ANA Crowne Plaza Kanazawa by IHG

子供と母と泊まりましたが、ツインの部屋で大人2人になると1人分の追加料金になるという設定があり、子供7歳で申し込むと他のホテルだと寝具ありに基本的になるのですがこちらのホテルでは添い寝になります。追加料金があった事で子供分の追加ベットで頼んだと思い見落としてしまいました。よく読んで申し込まないといけないと思いました。節約したい方には良いかもしれませんが、そこそこ大きいので別に寝たいのでエクストラベットをお願いして、部屋まで行ったのですが、お部屋を変えてもらいました。部屋変えはスムーズでした。早めについて荷物を部屋に入れてもらえるサービスも対応も良かったです。建物は古めで、入り口やフロント、駐車場、宴会場と暗く重たい雰囲気です。特にフロントが狭く圧迫感があります。立地はよく駅近で便利ですが騒音はなかったです。車も地下駐車場があり便利。朝食は美味しかったです。たくさんの種類がありました。

お部屋に水が無く、廊下のサーバーを使うのが不便

가나자와역에서 도보 3분에 위치하고 있음. 역 앞에 관광지로 가는 버스정류장이 있어 이용에 편리. 햐쿠반자이 와 forus 내에 왠만한 음식점들이 다 입점해 있어 이용하기 좋음. 호텔 내 식당(5층 일식) 을 월요일에 이용하려했으나 열지 않았음. 호텔내 식당 이용일 및 시간만 미리 알려주면 좋을 듯함

Staff were excellent, professional and helpful. Rooms were a good size and very clean. Breakfast was very good. Good choice of restaurants. Highly recommend the Japanese Restaurant on the fifth floor. Really enjoyed my stay.

The ANA Crowne Plaza is an excellent conveniently located next to the Kanazawa Station business hotel. We staid one night when traveling through Kanazawa. We enjoyed dinner at the Japanese restaurant because of very good and the view at a Japanese garden. Our room was clean. Parking was provided underneath the hotel. Staff was helpful & friendly.

金沢駅に近くて便利でしが、小さくてもジムの設備が欲しいです。

ANA Crowne Plaza Kanazawa is a big, friendly hotel that is easy to find, easy to reach, and comfortable in all the best ways. The staff was very helpful and attentive to my wife and I during our recent two-week stay. We tried one of the in-hotel restaurants, a Japanase traditional style restaurant of the 5th floor. It was splendid, quiet, spacious and beautiful, with a small roof-top Japanese style garden just outside the picture windows. The food was also excellent, served with much attention to traditional practices. Housekeeping, the bell captain and all other staffers we interacted with were excellent. The bar on 19 has a commanding view of Kanazawa downtown, especially nice at night. The hotel has laundry services, but we opted to use a neighborhood coin laundry (which also takes credit cards and some IC cards) about one block away. As usual among Japanese cities, the area around this hotel and the adjacent main train station has many shopping malls, hotels, shops, restaurants and other service businesses. In other words, it looked busy and successful, to us as visitors and foreigners. During our stay, the city celebrated its annual Hyakumangoku festival, which is one of the reasons we stayed in this city. We also explored various interesting districts nearby, and took a tour of a few regional areas of interest. Coming back in the hotel to a comfortable bed and hot shower after walking around a few hours always felt really good! I recommend this hotel.

Convenient for a short stay but our room smelt of smoke despite being a non smoking room. It was dated and small but easy to get around the city near the station. Didnt have fitness facility which was surpising. Overall an okay stay.

立派なホテルで満足です。朝食も豪華でたいへん良かった。ただし、夕食をホテル内でとるつもりだったのですが、ほとんど閉店していました。臨時休業なのかどうかはわかりませんが、ガッカリを通り越して心配になりました。まさかの事態てました。

朝食がかなり良くて大満足です。 室内はどうしても年相当かなと思いますが、きめ細かいところの清掃はイマイチかなと。サービス等は大満足です

シーツは毎日変えてほしかった

浴室ユニットが古く、床タイルの目地が黒ずんでいた。 シャワーヘッドの受けがぐらぐらした。 浴室に環境整備がついていなかった。

客室は清潔で静かでした。 朝食の時もサービスがよく ゆっくり過ごせました。

Very old room with old equipment and old bathroom, only bed was modern. Carpet flooring was old and dirty.

駅から直ぐ、周りには必要なお店が 全て揃っていて、申し分ないロケーション。\u3000 部屋の内装は老朽化を感じた。 ユニットバスはアンモニア臭がした。 カーペットは掃除機がかけられていたのか？ 食べくずなどが落ちていたのが残念だった。 このクオリティだと、近隣のビジネスホテルの方が 新しくて綺麗かと思う。 チェックアウト後も、快く荷物を預かってくれた スタッフの方々はとても感じが良かった。

バスルームが古くて少し清潔感が無いです。

The ANA Crowne Plaza was a great place to stay! Staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Great view from our room, and although the property is a but dated, it is meticulously and lovingly maintained. Our room had a full bathtub and some great free amenities to relax… bath salts, eye masks, and teas replenished daily. Highly recommended. Right y the train station and so many shops and restaurants!

The best thing of this hotel is the location. It locates besides the Kanazawa station which offer very good and convenient transportation to visitors. But the facilities are relatively old. No USB was available which is one of the standard setting in hotel rooms for charging mobile device. Washroom facilities are also old.

Pleasant stay. Great location. Very kind staff. Breakfast was great. However the rooms were somewhat outdated.

Had to use three different rooms because of cigarette smoke ingress. I eventually sealed the bathroom vent up and that solved our problem. Kept telling staff where the smoke was coming from. They really didn’t want to hear about it.. asked if anyone else complained about the smoke he said no. Reading different reviews on the hotel there were smoke related issues. Breakfast was very good and staff Overall we’re good. The hotel seemed a little old. Because of the smoke issue, I would not stay there again. I was on the 16th floor facing front or the street.

Location fantastic but room not so good. Carpet had stains and air conditioning very loud. Also bathroom rather dated. Supposedly I booked a premium room but didn’t feel it was worth the money. Generally disappointed.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with 3 minutes walking distance from train station. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly as well as the staff at the breakfast venue. The hotel was extremely outdated and some condition was appalling. It was hard to imagine the room has no USB outlet. The restaurent seemed seriously short of staff. The breakfast venue was similar to a canteen instead of a 4/5 star hotel.

Although it was rather a small room, it was quiet, and had everything we need, even a comfort chair (to which a small coffee table attached)! The view from the room was excellent.

寝ている時に、換気か空調のゴーーという低い音が気になってあまり眠れなかったです。 エアコンや空気清浄機を切っても止まりませんでしたので、他の音だと思います。

I stayed for a few days. The front desk staff failed to record essential information about the guest's payment and other details during check-in and check-out. Additionally, they do not leave a clean set of towels outside the room with a 'do not disturb' sign.

車で行きました。 何度も駐車場を出入りしましたが、駐車場スタッフの方の対応が丁寧で、不慣れな土地での車でのストレスが軽減されました。 暑い中でも親切にして頂き、ありがとうございました。

접근성이 좋아서 비가 오더라도 비를 맞지않고 호텔 까지 갈 수 있어 좋습니다. 시간이 없어 조식을 못했지만 충분히 좋아보였습니다.

朝食のスパイスカレーは不味かった。 メニューも見た感じ感動が無かった。

朝のバイキングは、種類もたくさんで満足でした。できれば日替わりの品目もあると、連泊の人にはより楽しみが増えると思います。
