Excellent location. Comfortable rooms. Very nice breakfest. Hotel staff are extremely helpful. Beatriz, the hotel Concierge is fantastic!!

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel due to an ongoing issue with the air conditioning in our room. From our very first night, we reported that the air conditioning was not working properly. We contacted both the hotel staff and Expedia immediately, yet the problem was never resolved during our entire six-night stay. Instead of fixing the issue or offering us a different room, the hotel brought us floor fans. While this was presented as a solution, the fans were noisy, took up space, & were not an acceptable substitute for functioning air conditioning. What was even more frustrating was how the situation was handled. Although we had been reporting the problem since Saturday, the hotel manager did not reach out to us until Thursday afternoon—almost at the end of our stay. The only compensation offered was either a complimentary drink or a free breakfast, despite the fact that breakfast was already included in our reservation. We did not feel this offer adequately acknowledged the inconvenience we experienced for nearly the entire duration of our stay. We were also told that the air conditioning issue was a general problem throughout Spain. However, during this same trip, we stayed at eight other hotels across the country, & every one of them had fully functioning air conditioning. This clearly demonstrated that the problem was specific to this property. We expected much better communication, a more timely response, & a genuine effort to resolve the issue.
