten, was jedoch nach Intervention sofort korrigiert wurde. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, hell und sauber. Dank raumhohen Fenstern ist es sehr hell. Schade, wurde der Anordnung und Ausrichtung der Zimmer nicht mehr Beachtung geschenkt. Die Aussicht ist bei den meisten Zimmern sehr limitiert. Das Essen (Frühstück und Abendessen) ist ausgezeichnet. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Grossartiges Rooftop-Restaurant inkl. Bar mit Tapas Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. 2nd time staying here, perfect hotel, clean, quiet, beautiful room, comfortable bed, good food especially Friday special cous cous was delicious just like homemade and Moroccan dessert was also delicious. One negative: not a good experience at the spa- the steam room didn’t work properly, which is the whole point of hammam- you need to spend time in the hot steam room before the scrub for the best results. And when I tried to tell that to the attendant- she wouldn’t even listen and denied that anything was wrong with the steam! That was really upsetting!!!

The breakfast was lovely, fantastic view from the bar and it was very clean and safe. Walking distance from the big shopping Center Carefour.. highly recommended, we had a lovely room 110, which we loved as it with a courtyard and we could relaxed after the busy day sightseeing.

Zeer luxueus hotel met een zalig bed! De kamer is prachtig! Verzorgd ontbijt. Leuke attentie was de Marokkaanse koekjes en de thee bij ontvangst. Ik zou het zeker aanraden. Wel 72 dirham tax betaald meer dan in andere hotels van dezelfde categorie en locatie.

Magnifique hôtel digne d’un 5 étoiles mais nourriture très ordinaire au restaurant marocain . Beaucoup de bruits dans les corridors et très mal insonorisé . Si vous voulez aller vous reposer ce n’est pas le meilleur des endroits (du moins pas les chambres au Rez de chaussée)

Très bel hôtel bien arboré, situé en hauteur avec une très belle vue sur la ville de Fès, en revanche les abords de l’hôtel laissent vraiment à désirer avec des terrains vagues très sales et des immeubles en construction très proches de l’hôtel. Les chambres sont très jolies, la literie impeccable, mais le gros point négatif est l’isolation phonique des chambres. En effet, nous étions au 3ème et dernier étage et le ronronnement des moteurs de climatisation situés sur le toit est très désagréable la nuit. Nous avons donc changé de chambre (2ème étage) mais cette fois avec le bruit des colonnes d’eau le matin! Les 2 restaurants sont de très bonne qualité. Sinon comme souvent au Maroc le personnel est vraiment très accueillant, toujours aux petits soins, avec beaucoup de gentillesse, de délicatesse et de courtoisie.

This property was top notch! I wish everyplace met the standards as this hotel offers. There are three restaurants inside the hotel. One French, one Moroccan and the last Lebanese on the rooftop where there also exist a stunning bar. Plus they had a DJ. The latter was more tapas plates. The food was so good. Our drinks were tasty. We had our laundry serviced while here. It was a bit pricy so discuss cost first if you don’t want any surprises. Our room was large, clean, bed amazing, the bathroom exceptional, it included amenities. We had turn down service in the evening, they left little treats, that always adds to the experience. Check in was smooth as was check out. Parking is covered underground, no issues. There is security upon entry and exit. Local children play futbol on the street leading to the hotel which is nice to see local life. The spa didn’t have two one hour services available last minute. So we missed out there, hopefully next visit we can partake in the spa. They have a hot tub included in the booking for one hour which we didn’t find time to squeeze into our schedule. I am so happy we chose this property for our stay in Fes. Truly it was everything we needed for the perfect end to our time in Morocco.

Excellent facilities, room design and cleanliness of rooms. Staff is friendly. We were treated with tasty sweets each day which was pleasant. King size mattress is set on top of 2 double bed frames so the middle part of the bed is not very comfortable to sleep on, but very comfortable on either left or right side. Surrounding area outside of hotel premises has ongoing construction being done. The hotel bar has a DJ and sometimes live music going until around midnight each day and the bass carries into our hotel room which may be a problem if you’re a light sleeper but we were able to sleep thru it by spending our energy exploring the Medina and surrounding city.

„Viel gewollt, wenig gekonnt - Wenn das Smartphone interessanter ist als die Gäste“ Zum Ausklang unserer zweiwöchigen Rundtour durch Marokko wollten wir nochmals zwei Tage in einem Hotel mit Pool verbringen. Hotel Sharei klang im Internet gut. Aber schon bei der Anreise sahen wir, dass Fotos und Realität auseinander liegen. Das Hotel liegt in einem Bauruinenviertel. Nicht mal die Straße zum Hotel ist fertig. Das Hotel an sich sieht nett aus, ist aber deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. So wird die Fassade laut klopfend erneuert, während die Gäste am Pool liegen. Der Empfang im Hotel ist kühl und distanziert. Nichts von dem Flair, welchen wir aus den Riads und Kasbahs kannten und keine herzliche Begrüßung. Egal, in welchen Bereich des Hotels man kommt, das Smartphone ist für das Personal immer interessanter als der Gast und liegt bei allen gut in der Hand vor den Augen. Es gibt kein „Guten Morgen/Tag/Abend“ als Begrüßung. Wenn man es dann mal geschafft hat, etwas auf der Terrasse zu bestellen, wird es relativ zeitnah gebracht, aber dann war es das auch. Einen Servicemitarbeiter sieht man so schnell nicht wieder. Apropos Terrasse: abends treffen sich die „Richkids von Fes“ dort, so dass es kaum Plätze für Hotelgäste gibt. super séjour l’hôtel est très bien et personnel très agréable. les 3 restaurants sont très bien également. dommage que la piscine soit très très froide…. pas possible de prendre un bain dans la baignoire de la chambre …. j’ai bien fait une réservation pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant en bas âge mais à l’arrivée pas de lit enfant ni autre accessoires. ayant pris petit déjeuner inclus le jour du départ à 5h du matin je demande si c possible d’avoir un café et du lait pour faire un biberon la réponse le petit déjeuner ouvre à 7h pour le prix de la chambre je m’attendais à une autre réponse un peut compliqué pour avoir un taxi le jour du départ mais nous somme arrivé à l’h

Beautiful hotel, amazing grounds. Staff was very attentive and accommodating. We used spa and it was a great experience, although pricey. One thing to note, is that the hotel is located at n the middle of the appattkwnt constriction zone and surrounded by garbage and unkept roads. This is not reflection of the hotel of course, but mentioned for awareness. It's about 12 min drive to old part of town.

Sinon comme souvent au Maroc le personnel est vraiment très accueillant, toujours aux petits soins, avec beaucoup de gentillesse, de délicatesse et de courtoisie.
Très bel hôtel bien arboré, situé en hauteur avec une très belle vue sur la ville de Fès, en revanche les abords de l’hôtel laissent vraiment à désirer avec des terrains vagues très sales et des immeubles en construction très proches de l’hôtel. Excellent facilities, room design and cleanliness of rooms. Staff is friendly. We were treated with tasty sweets each day which was pleasant. King size mattress is set on top of 2 double bed frames so the middle part of the bed is not very comfortable to sleep on, but very comfortable on either left or right side. Surrounding area outside of hotel premises has ongoing construction being done. The hotel bar has a DJ and sometimes live music going until around midnight each day and the bass carries into our hotel room which may be a problem if you’re a light sleeper but we were able to sleep thru it by spending our energy exploring the Medina and surrounding city.

Beim Check-In hatten wir ursprünglich nicht die gebuchte Zimmerkategorie erhalten, was jedoch nach Intervention sofort korrigiert wurde. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, hell und sauber. Dank raumhohen Fenstern ist es sehr hell. Schade, wurde der Anordnung und Ausrichtung der Zimmer nicht mehr Beachtung geschenkt. Die Aussicht ist bei den meisten Zimmern sehr limitiert. Das Essen (Frühstück und Abendessen) ist ausgezeichnet. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Grossartiges Rooftop-Restaurant inkl. Bar mit Tapas Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. 2nd time staying here, perfect hotel, clean, quiet, beautiful room, comfortable bed, good food especially Friday special cous cous was delicious just like homemade and Moroccan dessert was also delicious. One negative: not a good experience at the spa- the steam room didn’t work properly, which is the whole point of hammam- you need to spend time in the hot steam room before the scrub for the best results. And when I tried to tell that to the attendant- she wouldn’t even listen and denied that anything was wrong with the steam! That was really upsetting!!!

Merveilleux séjour . un grand merci à Chaimae pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Le personnel est accueillant et souriant et bienveillant. La chambre spacieuse la literie confortable. This property was top notch! I wish everyplace met the standards as this hotel offers. There are three restaurants inside the hotel. One French, one Moroccan and the last Lebanese on the rooftop where there also exist a stunning bar. Plus they had a DJ. The latter was more tapas plates. The food was so good. Our drinks were tasty. We had our laundry serviced while here. It was a bit pricy so discuss cost first if you don’t want any surprises. Our room was large, clean, bed amazing, the bathroom exceptional, it included amenities. We had turn down service in the evening, they left little treats, that always adds to the experience. Check in was smooth as was check out. Parking is covered underground, no issues. There is security upon entry and exit. Local children play futbol on the street leading to the hotel which is nice to see local life. The spa didn’t have two one hour services available last minute. So we missed out there, hopefully next visit we can partake in the spa. They have a hot tub included in the booking for one hour which we didn’t find time to squeeze into our schedule. I am so happy we chose this property for our stay in Fes. Truly it was everything we needed for the perfect end to our time in Morocco.

We had a lovely stay at hotel sahrai. All the employees were very thoughtful. The morrocan restaurant is really good, and so is the Lebanese one. We only stayed one night at Hotel Sahrai, but overall we enjoyed the modern design and spacious feel of the hotel. The room had a very stylish and contemporary atmosphere, and we appreciated the thoughtful welcome gifts as well. The pasta we ordered for lunch was delicious, although the waiting time was a bit long, so we would recommend sharing if someone is in a hurry. We also ordered a Caprese dish, but what arrived seemed more like bruschetta with melted cheese and mushrooms rather than a traditional Caprese. We believe it may have simply been a miscommunication, so we politely accepted and enjoyed the dish without any issue. The room and bathroom design, especially the glass elements, felt modern, fun, and a bit sexy. However, there were unfortunately significant clogging issues with both the wash basin and bathtub. In addition, the toilet had a noticeable sewage smell during our stay. We also felt the grayish carpet in the room may need replacing, as it did not appear very clean and had a strong musty smell each time we returned to the room from outside. That said, the room itself was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. With some improvements to the bathroom maintenance and carpeting, the experience could become much more enjoyable.

The staff bent over backwards to accommodate us- and let us checkout late since we had a late flight. The breakfast was delicious and bar was open late for drinks and music at Jungle- very fun! The food - Italian and moroccoan and Lebanese were all amazing! The pizza, foccacia, and sandwiches were more delicious than in NYC! prices for drinks and food were reasonable too.
