The hotel could be nicer if it wasn't for the work they were doing, like the gym was under renovation, they were painting some of the rooms, the elevator was so slow, lot of people were using the stairs. The staff were nice, the hotel in general could be better if it was no work to be done during the stay.

Hotel was better than expected. Good location, Nice facilities, good breakfast. AC could be better. Staff are very good and helpful. Especially a lady called eman. Was a star in helping, when our transfer taxi did not arrive. She went out of her way to help. My family with young children were very greatful. Would come back here.

The hotel is well maintained. the front desk staff are not nice, only one lady was extremely nice and professional. They never leave coffee pads after cleaning and you call and ask for them. Even at that they don't bring them, not sure if they didn't have them around the time as was there or if this is common. Not worth the price at all, I have to check out early because i was so annoyed by the way they handle the situation. I couldn't get a refund, they only agreed to give me credit to use in the future. Knowing that i would never go back so that was a total waste.
