部屋の冷蔵庫に入っている飲み物が無料で飲めることは良かったのですが、冷蔵庫の電源は入っているものの機能しておらず、飲み物はすべて常温でした。朝食の際、カフェマシーンが壊れていて、コーヒーは飲めませんでした。代わりに紅茶と思いましたが、ティーバック６種類の置いてある机が暗く銘柄の説明書きが読めず、「照明を明るくして」と頼んだところ、「照明は壊れていてこれ以上明るくできない」との回答をもらいました。

Das Hotel ist doch arg in die Jahre gekommen. Die Armaturen im Bad waren locker und verrostet und sogar am Licht für das recht kleine Zimmer wurde gespart.

Hotel Savoy fremstår som ett ganske slitt hotel. Insjekk var o.k. en litt mutt resepsjonist men høflig. Ingen aircondition på rommet som var veldig enkel og ganske så slitt, fikk låne en vifte i resepsjonen, men med 34 grader ute så var det vare varm luft som ble sirkulert. Hotellet serverer heller IKKE frokost, måtte ordnes hos den lokale baker. Renhold var o.k. Omtalen på nett sier de har svømmebasseng, men det var ikke vann i det. Alt i alt en skuffende opplevelse

The rooms are very outdated with equipment not working and tired carpets. Doors didn't work in the first room we were given. We lnsisted on an alternative room. The bar was non working. The hotel looks overall very dated in a bad way.

Mon séjour à l’Hôtel Savoie a été plutôt décevant. Plusieurs services annoncés n’étaient pas disponibles : la piscine était fermée pour rénovations et il n’y avait pas de buanderie, on m’a plutôt dirigé vers une laverie à proximité. Des travaux importants avaient lieu sur mon étage, avec des ouvriers qui circulaient souvent dans les ascenseurs. Le déjeuner était bon, mais la chambre était vieillotte et le tapis usé à plusieurs endroits. Dans l’ensemble, l’expérience était en deçà de mes attentes.

Property is tired and run down… nothing was open except the old indoor pool. Everything worn out. Room didn’t have freshness or clean feel. Bedding and towels were old and worn. Whilst it wasn’t expensive, it wasn’t what was advertised .. the staff were delightful and helpful.

Un receptionniste tres snobe qui n as pas apprecie mon opposition a devoir payer mon axces a la piscine d un quatre etoile a 9€ , j ai dis dois je aussi payer pour les toilettes ?? Il a commence a ralee et dire n importe quoi que j ai paye la chambre a moitie prix j ai dis que si je paye 1€_la chambre ce ne vous regarde pas et si la piscine est payante changer de status sur les sites de reservations et mettez EXTRA.

It was absolutely a nightmare story at this hotel and my recommendation is for no one to get scammed here. I thought paying a decently good amount and near the central station would be a good choice but definitely was not the case. There was blood on the curtains, the floor was not clean at all, going stains on the carpets, washroom was dirty. The whole experience was just hell. No Ac, water is not supplied, resteraunt downstairs is closed.

Disgusted by this property. I got bit by bed bugs and had to go to a pharmacy for medication. Reported to reception and as no other rooms got my room cleaned (if you call it that) was told the manager wasn’t in and would call me. No call Reported again and was told he’d be in at 8am the day I was leaving. Had a train booked for 8:30 across the street. Was told he was on his way and be 5 minutes. 8:25am and still no show so had to leave and was directed to his email. Emailed him on the train and now 24 hours later still no reply. Hotel looks nothing like it does on site. Run down and disgusting. Believe it’s being run with a receptionist and one cleaner. Carpet all stained, shower doesn’t work so had to use bath, shower glass clearly never been cleaned and the curtains don’t fit the window so no matter which way you draw them there’s a couple of inch gap the light beams in. Please avoid

Pareciera que los iban a renovar y los dejaron así. La ducha tenía moho en las esquinas. Los cuartos pequeños, feos y desaseados. Hay varios hoteles alrededor más económicos y mejores.

So the location of this hotel is not bad as it is right next to the train station. That was the only thing good about it. The room was nasty having mold/water damage almost everywhere in the room, and this hotel is in bad need of new management. We went to check out a day early, and they never even asked us why we were leaving before our check out date. The shower rod was broken .and would not stay where it needed to be, so it just sprayed everything all over the bathroom.

Das Zimmer war sauber und groß, allerdings war das Badezimmer mit etwas Schimmel an den Ecken für mich ein Schreck. Die Duschbrause hat nicht funktioniert und zum befüllen der Badewanne war kein Stöpsel vorhanden. Frühstück etwas mager wenn man bedenkt es gibt in anderen Hotels in Frankfurt eine größere Auswahl für den gleichen Preis. Alles in allem war gut.

Leider entsprach unser Aufenthalt, so garnicht unseren Erwartungen.... Preis Leistungsverhältnis eine blanke Katastrophe. Teppich schmutzig, fleckig, keimig! Möbel abgestoßen und in einem desolaten Zustand! Badezimmertür ließ sich nicht verschließen, bei drei Personen im Zimmer nicht wirklich schön und das Badezimmer selber auch im unteren ein Sterne Bereich anzusiedeln! Noch dazu in einem schlechten und maroden Zustand!

The safe didn/'t work and reception said they would fix or change but didn't and the shower had to be held by hand as the shower holder was missing so it feels like no -one checks or does maintenance so is the hotel safe for fire or other things if these things are not checked or actioned ?

Alle vorherigen Bewertungen stimmen leider. Die Lage des Hotels ist super, wenn man schnell zum HBF will, das Personal ist wirklich freundlich. Das Hotel an sich ist in einem desaströsen Zustand. Mein Zimmer war nicht sauber, das Mobiliar war schon sehr abgenutzt und die Fenster wurden vermutlich seit Bau des Hotels nicht mehr geputzt. Ich hatte ein Nichtraucherzimmer, aber Rauch zog dennoch durch mein Zimmer. Wer gerne ausschläft ist hier falsch, die Putzfrauen hämmern gerne schon am Sonntag um 7:30 Uhr mit ihrem Presslufthammer aka Staubsauger an der Tür. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist auch nicht zu empfehlen und wurde leider auch nicht nochmal aufgefüllt.

Extremely expensive but not worth it. Room is very small. Furnitures and stuff in the room are very old. Roof height is very short. You hit your head in the bathroom. Door is not closing properly. You should pull or push to close the door. Walls are very thin and there is no voice isolation. I couldn’t sleep due to neighbor room snoring. Breakfast is very poor.

1. Da kein NICHT STÖREN- Türschild im Zimmer war, hatte ich die Rezeption am Tage zuvor gebeten, mein Zimmer NICHT aufzuräumen / reinigen. Trotzdem haben sie es getan! We like that it’s about 3min walk to the train station. Receptionists were friendly and cheerful. But we were disappointed with outside of the hotel. We saw people on the streets doing drugs, drunk from alcohol, throwing up, and fighting—all in one day, broad daylight! Then comes night, we heard people screaming around 2am. Couple of sirens going off. Our baby woke up a few times. We felt unsafe and not relaxed.

The property in conveniently located across the main train station. That said, it's a very shady area, close to the red light district, druggies and homeless are loitering on the siedewalks around the property. The rooms are basic. Rolling shutters were not working in the first room, in the second room the bathroom door couldn't be closed without a struggle. That said, front desk did everything in his power to accompdate us. Friendly and very helpful. All in all, you get what you pay for. It's diable for a night.

If you want to stay near the Frankfurt Hauptrbahnhof, this is the best hotel for the money. It is easy to get the the airport by train in like 20 minutes from the hotel, so it is good for early morning flights. The Hauptbahnhof and its surrounding area are not very appealing, so access to transportation is the primary selling point for this hotel. In addition, the street that the hotel is on leads away from the Hauptbahnhof to a small park and the Meridian hotel behind it, which make it easy to get away from the somewhat unattractive folks that gravitate to the train station and walk into a fairly pleasant residential area or down to the river. The hotel has a pretty good breakfast from 7 am to 9 am. For food at night, I would recommend the Irish pub around the corner. Apart from that, it is sort of limited.

Mein Zimmer war nicht sauber, das Mobiliar war schon sehr abgenutzt und die Fenster wurden vermutlich seit Bau des Hotels nicht mehr geputzt. Ich hatte ein Nichtraucherzimmer, aber Rauch zog dennoch durch mein Zimmer. Wer gerne ausschläft ist hier falsch, die Putzfrauen hämmern gerne schon am Sonntag um 7:30 Uhr mit ihrem Presslufthammer aka Staubsauger an der Tür. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist auch nicht zu empfehlen und wurde leider auch nicht nochmal aufgefüllt.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Banhofsnähe, Zimmer sind sehr gut. Abstriche musste ich beim Frühstück machen. Frühstück ist Sonnfags von 8 - 10 Uhr, ich war um 9 Uhr da und das Buffet war schon ziemlich "abgegrast" es wurde nur mjt mit mit ziemlicher Verzögerung nachgelegt,

Originally the room booked was inhabitable, there were stains all over the carpet and the room had a strong smoking smell . The staff changed my room and I was grateful. Though the room was better , lighting was so poor that it is not fit for business purposes. The whole hotel is u def going renovation so is dirty and noisy , the only plus was that it’s next to the station for easy access to Messe .

I've been staying at this hotel for around 15 years, whenever my work takes me to Frankfurt (about once a year). Used to be my favorite in terms of value, with a great breakfast. It declined during and after Covid unfortunately. They are now doing renovations to hopefully bring it back to the level it was at before. When I stayed there this time, even the breakfast room was under renovation, so breakfast was in the bar -- and very frustrating as selection was poor and they only seemed to put a tiny bit of food out at a time (so within 5 minutes of them putting eggs or cheese out, it was gone and you had to wait again in order to get some). Hoping to see this place like it once was, soon.
