Hotel was very very clean and stocked well. The was microwave, refrigerator and even a toaster oven. Bed was comfortable and showed had good pressure with well stocked wall shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Room was new with a contemporary look. Pool was outdoor but no hot tub or breakfast offered. Only one elevator to go to second floor otherwise have to use stairs and all rooms are accessed from the outside. Overall this was a very good hotel to stay at

Pleasant staff, nice amenities including air fryer, kitchen prep tools, dishwashing tools, even aluminum foil in room. Grills and picnic tables outside. Area is convenient, near highway, grocery, restaurants, though noisy near highway. Only minor annoyance, door wouldn't close and catch easily so be sure to shut this firmly especially on your way out.

The room was clean, mattress and pillows excellent. The “gym” was disappointing broken treadmill, poor stationary bike, no dumbbells or bench. Also we were looking forward to a relaxing swim and the pool was closed.

Kids loved the pool and there were lots of dining options in the immediate area. We had issues with our fridge but the hotel responded quickly and resolved them. Nice and spacious room with great kitchenette amenities. Would stay here again.

Was there for my kids football tournament and all the parents stayed here. The motel is what it is, wasn’t expecting much, but my room which I booked a suite seemed like the same size as a normal room, and smelled like cigarette smoke.

Love the clever marketing but also a big bonus to have an actual mini oven and microwave in the room. Room was pretty spacious and quiet. Great to have a little duck and very handy to have lots of charging ports - usb C and usb.

Overall, the hotel was quite good and very clean. However, the air conditioner was extremely noisy, and we had to turn it off completely in order to fall asleep. We stayed one night each in Kamloops and Kelowna, and in comparison, the overall service in Kelowna was much better. I remember the front desk staff who checked us in at the Kelowna location was named Jane. She was exceptionally attentive and warm, and she explained everything to us in great detail. She even prepared coffee for our room and asked specifically whether we preferred milk or cream, which truly touched both my husband and me. The lady who assisted us during checkout the next day was also very friendly. Since we like the little duck toys, she kindly gifted us additional ones in different characters. I would give full marks to the service in Kelowna. Kamloops would be rated 4 out of 5, as there was no introduction or explanation provided there.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the TV and they sent someone up right away. The beds are very comfortable and linens and room are very clean. There is a complimentary coffee machine in the lobby. I have stayed here several times and will be back again!

Ash and Tien were very helpful. One of the reasons why I come back to Kamloops accent inn is mostly ash. This man deserves a raise. You cannot get better service in terms of finding what works best. The property is in excellent condition and the room was comfortable. The property is located next to a major highway but I did not find the noise to be a factor, the sound attenuation of the building is excellent. Location is very convenient, several grocery stores, and dining options nearby.

Pleasantly surprised by the room. It had many unique amenities that we found nice. Beds were so comfortable. The only issue we had was the area around the hotel felt a little unsafe. While we were unpacking a guy drove up and offered us to purchase a set of brand new air buds in their wrapper still for $20 when we declined he drove off fairly quickly. It was clear that the air buds might have been obtained illegally. The hotel itself was very nice and clean though.
