Von der Parkgarage Lift direkt ins Zimmer, super! Weihnachtsrabatt bei Garage. Alles bestens, ausser in 1 Zimmer Duschgel leer und 3 Bett hat gefehlt, wurde aber innert Minuten erledigt. Sehr zuvorkommend beim Einchecken. Tolle Lage direkt beim KKL, das wir besucht hsben.

Stayed here with my family. Very accommodating. Clean, modern facilities. Friendly staff. However, they didn’t have any cribs or high chairs to accommodate infants. They only had rollaway beds for kids. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay. Beautiful hotel.

It’s right beside Luzern train station but need to walk a big round from station to the hotel. Everything is comfortable except pillow is rather flat. Realized the housekeeping did not vacuum the room floor as hair of previous day can be seen on the floor.

There was a very strong cigarette smell in the room when we arrived. Towels were smelling too. Our room was updated, but unfortunately, instead of requested two separate beds, we've got one double bed with one blanket. Since I was traveling with my mother, it was not very convenient for us. Breakfast is overpriced. There were not many varieties and everything was the same every day. From the four-star hotel I would expect a bit more. There was an option to order omelette, but here it depends, who is preparing it. On the first day omelette was quite nice, but on the second day they just put all the vegetables in the middle without baking it. Hotel is very close to the train station, what is very practical. And we did not hear any noise from the station. The way to the hotel was fine during the daytime, but in the evening (around 6-7pm) there were some very dark areas without any light, which attracted some strange people with drugs and alcohol. It is an ok place for a short stay, maybe for a business trip. For a vacation I will check other options in other hotels first.

This has to be one of the cleanest hotels i have stayed at. The staff is beyond helpful.. from great places to visit, and great restaurants other then the one on site. And to have the mountains in the brack drop when you walk out the lobby door.

Comfortable stay & convenient location but if you’re a solo female walking back from the station to the hotel, the route can be a bit stressful as there are young folks on motorbikes with roaring engines near the university area. Extremely convenient though for the trains & buses & very near to the lake & town. Our room, unfortunately had a view of the trains & connecting bridge with pedestrian thoroughfare - no privacy unless the curtains are drawn. Surprisingly well insulated from the outdoor noise,

Bed was good, AC was not that great ( not sure if there is ac or just fan) it was very hot when we stayed so that's why, usually it never gets this hot in Switzerland. Overall hotel is great and I recommend.

Without doubt, this was one of the best place we stayed in Switzerland. Starting from lobby / reception to restaurant staffs were extreamly cooperative and warm in receiving guests. The check in procedure is hassle free and the property is just facing the lake. Amazing stay we had during our visit.

No café da manhã, me dirigi à mesa de meus pais que me aguardavam e a garçonete foi atrás de mim com extrema rispidez, me dizendo que eu não poderia sentar na mesa dos meus pais e precisaria esperar outra mesa. Meu filho começou a chorar quando percebeu tamanha grosseria. O serviço do hotel, de maneira geral, é péssimo, incapaz de atender famílias com crianças. Cobram um padrão Radisson Blu e entregam Radisson comum. Sendo assim, definitivamente não vale o que cobram!

The room is good but the check in experience is really bad. The staff at the check in counter is impolite and rude. He was not wearing a name tag and he almost broke our passports. He pressed our passports in 360 degree turn with “deadly force” and it was terrible. When he asked us to pay the city taxes, he just bang on the machine twice with his hand. I hope the hotel can do some training for the check-in counter staffs.

Appears to be close to train station on google maps but it\'s actually a bit of a walk to get to it and somewhat inconvenient in terms of accessing the main attractions and areas of "hustle and bustle" of Lucerne. Seems to be located adjacent to a university campus so many college students in the area. Overall, staff is friendly and rooms are clean.

Next to Luzern train station, there is a short-cut if you walk to the end of platform 15, there is an elevator connected to an overhead bridge linked to the hotel. Nice Thai restaurant just around the corner. Clean room and friendly staff.

Everything was great except for the fact that we stayed here because we thought it was connected to the bus station. Instead the walkway to the station was said to be under construction and unusable. As a consequence we had to walk around the station carrying many heavy bags.

Front desk was 1/2 good and 1/2 bad. Maids were good. 42 dollar buffet breakfast was too high to try. Close to train station and bridge to old town. Room was clean and nice. Jack Daniels and coke was made with a thimble for the bourbon.

It’s very near to Lucerne Train station, making it a very good base to explore switzerland. It’s near to the lake Lucerne where u can take a ferry or a leisure walk around. There’s a Losteria restaurant (pizza and pasta) within 5 mins walk. The room is spacious and amentities are well stock. The room service menu are reasonably priced and tasty. Will stay here again when visiting Lucerne.
