For the price can’t complain about the room. However, they have a bar downstairs and the guests would go outside and chat very loud all night long. Staff didn’t address this behavior. We were visiting Germany and didn’t want to make a scene. If we go again we will probably look for a different location.

Leider direkt neben einer Disco, in der gefühlt 24 Stunden lang Betrieb war. Daher liefen auch ständig merkwürdige Gestalten auf der Straße rum. Das Personal war wirklich sehr unfreundlich und wusste teilweise gar nicht Bescheid. Es wurden unsere Zimmer durcheinander gebracht und niemand kannte sich aus. Das Restaurant bietet zwar Abendessen an aber sehr wenige Speisen. Das Frühstück war nicht zufriedenstellend. Bacon fehlte. Die Maschine für Pancakes war kaputt.

Property was under-staffed with front desk staff also barrending for the soccer game. Rooms were really small. We ended up getting a 2nd room for our teens. New, clean, and great beds otherwise. Staff were great.

Pretty much what you would expect. They did a breakfast in the AM but other than that I didnt see any other food options. Would have been nice if you could buy a bottle of water somewhere. Place was clean, staff was good and price was responsible. Not much within walking distance of the hotel

Terrible. Do no be fooled by the Expedia map This hotel is not near the train station. It is a 30 min walk away in the opposite direct of the town center. There is "nothing" around it for 20 min except one pizza place. There is not even a store. There is no laundry facilities nor laundry service as promised by Expedia, nor is there one nearby as promised by the hotel. There is one bus which may or may not arrive so be prepared to take taxis to the train station or anywhere else. This hotel is desolate and the worst location in Frankfurt. The staff were not helpful and gave out bad information.

Alles sauber; bequemes Bett; Klimaanlage kühlt genau so wie man eingestellt hat und nicht zu stark oder zu schwach; ruhige Zimmer. Habe sehr gut geschlafen. Sogar das Elektroauto konnte in der Tiefgarage über Nacht wieder vollgeladen werden. Alles Top 👍

Insgesamt und für die Preis empfehlenswert. Besonders das Frühstück ist sehr gut und hat mich positiv überrascht. Personal auch sehr freundlich. Leider war das Zimmer nicht wirklich sauber. Staubig und teils Flecken auf den Möbeln und im Bad, die man leicht hätte wegwischen können.

The staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. We really appreciated that our room was cleaned every day. However, we booked the hotel because it was supposed to be walking distance to our conference but the bridge we were going to use was under construction. And, last but not least, the day we were checking out we found a bedbug on the bedding.

Bei Ankunft keine Handtücher im Zimmer. Leider war das Zimmer und das Bad verdreckt. Der Fussboden wurde nochmals gesaugt. Tische und Waschbecken haben wir selbst gereinigt.

Staff were extremely friendly and let us check in early, no complaints there BUT the room smelled like smoke and there were tons of cobwebs on the pendant light over the sofa bed and crumbs on the floor, and weird orange stains on the comforter and towels….

We stayed here as a Family of 4 plus the dog. The room was so tiny that We could not even open Our suitcases basically. The walls were paper thin and I had to put my clothes over my head to be able to sleep as the guy next door sounded as If he was in the rooom with us. Parking was very pricey for a very short overnight stay. Only positive was breakfast.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour, l'hôtel offre de bonnes prestations. Toutefois, la chambre n'est pas suffisamment spacieuse pour 4 personnes. Faudrait revoir et baisser le chauffage de la chambre. Il faisait beaucoup trop chaud et difficile de dormir. L'accueil était chaleureux, le petit déjeuner copieux, juste du bacon et des pancakes ou crêpes en supplément auraient été un plus.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße, daher ist es bei offenem Fenster sehr laut. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert nur ein wenig oder auch gar nicht. Die Zimmer sind recht klein, aber sehr sauber. Bei dem Check in war die Dame sehr zurückhaltend beziehungsweise schon fast unfreundlich. Das Frühstück ist einfach aber okay und den Preis angemessen. Man kann das Hotel für eine Nacht Zwischenstopp oder vor Abflug empfehlen. Die Fahrzeit zum Flughafen beträgt circa 15 Minuten.

The room with a queen size bed and a sofa bed was tiny. There was only 1 ottoman to sit on next to a small table which is not enough even for 2 people. The blanket on the sofa was narrow and it could not cover 2 children. There was no fridge in the room - we cannot understand the reasoning about not having one small fridge to keep drinks cold and some food travelers may have. The wifi was horrible! There was only 1 cup provided in the room for coffee. We had to go ask for more things and were given everything we asked for which is why 5 stars for staff and service. The breakfast did not have any meat options or scrambled eggs, which is what is expected in any hotel. Otherwise, there were lots of others items available and the coffee was great.

Wir hatten von Freitag bis Montag gebucht. Als wir ankamen, wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen, mussten dann am Empfang direkt die Tourismusabgabe und Parkplatzgebühr bezahlen, die Frühstückszeiten wurden uns ohne nachzufragen mitgeteilt und dann haben wir unser Zimmer bezogen. Die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und ortskundig. Wir wollten unser Auto stehen lassen und mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in die Stadt fahren, uns wurde sofort Auskunft gegeben, mit welchem Bus von wo wir wo hinfahren sollen. Wir mussten dann leider schon einen Tag früher abreisen. Sind dann an die Rezeption und haben das mitgeteilt, es wurde uns ohne nachzufragen gleich gesagt das wir die Tourismusabgabe und Parkplatzgebühr für den Montag erstattet bekommen. Guter Service soll natürlich auch belohnt werden und haben die Trinkgeldkasse ein bisschen gefüttert.

Best place to stay in Frankfurt specially if you’re traveling by train . It’s a mile away from the station but there is a bus (37) just outside the station that goes straight to the hotel . The staff is very friendly. The breakfast was just amazing in fact on of the best . The hotel is clean . I’m definitely gonna stay here for my next visit and this as The best choice to stay near to Frankfurt main .

I do not speak German, this was not an issue as the reception staff speak mine. I am 92 years of age and drove there alone and against my family`s wishes, a nostalgic trip I had made many times with my wife. The staff at this hotel made me very welcome.I should also like to praise the kind ladies that cleaned my room, nothing was too much trouble for them.To the con sternation of my daughter, I`m thinking I`ll have another go in the Spring. Thank you all.

We arrived at hotel around 9am and check in is after 1pm but the staff at the reception was so nice to accommodate us. We had traveled almost 20hrs and he made sure we get in the room and hit the bed. Breakfast was also very nice and light. Although a bit far from airport but location is in the heart of FRA. Taxi always available outside or reception can order one for you in 3-5mins.

Sehr zweckmäßiges Hotel mit annehmbaren Frühstück. Leider war das Personal sehr unfreundlich und eine Kommunikation war nur sehr eingeschränkt möglich. Die Zimmer sind einfach eingerichtet - ein Kleiderschrank oder eine Minibar fehlt völlig. Dafür ist ein Wasserkocher vorhanden - leider war unserer mit Kalkreiniger verschmutzt und der Kaffee schmeckte dementsprechend. Eine Reklamation wurde nur abgetan - sie bekommen einen neuen Kocher…. Ohne weitere Entschuldigung.

Fair price, easy parking but a little much €18 per day. The description had 9 min to train station but bridge was out so 34 min walk with detour. Apparently this bridge under construction for two years and description wasnt updated. There was a bus but limited on weekends so we ended up driving and paying for parking again. But that was really only negative thing i can say. We routinely stay at Holiday Inn and will continue to do so in the future

Es un hotel comercial, así que no hay mucho que opinar. Lo chistoso era que está en una zona de 'parques industriales', entonces la zona siempre estaba muy solitaria (nosotros estuvimos en sábado y domingo, tal vez por eso se sentía medio muerto). Pero no hay quejas al respecto, es un hotel de una cadena conocida, así que eso te da mucha confianza y seguridad. Lo que mas nos sorprendió fue que la chica que nos ayudó en recepción para hacer el check in hablaba perfecto español, y si alguien ha ido a Frankfurt sabrán que es bastante complicado comunicarse inclusive en inglés, así que escuchar a alguien hablando español allá fue una grata experiencia 😀

Wir haben das Hotel gewählt um zur Deutschen Bank Arena zu fahren. Das Hotel ist nur 4 km von der Arena entfernt; trotzdem ist es sehr umständlich zur Arena zu kommen, da nur ein Bus direkt in der Nähe des Hotels fährt.
