Location right in the beach was lovely. Not much to do at the resort only swim in the pool Or eat. No spa in the pool. Facilities quite old and not that well maintained. Ice machines broken/missing. Booked for three people in a double room and only had two glasses/cups/etc Plunger coffee supplied but no plunger. Definitely not a 5 star hotel.

we Have stayed at the Sheraton many times and it is alway great The gym over in the Marina Mirage is down market and the red equipment out of date - a little bit more could be spent The pool was tremendous [27 degrees] and the service was excellent The room was incredible and the breakfast was out of this world. The staff were excellent as well

Paid full price however the pool was under repairs and no mention of this during booking also the restaurant view was blocked with frosted glass due to construction. Dated and overpriced Need to lift their game Sheraton has lost its appeal

The layout of the resort is really beautiful, the property is however starting to show its age. Broken concrete, rusty screws, damages around the pool, the whole exterior needs a paint. The room itself was quite lovely, however, fell short on cleanliness - dusty around the bedside table, bed, mirrors. Chipped tiling in bathroom Rust around curtains Beds were hard and uncomfortable, pillows to thin. The shower gel for the last 2 days of our stay was not refilled and dirty glasses left on the bar not cleaned during house keeping The biggest inconvenience was the event that was on during our stay when the pool bar and area were not available - the event had their own catering so it was extremely disappointing that we had to walk from the pool area up to the bar to get drinks. We've stayed around the world at some of the best hotels and I don't think this one deserves 5*

Great pool, although not maintained and clean. Could be great, facilities need an upgrade or maintained. Broken umbrellas, ice machines, drink dispensers, can’t sit of some pool loungers as trees in the way, all pools were dirty or debris, very very limited resturant.

Rooms very very dirty!!! Pool was closed, we didnt eat, its very dirty again, I have photos to prove it, i even told the manager they decided to refund us back!!!! The place is runned down!!! Short staffed!!!

The property was simply stunning and very convenient. The meal deal we got was excellent value and quality. Room was large and bed was comfortable. The bathroom sink was dripping/leaking however and left water all over the basin and floor. Near our lifts, there was a distinct odour of mould or dampness.

My partner and I stayed here over the new years period. The resort is beautiful and the staff are friendly and lovely. The pool is great along with the pool bar. In saying that, I’d still rate it average for a resort as there were limited restaurants available within the resort and outside that fits those with special dietary requirements. Other things that made me score this as average was the room had lots of ants and our room was only serviced once the entire stay despite putting down the card to have our room cleaned. We were also charged for something from the minibar we did not take, however this was addressed by one of the friendly receptionists! I feel like there could be so much potential eg. An onsite gym, other dining options, perhaps a convenient store etc especially considering the location is abit out of the way from the main part of the GC. Overall, had a great still though!

Charged parking for full week stay - had to use a seperate scan app instead of just registering your vehicle. No hot water on last morning in multiple rooms, rooms not vacuumed, ground floor hallway smelled of mold

The hotel entrance was stunning and gave a great first impression, and the concierge was helpful at check-in. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. There was rubbish outside our room, and the fridge hadn’t been cleaned—old food inside made it smell terrible. My toddler also found food scraps under the bed, and the bedsheets looked like they hadn’t been changed. We even waited outside our room for 5–10 minutes thinking it was being cleaned, only to find no one was inside. The lagoon view room was pretty, but you can’t actually swim in the lagoon—it’s decorative only. The kids pool didn’t feel clean enough for our toddler to use either. The rooms and hallways felt very outdated and didn’t match the modern vibe of the entrance. Accessibility also seemed like an afterthought, with features not suited for pregnant guests or people with disabilities. On the bright side, the beach is right next door. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Modern contemporary decor, very calming palette used. Very spacious room, loved the corner soaking bath (that’s the main reason we stayed here) even though it took forever to fill the bath (it was worth the wait). Room service was fantastic, and all staff were courteous and friendly, we had a great experience. Went to Terraces for breakfast, yum yum, then went for a walk around the outdoor pool area and along the beach. Will most definitely be coming back again, just stunning!

Loved the heated pool with swim-up bar Loved the spacious room with massive comfortable bed Water pressure was terrible, when on hot/warm water, water dribbled out, took over an hour to barely half-fill the bath. They reduced price by $40, not big compensation whn the rooms aren't cheap and you can't shower!

Our room looked out to the pool and ocean which were quite stunning. Everything in our room was as expected and we enjoyed immence peace and quiet. It was a wonderful get away.

The resort is world class. Food is excellent and the service is second to none. We had a small issue in our room and management immediately attended to the matter. Their compassion and professionalism was impeccable. Overall, our family really enjoyed the experience. We would happily stay again in the future.

Outdated, no daily house keeping services provided despite being advertised. Very limited tv channels. Pool hospitality services very poor, waited 2 hours pool side for fish and chips and then another 40 mins post complaint. Upon checkout, invoiced twice on a number of items. Spent 30 mins personally reconciling the final account on check out. Very disappointed overall.

We took a night away during my breast cancer treatment. We went to a function at my sons Uni and arrived back at the hotel after 10pm. I need medication with food but was dismayed to find that a sandwich could not be offered as room service was closed. We told to get Uber eats. Then the next morning we were woken by house keeping at 8am when it was our day of departure. Overall a poor experience from what should be a 5 star hotel.

Fantastic location friendly smiling service nothing is too much hassle for the staff. Hotel itself is amazing and the dining options and bars are awesome. This is a large hotel so you may have long walks to pool/lobby if you are in the rear wings but for us this was not a problem just to let people know,

Very pleasant experience. Great place for a family vacation with small children. The direct beach access is awesome. The restaurant was good too. Seafood buffet is one of the best I've had. Close proximity to Sea World.

The lobby and pool area is beautiful. The beach is right there! The staff were so accommodating. Nothing was a problem to them, always available. We had a fantastic stay. There is also a riding path to Surfers Paradise and its a 10min walk to Seaworld if thats your thing. Would go back again and again.

The property is stunning. It shows its opp beach but we couldn’t find any access. Evening dining staff was very good - couple of asian girls looked after us really well. There are very limited vegetarian options at the pool bar and at their in house Terrace restaurant. The service could have been better. Every in room food service had a $8 delivery fee. We ordered 3 times in a day so that doubled the price of the dish. After the room was cleaned there were no fresh towels replaced. Advised housekeeping that we need to head out and need to get shower prior and to deliver the towels asap - took them an hour and we had to leave without the shower. House keeping service was too slow.

The Sheraton's entrance, foyer, main pool area and our room were nice. However, the buildings and water areas were very tired, under construction and in need of love and attention. Pool and restaurant staff were not friendly and we waited 50 minutes for our ordered breakfast on the last morning to arrive in Terrace's. Overall, our experience wasn't terrible but not the standard or experience I expected from The Sheraton, it was disappointing.The location of the hotel and service in Pearl's was the highlight.

Overall the property was ok however the lunch at the pool bar was very poor. I ordered an Indonesian chicken salad which consisted of two tenderloins and half a cos lettuce with a bit of carrot. No dressing and not enough chicken for amount if lettuce. Very poor. Shopping across the bridge is poor as most shops vacant .
