Elevator didn't work. Had to transport my luggage down from fourth floor myself so that I would catch my flight. After that ordeal,I found out they have another elevator,a freight elevator, that I could have used.

Room condition did not match on line booking description/condition! Rooms dirty, broken items lighting, door handles and cold water showers, run down rooms with water leak stains! Upon check in we got stuck in elevator for over 1.5 hrs ! We booked this hotel for elevator use as we are disabled and from checkin to time we left 15 days it was broke and we were on the fourth floor!!

There are ups and downs with this place the ups, most important thing for me was that the bed was really comfy and facilities worked well. Breakfast was ok, staff were very friendly. Downs, carpet looks like it's been there for far too long, the lift was broken so it was stairs to 5th floor, only 2 slice toaster for lots of people was a bit silly. Local area was very unsavoury looking but didn't get too hassled

zum einmaligen übernachten ist es ok, dass beste war wirklich das Frühstück, man sieht das ein Renovierung dringend notwendig ist. in unserem Zimmer war keine Klimaanlage, Schimmel im Bad, Inneneinrichtung aus den 70ern.

The hotel is convenient because it's close to the main train station. The hotel did not look like the photographs. It's run-down. The worse part is it is very noisy outside, so I couldn't open the window. No airconditioning.

Room clean and looked recently refurbished. Good breakfast selection available in the morning. Right across the road from the main train station with easy access to the u bahn/s bahn and tram network. Only takes about 10-12 minutes to reach by s bahn 8 and 9 from airport. Only downside was no aircon in room which was needed during the summer

The reception area was very clean and welcoming. The hotel is located in a not so good area of town. There are a lot of people milling around all the time. The hotel rooms are not very clean and they don’t have air conditioning. The street being very noisy made it very difficult to sleep with the windows open in an attempt to cool off the room.

Super Budget Hotel direkt am Frankfurter Hbf. Guter Startpunkt für einen City-Trip. Das Standart-Doppelzimmer war sehr sauber und gemütlich mit Sitzecke und Couch. Staff war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Ich komme gerne wieder.

The mail problem was the room filled with mold, unsanitary and dangerous. Had to leave after one night as both my wife and I were getting sick from the mold. The hotel is ready for condemnation and the German authorities should close it down… I want my money back and I took pictures that I will plaster all over the internet. Hotels. com should be ashamed of themselves, recommending this unsafe hotel.

Die Unterkunft war einfach unschön. Schimmel in den Fugen, Fliesen im Bad locker. Fenster veraltet und undicht, daher sehr laut. Das Frühstück war sehr einfach. Kaffeemaschine nicht sauber und zum Teil defekt.

The property although it being in need of some updates the property was well kept, the staff was friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast and it was tended to on a regular basis making sure everything was fresh. My room was clean and fresh and housekeeping was prepared to bring me more towels and such to make my stay good. I enjoyed the stay that I will rent again this week for another 3 day stay.

Äldre och slitet hotell. Badrum med svart i kakelfogarna i duschen, bubblor av lossnad färg i taket. Skön säng och bra kuddar och täcken, vi sov gott. Hade bett om ett tyst rum högre upp för våra 5 nätter. Fick ett av de 3 sämsta rummen på våning 1 ovanför ingången. Mycket buller från trafik och spårvagnar, men vi har alltid med öronproppar så det var okej.

Jeg havde valgt økonomi enkeltværelse. Og det er meget småt. Hele hotellet trænger hårdt til en gennemgribende renovering. Møgbeskidte tæpper i gangene på alle etager. Det hårdtarbejdende rengøringspersonale kan ikke gøre det bedre før alt er i orden.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einem uraltem Zustand. Die Flure bestehen aus Faserstoffen mit alten Flecken. Auf jeden Fall renovierungsbedürftig. Das Zimmer ebenfalls fürchterlich...die Wände gehören erneut gestrichen. Die Nebenlampe funktionierte kaum, sodass man extra aufstehen und zum Schalter laufen muss um das Hauptlicht zu öffnen. Die Tür gehört ausgetauscht, da sie sich nur öffnet ,wenn man die Schulter zur Hilfe nimmt um dagegen zu stoßen. Warmes Wasser gab Abends leider nicht, nur tagsüber. Die Umgebung aus dem Hotel schrecklich, überall dreckig und Müll, viele Obdachlose.... . Das Frühstück war standardmäßig, nur dass das Personal zu langsam hinterher kam um Lebensmittel nachzustellen. Parkplatzsituation sehr gering... wer kostenlos will, soll es in die Schleusenstraße versuchen falls man Glück hat, ansonsten Baseler Platz Parkhaus für 30 € pro Tag, Sonntags geschlossen. Dieses Hotel ist nur für das Nötigste empfehlenswert und ohne mit dem Auto zu kommen.

Great location near the main train station. But the neighbourhood is really run down. Got a room with balcony on the first floor with trams going by directly outside. Loudest room i’ve ever been in. But it was no problem to switch room to the other side which was quiet.

Our room was spacious and clean but the shutters didn’t work and the trams went passed all night long so we didn’t get a good nights sleep. The air con worked thankfully. It’s an outdated hotel and would of been fine if it wasn’t for the noise outside

Location was great, right across from the main train terminal. The hotel is located on a very busy street. Very noisy. If you are a light sleeper, ask for a room not facing the street. Zimmer auf den Bildern bei der Bestellung gibt es anscheinend nicht, unsere Zimmer waren maximal 3x3 Meter. Keine Luft oder Kühlung im Zimmer möglich, entweder stickige Luft oder Fenster auf und rund um die Uhr Straßenlärm, Polizeisirenen, Straßenbahn und gegröhle von betrunkenen, zugedröhnten Personen rund um den Bahnhof. Ansonsten war das Zimmer und das extrem kleine Badezimmer sauber. Frühstück sah auf den Bildern viel besser aus.

The hotel staff was great and ready to assist. The hotel however, is still living in the 70's. You need a physical key with a weight as a key ring. If you get a street side room, be prepared to hear, sirens, ambulances, people screaming, cars honking 24 hrs. a day, for however many days you are there. Its right next to the train station so there are many, many homeless begging and sleeping under covered areas. Rooms are small but functional.

Building was in terrible condition. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Was forced to pay a"city tax" in cash and was refused a receipt. I had paid all charges on the app, the customer in front of me was not required to pay the "city tax".

I was Traveling from USA, and thought of staying here because its very close to the train station. However, once i entered to checkin, the receptionists were very very rude. They gave me such attitude and asked me to wait for several minutes because they were busy with their ‘work’. And then started taking other customers who came after me! I had a kid with me who was tired and we just wanted our room keys. After finally finding iur reservation which they couldnt find for further few minutes, they told us that the elevator is not working and we were expected to take our luggage and stroller to the 3rd floor ourselves. When we entered the room, the room had mud spots everywhere and smelled of animal waste or pee. It was a horrible experience overall. The breakfast was stale and they added too much water in their juices to increase the quantity, ridiculous!!

I had a kid with me who was tired and we just wanted our room keys. After finally finding iur reservation which they couldnt find for further few minutes, they told us that the elevator is not working and we were expected to take our luggage and stroller to the 3rd floor ourselves. When we entered the room, the room had mud spots everywhere and smelled of animal waste or pee. It was a horrible experience overall. The breakfast was stale and they added too much water in their juices to increase the quantity, ridiculous!!

Völlig unfähiges und unfreundliches Personal am Check In. Zimmer absolute Katastrophe. Das schlechteste Zimmer, in dem ich je übernachtet habe. Fenstergriff abgebrochen. Fenster nicht zu öffnen. Arrived early in the morning at 0900 but check in doesn’t starts till 1600. The receptionist gentleman told me if I want early check in I have to pay 20 Euro, fair enough I paid it. After payment I asked is breakfast only for tomorrow and he said I can go in to get a coffee. After coffee I told him I had my coffee and he said eat something if you are hungry. The morning breakfast is quite alright. Will stay again next time in FRA.

Great location across the road from the Hauptbahnhof (main station). The staff are friendly and helpful. Some of the woodwork was in need of repainting but our room was large, airy, spotlessly clean, and the bed comfortable which is much more important than chipped paint. The rooms are also very reasonably priced. I would stay here again.

Owner Madir threw a fit at me because i locked my key in the room. Was likely drunk as he kept forgetting which room we were going to. Kept grabbing me by my arm on the way out trying to talk to me as i was trying to get away from the hotel.

The property is Very hot, the noise from the trams is 24/7 .the rooms are clean tidy and functional. T worst aspect is the continuous begging and harassment in the surrounding streets and central station. There are organised begging gangs at the entrances. Use this for shorter stays and keep your belongings hidden,my associate was approached at 0630 for 20 euros whilst having a smoke prior to breakfast, which is very nice.

Location was great, right across from the main train terminal. The hotel is located on a very busy street. Very noisy. If you are a light sleeper, ask for a room not facing the street. Rooms were clean, bedding was comfortable, bathroom was clean and roomy, breakfast was very convenient. Very good hotel, just noisy

The reception area was very clean and welcoming. The hotel is located in a not so good area of town. There are a lot of people milling around all the time. The hotel rooms are not very clean and they don’t have air conditioning. The street being very noisy made it very difficult to sleep with the windows open in an attempt to cool off the room.

Hotel is only 3 minutes' walk from the Frankfurt main train station & the main station is only 15 minutes from Frankfurt airport by subway line S9. Neighbouring Kaiser Strasse is full of restaurants with different nationalities. There is famous Studel Musem, with an extensive art collection, 15 minutes' walk from the hotel across river Main. The location cannot be any better. The hotel itself needs a bit of facelift & updates though.

O prédio está com a fachada desabando. O quarto 601 está com o acabamento do terraço solto, tem pombas no forro. Os colchões são velhos e barulhento. A área perto da saída sul da estação central tem muito morador de rua. E as janelas dão para a linha do bonde que faz barulho o tempo todo.

Dårlig service, måtte vente 30 minutter før jeg kunne tjekke ind da de skulle være 3 medarbejdere om at lave en opgave i stedet for at betjene os. Morgenmad var kedelig, og værelserne lignede intet som på billederne. Derudover larmer det hele natten, ingen af os fik søvn i de to nætter vi var der. Alt i alt et dårligt hotel, og vil aldrig komme tillbage igen!

Room clean and looked recently refurbished. Good breakfast selection available in the morning. Right across the road from the main train station with easy access to the u bahn/s bahn and tram network. Only takes about 10-12 minutes to reach by s bahn 8 and 9 from airport. Only downside was no aircon in room which was needed during the summer

The location next to the train station was great. The breakfast was varied and nice. The room was spacious and clean with tall ceilings. I was hesitant to book because of some unsavory revues, but I was pleased with the experience and staff. The building does not have air conditioning, but we slept fine. Around the corner is an outdoor bar under the trees that has a wonderful vibe. I will definitely book again in the future when traveling in Frankfurt.

Be warned. The hotel has been renovated and looks good. It will join IHG. At check in I was told no reservation found. I had booked 3 rooms. Seems they change reservation system. The hotel has NO air con. A renovated hotel has no air con here in summer. The hotel couldn't even provide some chilled water in lobby. The outside temp was 38c. So they have no action plan at all. How can an international chain run a property with no air con? There are several near by properties that has air con.
