The tiny room was very clean. Reception, elevators, hall etc everything was clean. The only problem was the electric kettle. It seemed as if it was not washed for ages. The staff, like all the staff in all the hotels in Japan, are like robots. They will do what the rule book says, nothing more, nothing less. Smiles are free though (thank God). Overall, the hotel is very nice. It's very close to Hakata station. There are a couple of convenience stores and a lot of restaurants in the vicinity. There was a coin-operated washer/dryer at the end of the hall. There's a microwave and a vending machine too. For the amount I paid, the room was extremely tiny.
