Placeringen var god! Resten er ikke noget jeg vil anbefale andre! Meget lydt hotel og vi fik et værelse ud til en meget lille gård og værelset var så lille at det ikke var muligt at bruge stolen til skrivebordet da dette stod for enden af sengen og pladsen var meget lille. Reklamere med at der er en bar på hotellet, men den er kun åben til kl. 15:00 så ingen mulighed for at købe kaffe eller drinks efter kl. 15:00. Deres såkaldte solterrasse som også er vist på billederne er i meget forfald og der var kun 4 solstole på det meget slidte græstæppe der var lagt på for mange år side. Alt i alt en meget skuffende oplevelse!

Un hôtel situé en plein centre, très bon rapport qualité prix !! Le seul bémol le prix du parking 25 € par jour Ayant voyagé partout en Europe c est le parking le plus cher sue je n'ai jamais payé ! Même a Milan en plein centre le parking était plus abordable A part cela, le reste est impeccable !! Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter et je reviendrai certainement !

Only real issue was the thin walls. I heard too much from my neighbors. But, the let me in at 11am. Nice roof deck. Nice rooms. I paid 30 less for a piece of s hostal the two nights before. This was a god send in comparison.

We enjoy our stay at Hotel Cortezo. Location is excellent, walking distance to the main attractions. I give a 4 stars only because they were renovating, so the areas where they were painting looked like a construction zone.The breakfast is great! To all the staff all I can say is thank you. They are very friendly and attentive. We would definitely stay here again.

Hôtel propre très bien situé a proximité de la puerta del sol. Chambre et SDB très correctes et très propres. Confort rien dire. Personnel de réception nombreux et rien a dire sauf ne parle pas français. Personnel au petit déjeuner très aimable souriant et attentionné. Petit déjeuner varié et de qualité. Le personnel veille à ce qu'il ne manque rien seul problème rencontré: La TV : 1 seule chaine française (france 24 ) qui ne fonctionnait pas toujours . Le réparateur devait intervenir sur le réseau. Nos amis n'ont pas vu l'effet de l'intervention. Environnement autour de l’hôtel: rien a dire. Pas de problème de sécurité autour. C'est un bon hôtel d'un prix très correct pour sa situation dans la ville

It was our second stay here. All 3 of our rooms were modern, extremely clean and of a good size. Same goes for the bathrooms, which all had a shower. The hotel is in an excellent location: just off the hussle & bustle of Sil. Breakfast was very plentiful and staff very helpful and polite. Would recommend addition of an electric kettle in rooms Highly recommend.

The photos on their website and booking platforms (I booked through Hotels.com) are misleading compared to the actual condition of the rooms. As others have pointed out, the front desk staff is far from welcoming. There was concerning mold in the shower, and the vents were filthy. The Wi-Fi in the rooms was unreliable, forcing us to use our own data. The manager dismissed our concerns, claiming they reached out to offer a room change—which never happened. They ignored our emails about the false advertising and hygiene issues and only offered a 10% discount on our next stay. Honestly, when am I ever coming back to Madrid from Canada? What a joke. Hotels.com is also failing to address the false advertising, but I will continue to pursue both the hotel and them until we are properly compensated.

Es un hotel catalogado tres estrellas y obviamente no se puede esperar lujos, pero la limpieza e higiene no es negociable. El baño se encontraba en pésimas condiciones y las áreas comunes necesitan renovación urgente. Tanto las paredes como alfombra. El hotel es muy céntrico y cerca de todo y el personal fue muy gentil.

The wallpaper was peeling off, the soundproofing was horrible, and there was shampoo, but no conditioner. They also made an announcement in the middle of the night to try and get people to stay an extra night, which woke me up and made me not want to stay an extra night.

En general el servicio, la atención muy bien, el personal encargado del desayuno excelente, a las instalaciones le falta mantenimiento; a pesar de tener insonorización en las ventanas, entra el ruido de la calle que es excesivo pues en frente hay un cine, un comedor comunitario y a un costado por las noches un teatro y una discoteca. Volvería siempre y cuando pudiera escoger una habitación que no de hacía la calle.

Vi hadde rom vegg i vegg med et musikal teater og hørte alle sangene og applausen hele kvelden ! De ansatte i resepsjonen var lite imøtekommende og så ikke ut til å like sin jobb med å skulle snakke med kunder. Damen i frokostsalen var derimot svært hyggelig! Og frokosten var flott!

Great location and nice hotel. I would definitely recommend. To be nitpicky, the pillows are terrible, we had some issues with our key multiple nights and the air-conditioner wasn't turned on so we had to open windows, which is noisy.

Great position, very close to Mercado de San Miguel, Santa Ana and Plaza Mayor. The staff was very attentive and gentle, giving me all the information regarding the best way of exploring the city on foot. The bathroom was too small, but it could be solved by add a shower instead of a bath.

Very comfortable hotel to stay. Located in central location which is walkable to Placa Major, Mercato de San Miguel, Puerta del Sol and Gran Via. Bit busy on the road downstairs but there are wonderful coffee shops, tapas restaurant, Carrefour and Lidl supermarket near by.

Struttura in posizione strategica non c'è stato bisogno neppure di prendere la metropolitana era vicina a praticamente tutte le attrazioni/ quartieri storici di Madrid. Ottima la colazione, la camera comoda e completa di tutti gli accessori e per un tre stelle è una rarità e soprattutto la disponibilità del personale che ha saputo risolvere ogni problema aiutandoci in tutto. Davvero complimenti. Risceglierei questa struttura semmai tornassimo a Madrid e la consiglio a tutti.

Our room was quiet and clean with an updated bathroom. We found the hotel to be in an excellent location in the historic town enabling us to easily see the sights which were interested in it was in an easily walkable distance from the hotel. The breakfast was excellent!

Hôtel propre très bien situé a proximité de la puerta del sol. Chambre et SDB très correctes et très propres. Confort rien dire. Personnel de réception nombreux et rien a dire sauf ne parle pas français. Personnel au petit déjeuner très aimable souriant et attentionné. Petit déjeuner varié et de qualité. Le personnel veille à ce qu'il ne manque rien seul problème rencontré: La TV : 1 seule chaine française (france 24 ) qui ne fonctionnait pas toujours . Le réparateur devait intervenir sur le réseau. Nos amis n'ont pas vu l'effet de l'intervention. Environnement autour de l’hôtel: rien a dire. Pas de problème de sécurité autour. C'est un bon hôtel d'un prix très correct pour sa situation dans la ville

What a brilliant hotel. From the moment we stepped through the door we were made to feel so welcome. Check in was seamless and any information was clear and useful, we also liked the valet parking. The room was everything we wanted from a hotel, clean and fresh. In the morning there was an excellent choice of breakfas again all freshly prepared. We would definitely use this hotel again if we return to Madrid
