I liked the room and the special christmas cookies mantecados that they shared with us. The music in the elevator lobby is too loud. Our room was over the courtyard and very quiet. Much of the furniture in the lobby was very uncomfortable. The self checkin was a little rough but the staff was friendly. Great location and close to train station and museums!

Great hotel, staff, rooms, rooftop bar, breakfast. Super friendly service as I received all over Spain. Stayed at this hotel 3 or 4 times already, alway spot on.

Great location, no amenities

It’s always tricky when you plump for a hotel and try to fit everyone’s needs… so I picked the Radisson Red. I knew of the hotel brand and pick 4-star hotels as a must, knowing the standard to expect. The hotel is very well placed for accessing all aspects of Madrid, kind of on the edge of both the old town and modern city. Our superior family room was a good size, with spacious shower room, quiet and comfortable. We opted for Room Only, which is unusual for us as we normally opt to go bed & breakfast but with an extra charge of £300 for our 5 nights we decided to go rogue and enjoy eating our breakfast out each morning, finding numerous good options close by. Highly recommend ‘el patio vertical’ just around the corner. The hotel bar & lounge area has wide, open and stylish seating areas with great background music. The roof terrace, one reason for my choice of hotel, wasn’t open any of the evenings we headed to the top floor unfortunately. Not sure why!

Good location, clean room, good bathroom. Some of the public areas were disappointing, the bar area was nice, but service was abysmally slow.

Amamos tudo do hotel, a localização, o atendimento e o quarto em que ficamos, no entanto.. quando fizemos a reserva havia a informação de que esse hotel possui estacionamento. Entrei em contato com eles 2 meses antes da minha viagem para confirmar em qual local ficava o estacionamento e qual o valor da diária. Não tive resposta. Ao chegar, fui surpreendida com a informação de que não havia estacionamento nenhum, mas que poderia estacionar no público que fica logo na frente. Esse estacionamento custava 38 euros por dia. Não tinha nenhum acesso para o hotel, óbvio, assim como nenhum funcionário para ajudar com o transporte das malas. Este foi o estacionamento mais caro da minha viagem e, como só escolhi esse hotel pois informava ter estacionamento, não esperava por um gasto tão alto.

Clean room & friendly staff, parking was tricky as it’s in a busy area and the lot under the hotel was full. There was only another parking lot nearby but we had to sort out getting our luggage in. We weren’t told about how breakfast worked at check in but thankfully didn’t miss it arriving 5 minutes before it closed.

Dirty floors, leak under sink, faded and dirty furnishings, unpainted patch in wall, filthy and curled carpet and broken light fixture.

Radisson Red Madrid is stylish, modern, and very comfortable. The room was spotless, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent for getting around the city. A great overall experience—highly recommended.

La habitación no estaba completamente limpia y las cosas que ofrecen, pues tenían un deterioro muy muy grave. La verdad me decepcionó, además de qué la atención en la recepción deja mucho que desear la verdad quedé invitado a no volver y aquí tengo pruebas con fotos

Clean, sharp, quiet. Great location for Prado and Reina Sofia museums and Atocha train station. Easy walk to Plaza Mayor and Palace.

Clean, easily accessible to the places to visit and shop. Near good restaurants.

It was not really clean, the water was so smelly not sure why I had to cancel one of the nights and they refused to give me a refund.

A cool vibrant 4 star hotel with everything you need. the staff were excellent and assisted us whenever needed. the only negative thing was that the room were not cleaned properly. some days the coffee mug was left on the table uncleaned.

Hotel com ótimas instalações, café da manhã e quarto e banheiros confortáveis. Ô isolamento acústico entre os quartos poderia ser melhor. Evitem os quartos com janela para rua. Quem tem sono leve passará a noite em claro.

The overall stay was good but there are two main negative things: 1. The glass windows are not sound proof properly. We were on the 7th floor and we were woken up by crowd noises on the street at 3AM. We could hear everything. 2. The sofa bed that we asked for needs replacement. I had lower back pain in the morning because it was like sleeping on uneven steel beams.

I opted for a more expensive room, that was supposed to be bigger, but in fact de only additional space was a external balcony, not useful during winter time. The room itself was really tiny and we didn’t have space for even opening the luggage. In my opinion it was not worth the money.

Safe area, easy access to transportation. I didnt get the room i reserved. My view was a wall.

The hotel is in a great area, in walking distance to everything. Our room was a premium room on the 1st floor it is quite dark as it looks to the courtyard but is very quit, the size is decent although not really suitable for anything else then sleeping if your traveling with a child.

3명 가족이 triple room으로 예약했습니다. 아토차역과 가까워 기차역을 이용하신다면 접근성이 좋습니다. 방은 전반적으로 넓은 편입니다. 침대 1개에 소파베드 1개를 준비해줬습니다. 소파베드는 다소 불편해서 허리가 안좋으면 권장하지 않습니다. 룸 준비할 때 미용휴지를 따로 채워주지 않았고, house keeping을 하지 않아 중간 사이즈의 추가 타월을 요청했으나 발판으로 사용하는 타월을 줬습니다. 전반적으로 룸 컨디션에 좀 더 신경을 쓰면 좋을 것 같습니다.

방음이 전혀 되지 않았다. 바로 옆건물에 클럽이 있는데 새벽6시넘어서까지 고함치는 소리가 마치 바로 내 귀옆에서 말하는 것처럼 들렸다. 잠을 한숨도 못잤다 내인생 최악의 숙소

We only stayed for one night, but check-in was relatively smooth. The hotel has a very hip, stylish vibe, and our room was spacious—it definitely felt comfortable for our family. The only small drawback is that its proximity to the nightlife meant we could hear street noise. This might not be ideal if you're an early or light sleeper.

Clean room, noisy areas no noise cancelling curtains etc.. Air con awful didnt work properly. Would avoid in future

The place was really noisy and unwelcoming when I arrived. They have an event taking over the whole of the ground floor with the reception desk just being a person in a stand next to the lift. It didn’t scream to me 4 * Additionally, they write welcoming note with the room name so I was concerned they gave me the wrong room. More importantly, I have tried to contact them because I left something behind and it has been impossible, no by phone or email.

El hotel es bonito y tiene buena localización pero me dejé una chaqueta y ha costado ridículamente mucho ponerse en contacto con ellos y que se pongan de acuerdo para enviarla. Primero llamamos hablamos con varias personas, todas nos decían que vale luego resultaba que se les olvidaba, luego mandé un transportista al que tampoco le entregaron la chaqueta, a todo esto cogían el teléfono a la media hora (literalmente) y algo que me molestó es que tampoco nadie avisó de la chaqueta, porque me acordé que sino nadie me hubiera dicho nada; a los muchos días hablamos con María que fue la única profesional que supo gestionar este incidente. Gracias Maria!

The hotel was really good and exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The staff were very kind and welcoming. When we asked at the reception if we could stay longer, Maria was incredibly helpful and gave us two extra hours. This was a very nice gesture and made our stay even more relaxing. We truly appreciated the excellent service and would happily stay here again.

Un helpful staff and impossible to reach.

The amazing attitude and dedication of the staff. Maria and Jorge are truly outstanding and so friendly and kind. We have lots of questions and we lost our gloves and they looked after us in every single way possible. I would be back! Amazing location and amazing service.

I left some branded clothes in the room, my friend who stayed a day longer asked reception to check with room service for my clothes. The day after reception tells «nothing found». I know 100% I left in the bathroom for drying. The worst part is that I sent email to the hotel on this matter. Got NO REPLY. Poor service

I arrived exhausted in the middle of tha National Holiday in Spain very early for check in. As soon as I entered it was quiet & civilized & the staff was all welcoming. Wojtek at the front desk told me that no room was available but that he would email me as soon as one was. I went to have breakfast and he came & found me to say my room was ready! I will certainly stay there again & will recommend it to others traveling to Madrid.

Queda justo al frente del Museo Reina Sofía, a unos minutos de la estación de Atocha. El Prado y el Retiro están muy cerca, aunque no deja de ser una zona concurrida, es más tranquilo que otros puntos del centro de Madrid

Hotel is really nice and walking distance from Atocha train station which is what I was looking for, one does have to walk a bit to the downtown area from hotel though, it is a nice walk mind you.

The location is perfect. It is walkable to everywhere - tourist attractions, the bus to the airport, train station and many restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and varied ( they even catered for GI❤️), the staff were so helpful, the indoor bar was a great place to relax and the rooftop bar was also great. The only negative was the nightclub next door. We could hear the music in our room until 3am, the music was muffled, it was more the beat of the music that vibrated. While this didn’t really bother us, it may others. Perhaps ask for a room away from the noise. I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel in great location

Check-in was smooth and welcoming, with Xavier at reception friendly, helpful, and efficient. The lobby is quirky and trendy, though so dimly lit it felt like they hadn’t paid the electricity bill. Our double room on a high floor continued the quirky theme. Practical for two, though too dark for a longer stay. The room was cool with simple controls, a comfortable large bed, smart TV, coffee machine and kettle (but only glasses, no cups), complimentary water, and a minibar with a single bottle. Water filling stations on each landing were useful. The bathroom was a good size with a walk-in shower and wall-mounted toiletries. Overall, clean and well equipped, with extras like a clothes steamer and hidden safe. Breakfast was appalling and ruined the stay. Despite booking “Full Breakfast,” many items including eggs were chargeable. Only the buffet plus bacon, tomatoes and liquid scrambled eggs were included. The buffet itself was fine (cereals, pastries, breads, meats, cheeses, fruit, gluten-free and milk options), but hygiene and service were dreadful. Tables had debris from the night before, and cutlery, plates, glasses and cups often showed remnants of previous use. It was disgusting. Staff wandered aimlessly, failed to clear tables or replenish food, and seemed untrained in basic service. While check-in and the room were positives, the filthy breakfast and indifferent staff overshadowed everything. We would not return.

Very nice hotel with a great location. Walking distance to many of the best attractions of Madrid (museums, parks, and plazas). Dinning options were limited to a breakfast buffet in the morning and at the lobby in the afternoon. One restaurant opened only during the weekend but it was not attractive to us. Beds were very comfortable and the room was well laid out. The hotel is close enough to all the good attractions but not too close to the crowds of Gran Vía or Plaza Mayor (although you can walk to both). Definitely recommended!

Clean room, breakfast buffet was easily accessible but eggs made to order is not part of the buffet. Service was good in reception area but could improve in the restaurant. There was a recently hired employee who gave good service and really made an effort to assist us. Wish I could remember his name. The club next to the hotel has a retracting roof and it was on and off noisy all night until the club closed. Our room was right next to the club which made it hard to get a good nights sleep on Friday and Saturday night. Lol. Overall it was a good stay, we liked the decorations/vibe of the hotel and our suite was very roomy. The closeness to a lot of tourist sites and dining was great, we walked everywhere!

Bizarre that coffee was not available after 9p.m.They also need to rethink their food offering the restaurant appears to be a white elephant.

Breakfast options are very poor/ limited for vegetarian/ vegan. Staff was excellent and very helpful.

Everything was great and easy! The breakfast was fantastic with a lot to choose from. All the staff we encountered were nice and friendly, Eduardo, Maria, Wojtek are the names I remember… Clean room! Also, location was fantastic near the major museums.
