There were no plug receptacles by the bed on either side. The receptacles are across the room so you can’t put your phone or C-Pap next to the bed. They gave us extension cords at the reception desk but these always make me nervous. There is no air conditioning in October and the room was hot.

There are big difference in quality among rooms. The ones shown on the website do not reflect the one you might get even if it has the same class description. You might end up in a room with an uneven mattress, noisy bed frames and a view that is not city view neither. Not what they show on the advertising. The hotel will probably change you to a room like the one you booked after you bring the issue up, but not until you spent a bad night in the one you did not exited to get and already paid for. Bring a power source with multiple outlets. There is only one power outlet in the room by the desk and not next to the bed. When making your reservation get the hotel to confirm that they will give you one of the rooms that match the pictures with the new paper-wall and TVs and ask for one with the new matters support. Still don’t be surprise if you find humidity stains in the bathroom celling even if it’s one of the renovated ones. That said. The location is great, the lobby looks very nice, the view if you get a front street room is nice. Someday this hotel might be at the standards of their new management and owners The Petite Palace Hotels. A/C only works during the summer. Bring earplugs in case you need to sleep with the windows open on a warm day.

This is a no frills hotel, after traveling for 10 hours, it would have been nice to have some water in the room, there was no refrigerator as well. The only amenities supplied was hand soap and body wash. Wifi was spotty at times, if you need to connect to work e-mail, it maybe iffy!! Hotel staff spoke limited english. Overall the room was clean and it was just an ok stay. For the amount paid, the value wasn't there.

We stayed at ITC Mora for one night and found it to be a convenient option for our short stay in Madrid. One of the biggest advantages was how easy it was to get to the hotel by bus from the airport, which made our arrival very straightforward. The front desk staff were very helpful and informative when we arrived, which was much appreciated. Our room had two bedrooms, although there was no separate living space. The bathroom was located inside one of the bedrooms, which was a little inconvenient when travelling with multiple people, as accessing the bathroom required going through one of the bedrooms. The beds were comfortable enough for one night, although they weren’t the most comfortable we experienced during our trip. That said, the location worked perfectly for what we needed. It was easy to walk around and explore Madrid from the hotel, and for a one-night stay, the convenience and location suited us well. Overall, it was a good choice for our needs and the length of our stay.
