Sehr geräumiges Zimmer mit 4 Betten (Familie mit 2 Kindern), genügend Stauraum für alles. Betten eher weich aber bequem. Zusätzliche Sitzmöglichkeiten vorhanden. WC/Bad sauber und i.O., WLAN mehrheitlich stabil. Frühstück und Parkmöglichkeiten wurden nicht genutzt. In unserm Fall sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis!

Top Lage. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war etwas klein aber gemütlich. Es gibt privat Parking direkt im Hotel kostet allerdings 20 Euro pro Tag. Wir sind am Sonntag angekommen und den ersten Tag auf der Straße umsonst geparkt. Wir hätten gerne einen Wasserkocher im Zimmer. Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

La ubicación del hotel es ideal y se puede llegar dando un paseo a cualquier punto de interés de la ciudad. La estación del AVE está a 5 minutos a pie. Pernocté en una habitación cómoda, perfectamente insonorizada y con vistas a la Avenida de la Constitución. El garaje del hotel es práctico y el coste es ligeramente inferior al de los parkings de la zona. La wifi funciona muy bien. Le iría yendo bien una reforma. Los enchufes en la habitación son insuficientes. Pero la relajación calidad/precio es extraordinaria

Es un hotel correcto aunque sin pretensiones -ideal para pernoctar una o dos noches- muy bien situado en pleno centro de Granada, al lado de los Jardines del Triunfo. El personal es amable y servicial. Tiene garaje propio en el mismo edificio del hotel. La conexión wifi funciona bien

L'hôtel est classe, bon accueil, la déco est très jolie . Il est de plus très bien situé. Une place de parking est possible pour 20 euros ce qui est en dessous du prix annoncé en parking. Chambre spacieuse pour une famille avec 3 lits, literie confortable. Je recommande.

We booked a family suite room with 4 adults to stay. The room we received was a one king size bed. Now sure how they figured that 4 adults could sleep in one bed. Went downstairs they gave another room with same configurations. Rooms were smelly dirty, little to no AC. Would absolutely not recommand this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is situated in a popular tourist area. It was very clean and comfortable, with shops and historic landmarks just a short walk away. The breakfast was excellent. The only drawback was that the air conditioning cooled only one room, resulting in uneven temperatures between the two rooms.

Todos los empleados fueron muy agradables y amables. Lo mejor del hotel. La situación es buena. Cerca del centro de la ciudad. La recepción está bien pero la habitación no corresponde para nada a un hotel de 4 estrellas. Muy, muy pequeña, todo estaba amontonado. Todo era viejo y mal conservado. Las camas muy duras; las almohadas muy incómodas, duras y planas. Hay minibar pero apagado y no tenía ni agua. Ni un solo enchufe en la zona de la mesita de noche. Tuvimos que pedir un alargador para poder enchufar el móvil, con la incomodidad y el peligro de tener un cable por medio de la habitación. Baño muy viejo y con muchos problemas para obtener agua caliente. Cambios bruscos en la temperatura del agua. No hay ningún espacio para colocar ni una bolsa de aseo. Muy incómodo. He estado en hostales con habitaciones mucho más aceptables. Se ve que le hen hecho un lavado de cara a las zonas comunes pero la habitación, al menos la que nos dieron era horrible. No volveré a este hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel which is located near a cafe, the train station, an exceptional laundromat and a central bus stop which was all we needed. We had a room with a terrace which I recommend if you want a bit of extra space. Staff was top notch and room was very clean. Can't comment on breakfast because we took it elsewhere.

The staff is stellar in attending to their guests needs. Always helpful, kind, and welcoming. The breakfast is possibly one of the better ones I have enjoyed on this trip. I came in near the end and the dining room manager kept asking if I wanted more food as he was breaking down the buffet. I felt like I was having breakfast in the home of a beloved relative. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Probably smaller than most Americans would be used to. However big enough to adequately attend to your basic travel needs. The rooms furnishings are beginning to show a bit of wear, so hopefully a renovation will be happening soon. For a sole traveler, I would gladly stay here again.

Todo estupendo pero, tengo un pero, ya que las camas, me han parecido bastante duras en cuanto a sus colchones y yo que sufro de lumbalgia crónica, he dormido a ratos y bastante incómodo, por lo demás, todo estupendo.

Very convenient for our one night stay in Granada in route to the Sierra Nevada ski resort, the walk from the train station with luggage was no issue. 10 minute walk to old Granada down the Gran Via to all the restaurants and shops. Walls are a bit thin between rooms, so your neighbors can feel very close. The heat was central and not adjustable, we had to keep the window open.

Cuando llegamos nos dieron una habitación muy pequeña para tres en la que tenías que saltar por las camas para llegar al baño, habiendo pagado 85€ /noche así que la llegada fue deprimente pero menos mal que en recepción fueron muy amables y nos cambiaron la habitación, mucho más amplia y donde pudimos descansar por la noche cuando llegábamos de andar y recorrernos la ciudad. Hay que tener en cuenta que el parking hay que pagarlo aparte pues en la web de hotels.com no aparece con claridad este extra.

Ótima localização e equipe atenciosa no geral. Meu quarto não estava com o ar condicionado funcionando direito e a solução dada, foi me ceder um ventilador, com a cidade fazendo37°. O banheiro tinha cheiro forte do esgoto. Solicitei dois travesseiros extras e consegui com muito custo, apenas um.

Evening staff was really really nice , kind , helpful and friendly. I have stayed in more than 500 hotels in my life but the way he ( I forgot to ask his name ) explained me and planned my Garnada trip was super excellent.

Great hotel. We had an amazing stay. Location is great. Staff was very friendly. The hotel had great style, but some stuff looked like it had seen better days. Can still warmly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel which is located near a cafe, the train station, an exceptional laundromat and a central bus stop which was all we needed. We had a room with a terrace which I recommend if you want a bit of extra space. Staff was top notch and room was very clean. Can't comment on breakfast because we took it elsewhere.

La ubicación del hotel es ideal y se puede llegar dando un paseo a cualquier punto de interés de la ciudad. La estación del AVE está a 5 minutos a pie. Pernocté en una habitación cómoda, perfectamente insonorizada y con vistas a la Avenida de la Constitución. El garaje del hotel es práctico y el coste es ligeramente inferior al de los parkings de la zona. La wifi funciona muy bien. Le iría yendo bien una reforma. Los enchufes en la habitación son insuficientes. Pero la relajación calidad/precio es extraordinaria

Single rooms are small, but if ypu are not going to spend much time in the room, then it is OK. the best sides of the hotel was the location (as I like walking but located somewhere that you can get back and out to/from hotel during the day when needed) and the breakfast.

This is a sweet hotel with a lot of decor from the 1950's and 60's that bring in a historical feeling. The rooms are very clean - even under the bed! The staff is super helpful and kind. The breakfast is pretty good, not fabulous. The location is excellent, an easy walk to everything. I'd stay here again.

Room was tiny with weak AC with only one setting (on or off, no temperature control) a fridge that didn’t cool, and no microwave. Very old but located on main drag walking distance to lots of shops and eats. Parking was small and tight. Nice staff. Teeny Tiny elevators. An exercise room on top floor locked and couldn’t access. Why a lock on the top floor plus stairs up? No idea.
