Hotel Mercader

Minha estadia foi maravilhosa, não tenho o que reclamar. Tem um café da manhã maravilhoso, o hotel tem elevador, estacionamento. A única coisa que não gostei muito foi a máquina de bebidas na recepção, você paga com cartão primeiro 29 euros desconta, aí abre a porta da máquina você escolhe aí sim estorna o valor que você consumiu, acredito que a máquina não seja do hotel e sim uma parceria. Mais nao tenho que reclamar do hotel.

This hotel is a great option. It is located 20 minutes from Downtown Madrid. Some might find this far away but iys really not. The uber ride charged me $14 to $17 to get to the center of Madrid and $22 to the Barajas airport. The room size was good, very clean. Bathroom spacious and clean. Housekeeping was available at all hours. They have a vending machine at the lobby with soda, juices, food, wine and beer options. I didnt eat at their restaurant but it looked good. Price was good compared to all the hotels that offer the same at Downtown Madrid and are so expensive.

hotel bom, tudo em ordem camas boas, tudo em ótimo estado, razoavelmente moderno como as fotos. atendentes simpáticos. estacionamento e externo gratuito. longe do centro uns 10 minutos de carro. para quem estiver de carro, no centro de Madrid existem vários estacionamentos de sub solo. vai custar uns 30 euros por dia.

El hotel excelente, cómodo, limpio y tranquilo. La única pega que no hay nada para comer. El fin de semana el restaurante está cerrado

Lo que veo mal es que los fines de semana cierra el comedor para comer

The property itself is excellent very clean very spacious rooms has a convenient restaurant inside. Excellent service. The location of the property is below average. It is located inside an industrial area with lots of trucks standing outside on the main street. Public transportation is not nearby. No metro close by, although if you have a car or are using Taxi or Uber then it’s not a problem. Uber costs around €16 to the airport and 20 to the main train station.

Sinceramente está bastante bien, atención y servicio recepción, limpieza. El servicio de restaurante, tiene limitada la hora de servicio (la única pega), pero puedes pedir comida para llevar (pizzas, hamburguesas, etc) y te lo traen. Si estas de paso y debes hacer noche, lo recomendaría. Tranquilo, sin ruidos y puedes descansar.

Lugar muy cómodo con estavionamiento

Hotel is in a strange location - nowhere near the city centre, no metro station within walking distance [+5km]. The service in the hotel is OK, the room didnt have 2 towels so went to reception on our way out- they couldnt actually put the towel in the room so we had to collect them when we got back at 0200. Breakfast was OK- although no eggs. Room is good and its usually good value [due to its location] but there is free parking.

Es war Tag und Nacht laut, weil die Firmen lüftungen Tag und Nacht zu laut laufen und es gab Baustelle vorne und hinten des Gebäudes. Es hat im Bad komisch gerochen. Wir haben unsere Zimmer in hinteren Teil des Gebäudes gewechselt aber hat nicht viel gebracht .Frühstück war langweilig.Wir würden nicht weiter empfehlen.

Albergo un po decadente, in parte da.ristrutturare, moquettes non impeccabili, pavimento della camera malamente riparato (ma.pulito) pochi asciugamani, poco spazio armadio, poche grucce, aria condizionata imperfetta

Limpio, cómodo, baño completo. Muy amplia y bonita la habitacion.

Marcas de labios en el baño, las camas tienen un cristal para separarla del baño, el cual se ve a través.

Habitacion muy limpia y correcta, con todo en su sitio, zona apartada de Madrid

Fantástica habitación, amplia, cómoda, bien iluminada. Únicamente dormí unas horas pero excelente.

This is not a four star hotel by property condition and facilities, or service. Feels like a two star hotel with a four star price tag…No basic amenities like free bottled water, tea pot, or tissue in the room, cleanliness is bad, I got bug bites all over. Property is old and you can hear people’s movements clearly who are next door or right above you. Furnitures not only show wear but also of low quality. Dining option super limited being in the middle of a large industrial warehouse hub. Some of the staff are rude. Definitely going on my block-out list, suggest you stay away too!

No air

Hotel is excellent to it's price and facilities. Have fridge, bath tub. Bed is comfortable, room is clean and spacious. Only the location is an issue, if you are visitors, this hotel location is not your choice.

The hotel is cheap but in the middle of nowhere. Guy at reception wasn't very friendly. Dinning room staff were good. Room was clean but the tv was small.

Me dieron una habitación con una puerta que daba a otra habitación y se escuchaban los ronquidos de al lado.

Quite far from downtown but it's ok if you've a car. Room are quite large. Just a place to stay and sleep.

Nuestra habitación estaba congelada y aún poniendo el aire no se calentaba. En el desayuno no había apenas personal, solo una persona para todo limpiar y recoger mesas, reponer comida Las camas eran muy comodas

Hotel is in pristine quality. Very clean, very safe and secure. My room was massive and modern. Staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel is very out-of-the-way from Madrid and unless you have a vehicle, you will be taking long transportation routes to get to Madrid. There also isn’t much around in terms of dining, shopping or cafes. Having said that, it’s the perfect spot for an overnight because of the quick taxi to and from the airport (less than 20 minutes) The positives outweigh the location negative. I was satisfied with my stay.

Was cold and I could not control the temperature.

Walls are so thin you can hear people snoring in the next room and the cleaning staff talking in the hallway. It’s an old hotel with no maintenance like many hotels in Madrid are just expensive and oversold because of tourists but don’t invest enough in maintenance.

Clean and comfortable. Kind of remote location, Staff not so friendly. Overall happy with our choice.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The downside is that the place is far away from the center of Madrid, transportation is limited, other than that, a good place to stay.

Good hotel for an overnight stay. Employees at reception need people and customer service training and skills. A smile goes a long way.. Hotel service 101. Very stringent on check out time .. even 15-30 min over . Very inflexible and not geared towards finding a solution..

The hotel was ok. It was located in an isolated area and you need to take a 15 minute Uber to get to the city center. I would probably have chosen a property that was closer if i had known. Otherwise, the staff was nice.

Great for a day stop. The price was pretty good considering I went close to High Season. I you go without a car or a Taxi, You cannot walk (too far away from closest city corner). 2 Bus lines only (1.5 euros per person per ride and you can pay with coins). I know there is a card, however I was told by Metro staff, that the Metro Card is not good for buses) Bus 30 (runs Sundays also) and 132 (Does not run on Sundays). Bus stop was not clear enough and Hotel was 2 blocks away but signage and location was hidden by other buildings. No signage whatsoever in MercaMadrid (the place is huge and is the Central food Market for wholesale distribution in Madrid). I had to ask a security person who told me how close I was to the Hotel (1 and half block). I did arrive at 730 pm, the place was deserted (I saw only 3 people in the street the security person in a car and 2 workers waiting for a bus and no clue where the Hotel was). I learned 132 line did not run on Saturday, but 30 did run. The hotel was comfy, clean and glad to have a hot shower and good sleep and the detailed info on 30 and 132 buses. Would be great that info to be uploaded in their website, or emailed when giving you directions right after you make the reservation.

Oh dear. . . Expedia forgot to mention this hotel is in - that’s right “in” - a warehouse and distribution area/industrial estate. Food to buy? Hahahaha. The hotel’s restaurant (when open, not weekend evenings) is actually quiet good. Getting into the city, which is mikes away, is by taxi only, unless you feel confident about getting a bus part of the way then on the subway train . . . Oh, and expect to pay around $25 to $30 for the taxi (one way) depending on how lost the taxi driver or their GPS get it wrong.

All good , just not convinient to travel with out car . You must have car when you visit the hotel .

Lo que es el hotel en si todo perfecto,lo único es que al estar en un poligono-mercado no tienes muchas opciones de transporte

First, the staff is great and welcoming. The breakfast is fantastic as well. There are many options and everything is restocked right away. The things I didn’t like was the noises in the hallway and we heard a noise of a woman screaming at 4 something AM that scared both of us. Also, the location is far from the city and the taxi drivers mentioned to us that they need to have permission to access that area.

La comida es una auténtica vergüenza. Todo muy malo muy básico y que no es digno ni de un barucho de carretera. Este hotel supuestamente tiene cuatro estrellas y no puede tener ese tipo de cocina con producto malo y muy mal elaborado.
