The cabin assigned is in the midst of construction area, front and side, the road is unpaved and dusty. couldn't have our cabin door or window opened even for a while. Very disappointed with the management for not informing us of the situation. Senior management stepped in only hearing my disappointment and made attempt to offer 2 separate cabins to accommodate the 5 of us, we declined as that's what we wanted. The front line staff didnt show any enthusiasm at helping. Use this place upon last resort.

Pretty good for cabin accommodation. Strange thing was i didn’t get the wifi password and park rules until after i checked. One suggestion would be to have soap at the bathroom basin.

Cabin was dirty, had to get the cleaners for the third time apparently, beds and pillow were hard, parking was a nightmare pot holes everywhere and where the new cabins were built are pokey only a small car will fit when the area is finished

Amazing! So comfortable and clean. We had a basic room with the toilet and shower block separate - it was only 10m away! Bed was extremely comfortable, very clean, tv and Air Con were great.

Location was fine, as was the cleanliness and usability of the the facility. However, it was all very small and compact to point of making it uncomfortable for us, older travellers. Also access from the parking area was only over gravel, grass and soil, resulting in dirt brought into the unit.

We stayed for 3 nights over a weekend. We found the staff very friendly and happy to answer questions about our booking. We booked here because it was within walking distance for us to Mandurah CBD where there was a weekend event going on. The room was very clean, neat the tidy. We would stay again.

Nice, clean and everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Walls are very thin and I could hear every move the people in the other rooms were making. The TV wasn't able to be watched as there was a lock code on it and the WIFI was extremely spotty.

We stayed in a cabin for 3 nights during a motoring holiday around southern West Australia. The park is conveniently located close to the waterfront (driving). There are plenty of dining options at the waterfront. The cabin is comfortable and very roomy. It is well appointed with appliances.

No hair dryer.. otherwise everything was provided for including cooking and dining essentials (plates and utensils. New clean family room with necessary essentials. Need to drive apart from small Mall nearby. But we used it as an overnight stopover on the way to Margaret River so it's more then meeta out needs.

Friendly office staff. Was given an upgrade to motel room with toilet & shower which we were very grateful for. Couldn't get Channels on tv to watch the AFL matches this weekend. Patty sent someone down to fix it, but still didnt work. Could get channel 9 ok. Apart from that very comfy room, & didnt hear any park noise during the night. Would come back again.

Check in was terrible with the pre fill form and having the wrong air con remote in my room for the air con. I asked for late check out and they gave me an extra 30 minutes and charged me for it and didn’t tell me what I would be charged for it if anything. It was a terrible overall experience and didn’t feel welcome or safe and didn’t serve my purpose for staying there to begin with.

First, commendation to the lady at front desk and David who were so nice. I booked a chalet and did not realise that it does not have an attached bathroom. It was also about 7 minutes drive from the foreshore so not something I will book again. Met another person and same comment that he did not realise the error as well. So to us the booking was a bit on higher side.
