Hotel was nice and clean. Parking is an issue, and you can only park in the street from 6pm-8am for free. Otherwise your only options are to use the expensive valet or park elsewhere. Hotel was a good experience though

Excellent stay and attentive staff. Valet does a great job due to the area but it is very expensive to park via valet and parking can be a challenge however there is a pay to park site right across the street. Bar downstairs is great.

My room had a lot of issues for a hotel that had it’s grand opening while I was staying there. Broken toilet seat, clogged shower, inadequate ventilation leaving the room wet muggy. The HVAC was locked down and I couldn’t get my room cool enough. The new TV would not connect to my laptop because it was setup wrong. The staff were warm and friendly, and I did enjoy the new fitness center. The breakfast buffet was excellent.

Stayed there for 5 nights. The housekeeping did not show up to refresh our room as scheduled after the second night. That was an error on the hotel’s part. We were told that our room would be cleaned first thing the next morning, and we left before 8am and came back after 10pm and they again did not clean our room. We only used the room to rest after long day out exploring. Imagine coming back after a long day expecting a clean and neat room with fresh towels. Nope! We have never stayed in a hotel where our room were not serviced on a daily basis. I went to the front desk and spoke to a rep, all he said were “I’m sorry” and “there’s nothing we can do for you.” Other hotels would have offered a drink, free breakfast, move us to an another room, free night stay, for disappointing their customers 2 days in a row. This was a disappointing stay, and we’ll not stay here again. Not worth it!

The staff is super friendly and the hotel is amazingly clean! The hotel has modern look and feel and just super happy we stayed there, twice (at the beginning and end of the cruise). They even helped with setting up transportation to and from the airport and port for us!

a couple of things I wish I would’ve known before booking this hotel: the cleaning staff does not pay attention to details. There was dirt, hair, and crumbs around all edges of the floor toothpaste splatters on the faucet of the bathroom, and hair is in the shower. The bathroom door is sliding glass, which does not slide close to the wall so there is about an inch gap around the door- enough to see in and out of the bathroom. Because the door is glass, if someone uses the bathroom in the middle of the night, it lights up the entire room. The bathroom light seemed to be on a timer and would shut off mid shower.

The stay was good, but the cleaning wasn't good. When I checked in, there was a stain on the toilet seat, and the coffee maker was placed where there was no socket. The biggest drawback was that there was no microwave in the hotel room, not even in the hotel itself. I added the breakfast to the booking, but they denied it by saying it was not included. But on the last day, they said we see it included. The air conditioner doesn't work correctly.

The staff were great, the rooms were very clean. The bathroom though has a very poor design and functionality. Glass doors that brighten up the whole room when someone had to use it in the middle of the night. Toilet and sink are nice for a family home but not for a commercial use like a hotel. Not functional at all.

The hotel's location is decent, so walking to many of the tourist spots is convenient. As far as the hotel itself, the rooms are extremely narrow. Two beds take up 90% of the floor space, and even two people have to dance around each other to move around the room. With regard to breakfast, as compared to our 3 prior nights in a Marriott in Vancouver BC (where the choices were extensive), the breakfast at AC Hotel, it is a joke. The price is $21.95 and the offerings are very skimpy. Lastly, the daily parking at $65 is a lot of money, although I don't know what other comparable hotels in the area typically charge. All in all, I would not stay here again as the negatives from the tiny rooms, skimpy & overpriced breakfast and expensive parking outweigh the positives.

We came into Seattle for an event that was on that side of town. Hotel looks brand new, everything was clean. Staff was great. The only thing that I was missing was a microwave in the hotel room. We went out to get food, and wanted to eat it later, but we had no way to heat it up other than that. It was a fantastic day.

I arrived to check in and was told there were no rooms available. I initially misunderstood and mentioned I had booked online. The staff member clarified that I would need to return at 3 PM because there are no rooms, but then rolled her eyes at me during the conversation, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful. What stood out even more was that she was very warm and welcoming to two other Caucasian guests after me, in stark contrast to how I was treated. The difference in attitude was noticeable and left me questioning whether bias played a role in how I was spoken to. Everyone deserves to be treated with the same courtesy and respect.

The facilities are great. The only problem that we had was with the treatment that the front desk guy gave to one of our group member who is in wheelchair during checking. We arrived late at night and this person couldn’t find his original reservation. He asked this couple to look for another hotel at this time because there was no handicap room available. After 10 to 25 minutes arguing he found a room. The treatment was without empathy and respect to this handicapped person . At the end of our stay this handicapped person was charged twice. Other front desk lady was able to correct this situation that this guy created..

The room was great and the staff were nice. The breakfast was overpriced in my opion for a severely lacking charcuterie board. Also got charged for drinks from the bar to my room when I don't drink and didn't authorize any charges to my room.

Came for a concert and check in was at 3pm. We still had to get ready and they didn’t have rooms ready for at least three other groups at check in time. Very frustrating. Made us late to our concert. Won’t be back.

Good service, clean, modern/ updated room, easy check in and out. It doesn’t have too much directly around it but it’s an easy 20 minute walk to pike market and lots of other places, very centrally located, also 30 seconds from a bus stop if you want to use public transport. Would recommend!

Super friendly and helpful front desk. Walking distance to downtown Seattle (20 min) or Capitol Hill (15 min). Free street parking at night. Nice and clean room; comfortable bed. Nice cafe nearby. There was wifi connection issue but a phone-call resolved it.

It was very clean & staff were so pleasant! They gave suggestions for dining. We went to Tulla Bella’s & food was wonderful! We walked there which was nice. AC Hotel was very convenient to Pike Place Market, Space Needle & The Great Wheel! The hotel called for our transportation & they also have a shuttle to take you to the cruise ships!

The property and room was nice but wish there were lunch sandwiches or breakfast sandwiches to go or for a limited time maybe up to 12:00 pm. I also wish there was coffee and water in the lobby. Since you do not offer food or coffee the front desk should have a list of restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The customer service was great with all Staff interactions.
