Excelentes atenciones, facilidades del hotel y ubicación

Great hotel, with nice staff. Rooms could be larger (paid for it, but it’s distribution didnt help with opened luggage). Bathrooms are great, lightning and beds too. Wouldn’t pay for the view again. Don’t expect too much social gathering on the pool arounds. Great breakfast too with quality options

The staff was amazing. Very helpful and kind. I was very disappointed by the pool. The picture makes it look amazing. It’s actually stuffed in a corner and not pretty at all.

Good hotel in a really convenient location. Our rate included free breakfast which was a plus point. Slight negative was that the pool area didn’t seem to be open, however this was probably due to the weather being pretty bad. Anyway, I would recommend this hotel for someone looking to explore Madrid from a central base.

Lovely clean hotel, lovely staff. Great rooms and very close to shops, museums and El Retiro park and nice bars and restaurants at the plaza all 10-20 mins walk. Pool is a little bit small but overall great inc fresh breakfast with lots of options

I recently stayed here with another couple, and despite the hotel’s excellent location, the experience was deeply disappointing due to unethical management and poor hygiene. The Check-in & Management Failure: I realized I had booked the wrong room type and requested a change, even offering to remove breakfast to offset any cost. On Hotels.com, the price difference between the rooms was negligible (approx. €1). However, the hotel demanded a €60 per night surcharge. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, she was incredibly rude. Ironically, when she checked the rates on her own phone to prove me wrong, she saw the identical prices (a €1 difference) and quickly tried to hide her screen. Her response was a dismissive "we don't control prices." To make matters worse, after I agreed to pay the extra €180 (for 3 nights) to avoid ruining the trip for my friends, they claimed to "upgrade" me. In reality, they moved me to a room with the exact same décor and layout, perhaps 1 sq meter larger. They clearly thought they could deceive a customer with a "fake" upgrade. Hygiene Standards: The cleanliness was unacceptable for a hotel at this price point. Our friends found male hair in their bathroom immediately upon arrival. Our sink was visibly dirty and not properly cleaned when we checked in. Verdict: This hotel is absolutely not worth the money. While the location is good, the deceptive service and lack of cleanliness ruined the experience. I strongly advise against staying here.

room was big and spotless very confortable. the not so good thing is that this time in my stay the people working at the front desk were not nice . they were there just doing their job but not welcoming at all. This bother me alot

Great location, good breakfast, rooms are dirty and not well mantained, the walls haven’t been painted, the closet handles were sticky and the curtains haven’t been washed in months. Not well rated.

We have stayed here a couple of times. Rooms are new and clean. Hotel staff is very friendly and the accept dogs 😊 also great location next to Calle Serrano

Nh Colon is quite luxurious and well situated. We enjoyed our stay, rooms large and well looked after bt the cleaning staff.

The room was too small

En esta ocasión nos quedamos en una suite junior y me gustó mucho la amplitud. Lo q más me gusta de este hotel es la ubicación perfecta para salir a comer, a tiendas y a pasear. Tienes una estación de metro cercana también. Y las gomitas de dulce q ponen en recepción son buenisimas.

Our room was very small, you could bearly move.

Lugar bien ubicado, cuartos un poco pequeños, baño cómodo pero básico, podría tener mejor espacio para guardar cosas.

The A/C is centrally controlled. It was setup to heat the room only and could not be changed. The room was actually extremely warm. We had to turn off the A/C to stop the hot air flow and opened the window with all the noise from the street. My wife actually caught a cold and we could not sleep well at all. Outside temperature was cool and did not require the heater but it was up to the hotel to decide that.

The property is very well located , rooms are renovated. Pillows are ok, sheets and bed are ok. The shower has no door so it’s a mess to get a bath… water comes all out and it’s dangerous because the floor gets slippery. The A/C that the hotel offers is FALSE… the A/C doesn’t work. The lowest temperature is 18.5C and it won’t go to 16C. The A/C has 3 fan speeds that don’t do anything else rather than blow the same quantity of air. The air is a mess and don’t recommend staying if you have problems sleeping in hot places. Madrid was a 40C during the summer

En la entrada y en la salida percibí que no tienen ningún espíritu hospitalario. Me dieron una suite con una cama pequeña y cuando fui a pedir el cambio Gimena no me lo hizo nada fácil. La salida igual, despues de 5 días pagando una suite me pidieron 29 euros x hora por un late check out. Para ser justo el personal del área del desayuno es excelente, igual que Alvaro y Daniela. Se ve que falta Capacitación y Gerenciamiento

The room was great, and the staff was so incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to help out. In booking dinner reservations, the restaurant gave a free glass of Cava comped from the hotel. Cristian in concierge was amazing!!!

Located a block away from Calle Serrano, this hotel is great for us avid shoppers. Plus great cafes and restaurants in the area, and metro stations to get anywhere you need to go in Madrid.

Great hotel to stay next to Plaza Colón. It is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is only 7 dollars and it is remarkable and very generous.
