Bien ubicado en Chamberí, estacionamiento de paga en la propiedad muy pequeño y complicado si no es auto pequeño. El hotel tiene detalles, al haberme hospedado en un Leonardo en San Sebastián me fui con la idea que sería igual de bueno, este es Boutique y pensé tendría más detalles, muy pequeño, no cabían maletas abiertas, cama chica, elevadores viejos, servicio muy regular.

Beautiful little hotel. I was so happy to see how clean everything was. The staff ( especially the breakfast staff) were very attentive and sweet. The front desk needs to smile a little more. He always seemed perturbed. I would definitely go back. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure and temp were amazing. Air conditioner worked super well. I was very impressed! Top floor great room good a/c. Separate bathroom off lobby and balcony with table and chairs. Bar not open but Bar/cafe across the road so no problem. Recommend the best rooms on the top floor. Will stay again.

Nearby restaurant and bars and other small shops. A park nearby as well. Canal metro is close enough. Walking back to the hotel at night seemed safe. We were at the fifth floor and one could still hear street noise from the bars nearby and truck traffic in the morning. Apart from that, solid hotel, functional, working air conditioner and clean.

I liked the cleanliness of the room, the comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff! The breakfast was fine as well and the location was in a walking distance from the Metro station! The major downside was the rather noisy traffic and the tapas bar over the road, keeping you awake late at night. The neighbours were also quite loudly with not much privacy left!

Cleaning staff was superb. Friendly, fast and efficient. Now front desk was not up to par. Rude in every way, not helpful in any way. Front desk employees always seemed to be on a smoking break Accounting made a mistake and charged us an increased amount for extra bed but they quickly responded to correct it

I did not have a positive experience at this hotel. I found the staff to be extremely rude and cold. Part of the reason I chose this hotel was because of the good reviews and because there was an included breakfast. We were traveling on a budget so this seemed ideal. When I checked in I was told that it wasn’t included, which is fine obviously there was a miscommunication with the booking site. But the way I was told was rude and unapologetic. I wasn’t expecting special treatment, but a simple “I apologize there must’ve been a miscommunication” goes a long way. I was made to feel like an annoyance when I was very friendly to them. I honestly felt that way every time I interacted with the staff, with both the front desk and the woman monitoring the breakfast (after paying for it). I am not usually one to write a negative review, but I just had such a negative experience from the moment I walked in the door to when I left. I felt very unwelcome. Especially being my first trip to Madrid, it was saddening to have it start off with an unwelcoming feeling that lasted my whole stay. Even though it was extremely clean and quiet, given my experience I would never recommend this hotel.

The front desk staff was not helpful at all. They were unfriendly at best and outright rude on occasions. Additionally we got to the self-service breakfast with 15 min remaining and only wanted a piece of toast and a cup of coffee and we were made to put our dishes down and told we were too late and to leave. We asked to borrow a pair of scissors and upon returning them to the front desk in a timely manner, the clerk slammed them on the counter as we walked away. We were there for a joyful concert and they made us feel horrible to even walk through the lobby.

This was a great hotel to stay in! Good location. The only negative things are the breakfast isn’t that good and there was one man working at the front desk who was not nice at all. We liked the inner city surroundings, without travic problems. The possibilities for dinner and drinks are endless. The Metro brings you where you want to be, such as The Prado Museum. The hotel was very good for our purpose of visiting museums.

Desk staff was fairly accommodating considering the language barrier. Amenities were decent, but lacking body lotion which you can get if you ask for it. We would have liked a bar soap in addition to the pump cleanser. Housekeeping staff was excellent, willing to supply us with extra water and whatever else we needed…as we opted not to have our room cleaned every day. Breakfast was decent; enough so we didnt seek out other breakfast options elsewhere. Nice to just go down to the breakfast room daily. Annoying was the nightly dumpster emptying after midnight, but nothing csn be done about that. I would recommend this hotel to others. Convenient location.

Chambre au 1er étage sur rue. Très bruyante ! À fuir. Petit déjeuner avec des produits assez médiocres. Une salle de bain certes grande mais dans son jus depuis des décennies, les baignoires en 2025, ce n’est plus possible. Bref ce fut mon premier et dernier séjour au Leonardo !
