Great exercise room, convenient ice machine, excellent fresh coffee ground French vanilla from machine in lobby, great complimentary Ricky's breakfast, quiet room at back of property (no construction as nearby building completed), convenient elevator and spacious parking, safe security guard patrolling areas, very comfortable bed. Housekeeping forgot the in room coffee so went down to lobby. Microwave and fridge in room but no freezer compartment. A little dark in room so needed drapes opened. Good TV with multiple options for entertainment.

The pool is clean and well maintained. Perfect temperature. The washroom at the poolside is clean. The rooms are very clean nice smell. Excellent management. Excellent staff and excellent customer service. Gym is well equipped. Love the 2 tvs and 2 ac’s in the one bedroom suites. Great wifi. Excellent breakfast.

Friendly staff, willing to help. Breakfast at the adjoined restaurant was welcoming. We had a kitchenette, in which it helped with preparing easy meals. Tried to use the bikes on site, one had a flat and couldn't be fixed even tried to put air in it. Very limited on bikes. Beds were a little hard for my liking.

Very engaged and friendly staff. Cleanness could be improved. Breakfast offers limited choice for free in next door‘s restaurant. However, with a reasonable upcharge everything is available and it is tasty.

The staff was quite friendly. I was disappointed that they neglected to clean the toilet, sink and tub/shower and neglected to replace the coffee and give clean glasses. I did go and get some from the lobby but after a day of mourning at my sister’s funeral, it was inconvenient.

Our first room smelled musty and discovered carpet was wet. We told front desk and they kindly moved us. Our double queen room was not kept up by housekeeping in all the 4 days we were there. Beds were never made. Clean towels were always provided. 3rd night i called to ask why and what housekeeping actually covers on cleaning amd that beds were never touched. She made a note to do next day. Next day nothing was done and bathtub still had sand in it. I called again and were told again they would inform housekeeping. First night i noticed our bathroom sink was clogging easily: the drain was not draining. I pulled out the stopper and it was filled with hair and gunk. I left it on counter. Next day housekeeping cleaned it and put back in. Although we found the staff sympathetic and friendly we found lack of action and processes to keep property to a basic standard sorely missing.

There were still dirty towels in the bathroom, the bathroom wasn't really clean and the bed was very hard. For $300+ I expected better. The photos on expedia definitely make it look nicer thsn it was.

Our room was awesome! It was spacious, clean, beautifully updated and very pleasant overall. We enjoyed having the convenience of a kitchenette to use as we like preparing our own meals rather than eating out. The entire layout of the space was well designed and not only functional but comfortable. We loved the thoughtful touches included, like the rubber ducky, fun four coloured pen and lifesavers. We’d recommend this place to others to stay and will happily return in the future. Thank you!

Accent Inn is a modest establishment, clean, and reasonably priced. Our room was comfortable. The bathroom, however, is very small and would be a challenge for a larger person to navigate. The coffee machine in the lobby, with multiple choice options, and the coffee beans ground with each individual cup, was a delightful surprise and most appreciated. The staff was delightful. The location is noisy, situated as it is right on Highway 97, but this wasn’t a surprise. We could walk to downtown from this location. We recommend this motel.

I love the staff and services but some corners of the room needs more attention for cleaning and a little more soundproofing for rooms as it was really hard in night we were able listen every sound coming from outside. But overall the interior i liked a lot and staff super friendly and helpful also i like the little notes written by the staff when we entered the room. 4.5 stars. Just a little improvement mentioned above.

The room was excellent, especially the bed which was very comfortable. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is because there is no temperature regulator in the shower. If someone flushes the toilet next door you have HOT water all of a sudden. I plumbing should be ungraded to fix this.

Very friendly and cooperative staff. The mattress for the bed was lumpy and completely unacceptable. The tub and shower valve were in very poor condition and barely usable. The staff were great and the room was clean but the other deterrents would prevent me from staying there again.

Overall, the hotel was quite good and very clean. However, the air conditioner was extremely noisy, and we had to turn it off completely in order to fall asleep. We stayed one night each in Kamloops and Kelowna, and in comparison, the overall service in Kelowna was much better. I remember the front desk staff who checked us in at the Kelowna location was named Jane. She was exceptionally attentive and warm, and she explained everything to us in great detail. She even prepared coffee for our room and asked specifically whether we preferred milk or cream, which truly touched both my husband and me. The lady who assisted us during checkout the next day was also very friendly. Since we like the little duck toys, she kindly gifted us additional ones in different characters. I would give full marks to the service in Kelowna. Kamloops would be rated 4 out of 5, as there was no introduction or explanation provided there.

My wife and I had a confirmed reservation at Accent Inn Kelowna through Expedia, but when we arrived around 1AM, we were shocked to learn that the hotel had rebooked our room without notifying us. Instead of honouring our booking, we were turned away in the middle of the night as they were fully booked. We tried calling around, but every hotel in Kelowna was fully booked. With no other options, we were forced to sleep in our vehicle. This was an incredibly stressful and unacceptable situation that ruined our night. Future travelers should be warned: a confirmed reservation here may not actually mean you’ll have a room when you arrive. I strongly recommend choosing another hotel if you want peace of mind that your booking will be honoured.

Front desk receptionist was rude and actually lied to my daughter about the ability to extend her stay, saying no rooms available… and I was able to rebook it on Expedia for the exact room. Management handled it very poorly and I will be addressing them separately. Worst experience I’ve ever encountered dealing with a hotel

Accent inn Kelowna is a wonderful place. Tani at the front desk goes over and above with hospitality very welcoming and friendly. The cleanliness, pool, breakfast at Ricki’s free every morning. In a suite we love the closet. The 2 ac’s and two tv’s. One for the bedroom, one for the living room. Overall I Love Accent Inn. Tani needs a raise!!!

Our stay was good. Staff and rooms were clean and quiet. The only complaint was to do with the lack of areas where a wheelchair had access to both the sidewalks and to the doors that needed to be pushed open while ensuring that I could get my husband and his wheelchair safely in and out without a door closing on us and/or having my husband landing on the sidewalk or floor because of the door closing us. Thankfully this trip, there seemed to always someone who noticed our struggle and were able to helps us. Room was great, the restaurant was fine, just access to restaurant or shops were awful and very nerve wrecking for both my husband and myself.

This place just gets what people appreciate in a hotel. Cleanliness, comfort, quiet and little “extras” that make you feel special…like rubber ducks! Breakfast is in a great family restaurant in the parking lot where you can either have the set hot breakfast or $10 of any meal. The front desk staff were especially friendly and helpful…we ended up calling them a few times because we couldn’t figure out tvs, microwaves, etc. They were so polite and prompt to help us figure things out. Definitely the place where we will stay when in Kelowna from now on. Great hotel and great price.

We had a really pleasant stay at Accent Inns Kelowna. The staff at reception greeted us with a smile. The room was extremely clean, nicely decorated and modern. They accommodated our request for a late check out with no issues. Overall, a highly positive experience and if we are in Kelowna again, we will definitely be staying here again!

Great location. Great staff. clean, no complaints on the hotel end. Would stay again. My only complaint is you get a food voucher for Ricky's as free breakfast either pancakes or French toast with either bacon or sausage or $10 off a breakfast menu item and the restaurant was very understaffed and busy, felt bad for the staff and obviously you have to tip so your free breakfast will end up costing something.

Great staff. Smooth check-in and check-out. Rooms were clean but the beds were a bit small (I didn't measure it but almost sure they are double, not queen). My sin was so happy to find the ducks. Thanks for that! The breakfast was very disappointing (a voucher at the restaurant next door with only 2 options (french toast or pancakes). If you don't want it, you can get $10 off the restaurant menu with the voucher. We tried that but the restaurant they're partnering with is very disappointing and below average). Everything else was great and we enjoyed our stay.

It felt very clean in the room, staff were so kind and answered all questions- about a 25 min walk to downtown Kelowna. We used the free bikes which were decent enough to get us into town. The breakfast that was free was at the restaurant beside the hotel, not quite free but close enough. I was impressed.

Stayed for a night over the weekend. Good location for downtown. The restaurant for breakfast was terrible and I highly recommend packing up and then heading to McDonalds instead. As soon as the restaurant (Ricky's) knows you're from the hotel, they treat you like garbage and you have to wait forever.

Goed net hotel, mooie kamers en lekkere koffie bij receptie. Ontbijt is niet fijn bij Ricks restaurant naast het hotel. Met een voucher mag je een simpel ontbijt kiezen, al het andere is bijbetalen. Erg druk, je moet lang wachten dus snel ontbijten gaat niet. Eten was wel lekker
