Room was perfect and great location. Shame there was a full evacuation and had to stand around outside in rain waiting. The lift wasn’t working and stairs carrying bags up was a challenge and our second night was next to no sleep with people parting all Night and that loud was like sleeping above a nightclub.

Lovely and clean. Parking is a pain for larger cars 4x4 roofracks as they are too high, so on street only. Coffee and milk scarcity, even after requesting more. Overall though a lovely spot with heaps of great food and drink options and gorgeous views. Will return.

We were informed that the lift wasn’t working and because we booked via Expedia so they were unable to contact me to inform earlier. It’s totally not true as I did received their email to ask me to pay deposit in advance. So we have 2 options on spot: carry our luggage up ourselves to third floor or cancel the booking and find alternative around the area. Well, we decided to do some workout to carry the luggage’s up. The second pain was the wifi, it struggled so much. We had to use our roaming for mobile data. Thirdly, the property has some age. But the good thing is you can do BBQ in the balcony and the quay view was great from our unit.

The location was fantastic, easy walking to town for meals or shopping. Our 1 bedroom apartment was spacious and very functional, we enjoyed the view from our balcony over the marina. Onsite parking was very safe and secure with access being through 2 gates that you have to use a fob to gain entry. Would definitely stay here again.

View, location and cleanliness of our room, made our stay relaxing. The supplied car park, that is offered was in an underground car park. Unfortunately if you have a 4x4 the car is too high. But there is street parking.

Fantastic location over the Marina - beautiful scenery . However - the lift was broken and so we had to go through the fire exit stairs . There wasn’t signage to show which door to go in or out of . Very confusing and lots of walking up and down . Unfortunate I know but spoilt it a bit . Also in our room - the bedroom blind was broken so you couldn’t close it properly and there was an outside light on all night ( obviously for security) but we were kept awake with the light most of the night ,

The apartment we stayed in had just been sold so the new owners were there when we arrived The apt was clean however needs a little TLC i:e chipped paintwork and carpets stained in bedroom and lounge area but it was well equipped . A plus was it had a washing machine and dryer which was great as we were nearing the end of our trip I had minimal laundry to do on arrival home .The bathroom was spacious and in good decor It was also close to several cafes and restaurants so didnt need to drive if we did.t want to.

The toilet was dirty under the seat. For a five day stay we had 6 coffees /teas / sugars and milks for two person staying. No one fills up or even checks to ensure amenities are enough for customers staying period. Was noisy as our apartment was above the restaurants . The remotes for the apartment- entrance/ TV/ aircon were hard to use due low battery. The dishwasher didn’t wash well and face instructions missing even though the book was hard to read. Location very good 👍

The apartment was well equipped with kitchen and bathroom supplies. The first thing that we noticed when we entered was the state of the carpet which had a lot of staining on it. I think a carpet clean on it would not have gone astray but other than that everything else was good. The shower area and bathrooms were clean as was the balcony outside also.

The rooms were very hot. The conditioning is in the main lounge room. Which made it difficult to cool and get the bedroom cool. Really not a good fit for warm summers in Perth.

The studio apartment was comfortable with all the amenities an apartment should have. It was also very clean. Unfortunately during our stay we had 2 fire alarms go off and the internet was very poor. It kept dropping. The lobby entrance needs a lot of work as it shows very poorly.

The location is fabulous but I wouldn't describe the accommodation as luxurious. The huge balcony was a definite winner. However, the apartment is located above very popular restaurants that open all day from lunchtime so can be quite noisy. The air-conditioning unit was strangely noisy when it was switched off. We stayed for 7 nights and the last two nights were disturbed by very loud banging (it was a little windy on those nights and it sounded like huge metal doors banging). The bed was very comfortable but very limited cooking facilities. Perhaps it would have been ok for a couple of nights. We loved the view over the Marina and spotted the dolphins a few times. Outdoor furniture looked a little tired.

Check-in staff friendly and informative. Only one air conditioner to service lounge and bedroom. Clean room, WiFi works well. Only issue is the room next door has the bed backing onto the same wall so you can clearly hear next door talking while trying to get to sleep

Very very small and narrow beds in second bedroom. Totally unexpected. Not ideal for normal sized adults. Lovely location but would not stay in winter. No covered corridors to unit. Friendly staff and great position with lovely outlook but poor beds.

This was a very nice play to stay and I will certainly be returning her again next time I am in Mandurah with my wife. Very nice clean room with fantastic views, Nice and quiet area within easy walking distance of bars, restaurants and the shops. Quick and easy check-in and the lady on reception when I arrived on Sunday Morning was very helpful.

Staff were great. There when needed, but not intrusive. Rooms were very clean and well maintained. Easy walk to the main foreshore of Mandurah with lots of great restaurants, takeaways and others shops. Will definitely stay here again.

The apartment in general was great. I didn’t like the communication though. I had to travel for work so I needed to have stable WIFI. no one was around when it didn’t work. They said Expedia declined a refund, however from talking with Expedia it was the property, they never responded again, which makes me as a guest feel like they aren’t sorry for the issue

訂咗海景兩房apartment，景觀開揚、房間簡約、寬敞及整潔！敗筆之處，過咗下午四點已經沒有真人交鎖匙！前一日下午或之前幾日send 來嘅類似網上express check in, 入完所需資料，去到入信用卡資料，就話沒有資料。最令人失望及阻礙check in, 必須打電話問對方取大門密碼；再進入住客lift lobby, 要在大廳廣眾在電話透露個人資料/及信用卡敏感資料，打告之開啟小夾萬密碼取房匙！問題是我一早已經告知我會late chevk in 及在那所謂rxpress check in e-mail已經填入個人資料！幸好，我比預期半夜前到達，否則，半夜check in 真係唔知有冇人接電話！

The location was fantastic, easy walking to town for meals or shopping. Our 1 bedroom apartment was spacious and very functional, we enjoyed the view from our balcony over the marina. Onsite parking was very safe and secure with access being through 2 gates that you have to use a fob to gain entry. Would definitely stay here again.

A great apartment to stay if attending Mandurah Performing Arts centre or accessing Mandurah foreshore or Dolphin Quay ( a short walk). Close to restaurants and bars, downstairs, at Dolphin Quay or Mandurah foreshore. Shopping not too far. A nice apartment with views of marina and small beach/parklands. The property had spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Secure parking provided. Apartment had a full kitchen and laundry facilities.

Lovely view over the harbour, we did see dolphins from the balcony. Great eating options underneath accommodation. Everything you need in the apartment to make for an easy stay, we stayed 4 nights small annoyance the dishwasher was out of action.

The location is fabulous but I wouldn't describe the accommodation as luxurious. The huge balcony was a definite winner. However, the apartment is located above very popular restaurants that open all day from lunchtime so can be quite noisy. The air-conditioning unit was strangely noisy when it was switched off. We stayed for 7 nights and the last two nights were disturbed by very loud banging (it was a little windy on those nights and it sounded like huge metal doors banging). The bed was very comfortable but very limited cooking facilities. Perhaps it would have been ok for a couple of nights. We loved the view over the Marina and spotted the dolphins a few times. Outdoor furniture looked a little tired.

The location is perfect. U can walk to your choice of restaurants. The apartment was well appointed. The ambience was so peaceful. Everyone was very friendly. Can’t wait to return.

The apartment was well kept, clean and tidy. Location Location Location, so many eateries, bar and shops on your doorstep. Great huge balcony with a gorgeous view of the harbour, would not have been impressed if we was on the other side of the property. Would have been good to have an outdoor dining table and chairs. There were chairs and a small coffee table. Everything in the apartment seemed down scaled ie: TV, sofa and the smallest wine glasses, mugs and drinking glasses we have ever seen. Red wine drinkers would not be impressed. It has been hard to contact reception a few times, lift out of order which wasn't easy for us up 2 flights of stairs. Reception did advise this after making the booking but said they had been waiting for the strata to sort this. Something like this should be sorted without delays and not inconvenience the guests. I am sure it will effect peoples experience and their reviews. Would we go back again, YES but we would check lift situation and the location of the room.
