The location is superb, the pool and spa unreal! Would prefer if kids were banned from the spa - and I'm saying that as a dad of 3 young kids, not someone who dislikes kids. The spa should be a place for adults to relax.

Great location with short walk to nearby restaurants and cafes or short drive to main strip of shops and restaurants in Mandurah. Pool and facilities at Seashells are first class. Direct access to beach if required. One bedroom apartment was spacious and had lovely views. Free secure parking was a bonus. Reception staff very helpful. Some current renovation activity (not intrusive) will spruce the place up even more. Highly recommend.

Seashells is one of my favourite places to stay. The pool and beach access is fabulous. The apartment was very spacious and beds very comfortable. The only issue was one of the three bedrooms without any ceiling fan has the portable cooler though it was dirty with dust and could not use it due to allergies. It was hot in that room.

Not as nice as 1st stay, horrible paint smell full length of corridor, main bedroom curtains dirty behind, lounge curtains didn't cover window width, bathroom floor had what looked like salt marks all thru, oven door dirty and a large tear in carpet, lounge had holes in. Previous stay no issues only pool wasn't heated.

Easy check-in process was great. The King One Bedroom Apartment was really clean and tidy, remarkably large for a 1 bedroom, comfortable couch to sit on, comfortable bed to sleep in. The only issue I had was that there was a bit of mould in the bathroom and the place is looks aging and needs a refresh with some modern funishings. Parking is secure behind locked gates and in some places undercover, which is great. Plenty of local eateries near buy you can walk to for different food options all day. Beach is super close by and although the views are different from all the rooms there, the views of the city, harbour or the beach are just beautiful. Would definitely stay at Seashells again.

Lovely apartment with an amazing sea view. We didn’t use the pool but that was clearly a highlight as the pool overlooks the sea. Room was clean although our baby, who was crawling about, managed to find some strands of hair that were clearly not ours on the sofa and the carpet. Well equipped kitchen, ample car park spaces, great location.

Great spacious 2bed room apartment with gorgeous ocean view. Good kitchen, lounge, beds and bathrooms just average water pressure in showers. Aside from that we had a great experience. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Lots of guest parking. The apartment was clean, spacious, modern and well equipped. Recommended and will stay again, but seafront view is much better than the town view.

This was my second time at Seashells, however I regret not spending a little more $$$ on choosing an Ocean View room (as we did on our first visit a few years ago). The staff, room itself and views were still fantastic and we made great use of the spa 😀 But my side of the bed (closer to bathroom) was dippy, they need to throw that mattress out, I had such a sore back after 2x nights, I was happy to return home for a decent sleep 😴

Awesome rooms & space. Great views of areas around the dolphin quay area. Comfy bed & well presented. Only 1 downside would be the shower arrangement… bit “how ya going” with shower head over top of spa bath.. water sprays everywhere & makes a mess through bathroom.

The location was amazing, within walking distance to the nearby markets, restaurants and ocean. We also took the opportunity to get our steps up and walk into the heart of Mandurah several times. The apartment was very spacious with a large living room and big 3 1/2 seater couch (at least) and a separate footstool and coffee table where we could place drinks and snacks. It was a home away from home! What I also loved was the fact there was a tv in the bedroom as well as the main living room. This probably sounds weird (why would people care about a tv on holiday???), but it was nice to watch a movie at night and also have a lazy wake up in the morning while tuning into local news. A few things which are only minor, but still important to mention…we only found the hotel “guide” on our last day, tucked behind the tv in the bedroom, so until then we did a bit of guess work. There was a coffee pod machine which we read about ahead of our stay, so we brought our own pods…however it would have been nice if a few had been supplied as well. And the other thing to mention is the shower over the bath…it was a nice bathroom but the screen only covered half the bath so water did splash into the tiled area meaning the bath mat was instantly wet. Okay, these are minor things but it’s the reason I didn’t give Seashells a perfect score. Overall it was a great hotel and I’d recommend a stay here! PS the snack and drink vending machines in the lobby proved very handy!!!

This is our 4th stay at Seashells and we love it that’s why we keep coming back.. however, this time staying in a beachfront villa which we love.. we were faced with a few disappointments.. the 2 mornings of our stay our toaster shorted out and we had no microwave, kettle, dishwasher, toaster and a few power points went out. Although we had our switchboard reset both times it was an inconvenience and meant we couldn’t cook our breakfast, and it seemed a bit dangerous with the toaster sparking as it shorted out. Although we were going to be given a new toaster, it was too late as we were leaving that morning.. we did voice our concern and disappointment to the reception the second time we had to get the maintenance person out and at our time of checkout.. we were kind of met with “sorry about that”, but as we love being there and pay good money to stay at Seashells we were a little disappointed with the response..

This was our first stay at Seashells and we were very impressed. The staff were all excellent . Very friendly and helpful. The swimming area was beautiful and access to the beach was so easy .

We stayed just one night but I would love to do a longer stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was large and well equipped and the location was walking distance to many restaurants. The pool area is also beautiful- wish we had the time to enjoy it! This is our #1 choice to return to in Western Australia!

Great beach side location, close to everything with secure parking. 1 bed villa stay, spacious and well appointed. Full kitchen and dining room, private outdoor area with sun beds. Large bathroom with spa and comfy king size bed. Nespresso coffee machine a nice touch but no pods provided felt like a cheapskate mistake at this standard of establishment.
