Bathroom toilet had (very obviously) not been cleaned. I think room was located beneath airport baggage claim area. Noise all night from conveyors as well as other guests who came in late or left very.early for flights. Front desk staff was excellent or rating would have been lower

Rooms were clean , hotel was in terminal so very convenient. However there was continuous noise and sound proofing was not great. I may have just picked an odd day for it and could be coincidence. I will not recommend unless you don't have trouble falling asleep with little bit noisy.

The room was spotless and the staff were courteous. The only issue is the room temp is fixed and airflow is limited. Also you are underground so there is no escape in the event of an issue which I know is unlikely but may make some nervous.

This is a very practical hotel as it is just outside the arrival doors after baggage claim. The staff is very nice and my check in was smooth. It is clean and there was enough room for a short stay. However, it was too noisy, I am not a light sleeper but I woke up many times during the night because of the airport noise upstairs. Don’t forget your earplugs ! Besides that, it was perfect for an overnight stay.

It was difficult to find. There is no Terminal 2 at the airport. They need to give more detailed written directions, ex., go through baggage claim, exit through Arrivals, the entry is on the left. Once I found it, it was great for getting some sleep on an 8 hr layover.

Highly recommend when you have a stop over as it is right next to the arrival floor, and you can get there in a minute. The staffs were really friendly and kind. I will definitely stay again!

A good cheap overnight stay at Helsinki airport. No windows, but everything else you need for a good nights sleep between flights. Lots of dining or shopping options in the landside area of the terminal if you need food or anything else during your stay. Hotel has a few basic food and drink options too in case you are there very late and the outside ones might be closed. Recommended.
