C'est un tout nouvel hôtel, on le ressent dans les services qui ne sont pas encore tout à fait offerts, mais il est tout simplement magnifique. Ma chambre etait petite mais si bien organisée que j'y serais restée plus longtemps. Le restaurant est délicieux mais le stationnement un peu compliqué puisqu'il n'y a pas encore de valets.

It was great stay only except for big music noise (subwoofer sound) at very late night (~ 11pm and later) coming from 1st floor its restaurant and bar. Having such a noisy bar restaurant isn’t appropriate for a such a nice and charm hotel. I especially appreciate super nice and kind service from front desk people!!

The stuff are super helpful with all my questions. Had struggle finding the hotel with road closure, but once I am at the door, the valet parking person welcomed us nicely and take care of the car, the front door shared an entrance with the restaurant, the server did not hesitate to help us with our bags and lead us in right way while the door is crowed with people waiting for table. I did not have expectation for this level of service when researve for the boutique sized hotel. Overall very good experience

Property was very new and nice, and we were very comfortable in our room. Valet parking wasn't available the day that we stayed, but otherwise the hotel was very accommodating. Someone was at the front desk (on the second floor) whenever we needed them.

L’arrivée, le souper et la nuit ont été exceptionnels ! Service de valet à l’arrivée, personnel exceptionnel, belle chambre, vrai lait pour le café le matin. C’est le lendemain matin que tout s’est gâché! Le petit déjeuner débute à 8h, service de valet à 10h. Je n’ai donc pas pu prendre le déjeuner et j’ai dû me rendre à pied à 2 coins de rue avec ma valise, mon sac à main et mon sac de portable chercher ma voiture dans un grand stationnement où je n’avais aucune idée où était ma voiture-vive l’option SOS. De plus, comme j’avais eu le valet la veille j’avais laissé mon manteau dans l’auto pensant que j’aurais le même service le lendemain. Vraiment décevant et c’est dommage.

Room was very nice, quiet and clean. Staff was helpful. Location is excellent, walking distance to all interesting places to visit and close to restaurants. Public parking is a few blocks walk but it’s safe. The hotel’s entrance is their restaurant so it can be quite confusing, so as their special instructions here on Expedia. It says I will receive an email 48 hours prior to check in so I can register online and receive instructions about checking in but I didn’t receive such email which made me very concerned. It also mentions virtual assistance is available at the hotel which can be misunderstood as there’s no actual reception there when you check in. Although late, they did respond to my message thankfully and everything worked out well. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Overall good, but not excellent. First challenge is finding the front entrance - it is not obvious. You can either walk through their restaurant (I’m talking walking through the tables, not just the lobby to an elevator beside the kitchen. Restaurant looked stunning with pretty patio but smelled fishy most days) or there was this narrow metal staircase on the side of the building (no elevator) that goes to a veranda/patio space but then the patio doors were locked? Confusing. I’m still not sure I knew how to best access that place. We were in a nice room facing the main Street, there’s lots of nice dining options and it’s walkable to old town (15-20 min walk). Room was new and stylish but could’ve been a bit more clean (better vacuuming and not other people’s hair in shower/on towels). Also there was no bathroom hooks or bars - nowhere to hang your wet towels or which isn’t very sustainable for reuse as they’d end up on the floor or still wet somewhere. Overall good, could be improved with a couple small tweaks!

Was hard to find how to get into the hotel. You have to walk through a restaurant to get to the elevator to go up to reception. The room was beautiful, bed was very comfortable. Loved the in floor heating. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The Hotel Maurice is a very style orientated establishment and that is reflected in the decor of both the bedrooms and the public areas. We found that for practicality purposes the bedrooms were a case of style over substance with over complicated lighting controls, overlarge bedframe that seemed designed to catch your ankles, a dedicated network hub and tv that did not work and beautiful heavy curtains that needed two to draw.

Rezeption nur am Nachmittag besetzt. Sehr schwer jemanden zu erreichen. Zimmerzugang mit App, etwas kompliziert wenn man diese nicht einrichten kann und keine mobile Daten hat (EU SIM). Etwas entfernt vom Zentrum. Sehr viel Party am Wochenende. Gesperrte Straße jedes Wochenende macht es schwierig einzuchecken oder mit dem Auto vorzufahren um das Gepäck auszuladen. Nie wieder.

We enjoyed our room very much. It was very comfortable and decorated beautifully. We arrived with mom who uses a walker and two young men who worked there were helpful and attentive helping her with her luggage. However, after checking in there was no one at the desk to answer any questions and when we tried to call the English speaking help line no one would answer.

There needs to be instructions to use the lighting system!! There is no phone to call front desk. One tv did not work. Did not get fixed during our two night stay. One bed side light would not go off. Had to try to sleep with it on. Both side lamps were then shut down the next day. Was not fixed by our check out. Bath mat showed up on our second day. Location was great.

Très bel hôtel, beau design, très bien localisé, belle luminosité au resto et menu du soir intéressant, belle carte des vins. Probablement à cause de l’ouverture rescente, le déjeuner n’a pu nous donner la confiture promise au menu, pain blanc uniquement. Musique du déjeuner intense, davantage musique pour l’heure du souper ,,,la chambre offrait tout ce dont on peut espérer et très propre. Pas de fer à repasser, peut etre doit on le demander au service. Éclairage vraiment intéressant sauf qu’il faut prendre un bon 10 minutes pour comprendre quel interrupteur allume quoi!!! Oui on reviendra !! Mes commentaires sont certainement question de goûts mais se veulent constructifs pour une ville que j’adore!!!!!!

We had a wonderful stay! Room was superb, bigger fridge would be nice, we didn’t drink any of the alcohol that was in there, but had to remove everything in order to put our stuff in it! Restaurant was amazing and it is walking distance to old Qc and les Plaines (FEQ).
