The place is fine, the location is great, the cost is fine. My only complaint is that the hotels.com "parking available" amenity criterium is a joke. Sometimes it means that a hotel has paid parking, sometimes it means that there is paid parking that is very close, sometimes, as here, it means nothing more than there is parking somewhere in the city.

Great property right smack in the middle of Gran Via...soo convinient for first time visitors to Madrid. Food and shopping was so close and had hundreds of options for everyone. The room was spacious, and comfortably fit 4 people. The AC was barely working but luckily we travelled during the colder months and were able to manage with the windows open. Overall a quaint place with great options for food and adventures nearby. P.S. they also accomodate your luggage if you arrive before check in time or need someplace to store your stuff post checkout. Super convinent

Hotel was clean but seemed older and small. The room was very small and the air conditioner was broken for the night. The staff was very helpful in providing a fan and room discount, but the sleep was not good. The location is good and off the main Gran Via and easily walkable to any major attraction.

Calificación mala por la temperatura de la habitación, ya que el AC con la opción de máxima velocidad y temperatura mínima no logró abastecer la zona principal de la recámara (sólo abasteció en la zona del baño y entrada). Hubo mucho ruido durante la noche. Se escucha mucho el ruido que proviene de la calle. La atención del personal al momento de hacer el check in y check out fue buena.

The rooms are small, but for a solo traveler it was fine. Plus, who stays in their room on vacation. I could hear people in the rooms next to me and outside my door, but nothing woke me up when i slept.

Overall the property was fine. My three-star rating pertains specifically to our room. I would caution against staying on the fourth floor, because the roofline made it impossible to stand up in all of our room, including he desk area, and this is perhaps the case for other fourth-floor rooms as well. If you can get a lower floor, you will be pleased. While it was lacking a bit for storage, that was more than offset by an excellent room and bright bathroom. Also, the breakfast was excellent and the staff was very attentive and helpful.

Terrible stay. I did not eat the chip but they charged it after check-out by credit card. Usually the front desk asks whether minibar was used when checking out, but they haven't ask at all when I checkout and later they charged the amount which I did not use. Very disappointed for Madrid city. I will not never come here again, both Madrid and this hotel, either. Only 1 bottle of water is free for 4 nights stay, while the same brand(PetitPalace) hotel in Seville gives 2 bottles of water for free. The hotel in Madrid should revise the message on the table from "These bottles of water are for you" to "THIS bottle of water IS for you".

I stayed for 23 nights here and loved it. The entire staff is exceptional and so friendly. The morning breakfast was great with lots of options of fresh food and juice and delicious cappuccino. The location is right in the middle of everywhere you want to go with short walking distances. Lots of great restaurants and shopping close by. I can't say enough about the friendly service starting with very helpful front desk Alberto, Helen and Alejandra. And the restaurant staff Liudmila, Yago and Margarita were cheerful and friendly every morning... I asked to speak to the manager because I know great service comes from great management and thanked Ester and Pilar. Thank you Petit Palace Tres Cruces for making me feel welcome in Spain! I just can't say enough about this place and will stay here every time I'm In Madrid❤️

Very small room with no where to open our suitcase. Had a view of the wall of the next building. Worst of all, which was not the hotel's fault, but should have been brought to our attention before booking was that the street in front and around the entire area was closed for construction. We had to walk uphill four blocks from where the taxi left us off. Being disabled this was a terrible surprise. The stall were great and the location overall was in a good area near the Gran Via.

La ubicacion es inmejorable, cerca de Gran Vía, del metro y muchas atracciones de la ciudad. La habitación es cómoda, el baño amplio y funciona impecable (no quedaba una gota de agua en el piso después de la ducha! Como ocurre en algunos hoteles). El desayuno muuuy rico, con opciones variadas, café y fruta excelentes, lo disfruté! Y el equipo es amable y eficaz( Helen en la recepción, el garzón del desayuno super ágil y sonriente aun atendiendo a montón de gente solo), se nota mucha preocupación por el servicio. Recomiendo el hotel y lo repetiría, aunque para mas dias, probaria una habitación al exterior. La que ocupé daba al interior, era ideal para dormir (silenciosa), pero me habría gustado tener mas luz natural.

Room was poorly designed, no night stands, just a small shelf about 4” above the floor. No place to put suitcases, no luggage rack. Shower was very nice with a rain shower head, handheld devise and side sprayers. Breakfast was 14€ so we passed. Plenty of eating places nearby. Very close to Gran Via Metro stop. Nice staff, especially Ares. Didn’t think it was good value, considering our room.

The restaurant should check the equipment, the juice carafe are Brocken and in use, the eggs look like re heated and fake. Should refill the hot food more often. Service ways nobody smiles. ( I know is early but…..no excuses)
