The Pool was nice and clean

The outdoor coffee shop is nice, friendly staff, very relaxing atmosphere. Be sure tou get to know most of the waiting stuff, and most important be sure you get acquainted withtheir hostesses miss Oiam.

Good breakfast and nice pool area.

Basic hotel from 1950s. Breakfast was great, everything else was ok - staff were terrible, sour faces, and had asked for room service which took over an hour - even after my husband went to reception 3 times, and was told to "go back to your room" by the guy there. We ended up moving to another hotel, and would not recommend this one at all. Pool was also really dirty, scum 20cm along the sides, things floating in it, and slimy on the bottom.

very little service, impose us to add breakfast even i didnt book for breakfast. late for giving us room after 3.30pm. no hot water cooker in the room. no slippers in the room. have to pay to use gym. swimming pool waiter takes a long time before coming to our table.

Convenient location in the new town close to malls etc. Front desk staff were very helpful. WIFI was pretty hit and miss. The pool area is nice but could maybe have more shade. We had a nice meal outside at the terrace restaurant although service could have been quicker. would maybe have been less haphazard if Morocco hadnt been playing football on the TV. Breakfast was a bit understaffed with long ques at cooking stations and towards the end of service a lot of items had run out.

I enjoyed my stay here. My observations; The Hotel was ok, the rooms are comfortable and kept clean. I noted that they don't give shampoo and drinking water. The hotel location is good, it is near the Palais De congress, which was good. It is also near the Menara Mall which has a supermarket and restaurants. The hotel has a variety of restaurants and a club. The Gym is small, few machines and free weights (enough for a basic workout) but hotel residents have to pay for it $9 per session- which i found odd - why don't you include it as the room fee? and then it opens at 9am - 9pm, which may not work for people who are here for work and prefer a morning workout. The breakfast is good - it has a variety of things, and as a foreigner, i was happy to try local foods - the Moroccan crepe is like Chapati, soft and layered - its so nice! Their Mint tea is very refreshing. The menu was the same for the 7 days I was there, I recommend changing it up a bit, even though many clients may stay one or two days. the service was good, their staff are very friendly and helpful, which helped.

Något långsam incheckning. Servicen var annars otroligt bra! Speciellt när det kommer till frukosten. Frukosten hade stort utbud och personalen där var helt fantastiska. Man kan se att hotellet var väldigt lyxigt för kanske 30 år sedan, men nu är den lite sliten. Dock är priset mycket bra och jag trivdes där. Jag fick det jag betalade för och mer. Tog även en massage där som jag kan rekommendera. Kostade runt 40€ för 50 minuter. I byggnaden finns också ca 4 restauranger med mycket bra kvalitet och stor meny. Rummet var lite slitet, men som sagt. Man får det man betalar för. För mig var det personalen som gjorde upplevelsen. Alltid glada och hjälpsamma.

Great staff, breakfast. Close to mall, nice seating around the pool.Wifi inconsistent. Elevator got stuck on floor 0 multiple times. Many extended day tour groups start from here. Overall a good property. We extended our stay at end of tour.

Très bon séjour à l'hôtel, le personnel est très gentil et très serviable, les chambres sont propre la literie est confortable, le petit déjeuner complet, on s'y sent très bien. L'hôtel est familial, la piscine est propre. A proximité d tout, taxi devant l'hôtel, Menara Mall pharmacie et terrasse à 5min à pied. Super séjour je recommande. Merci au personnel et aux bagagistes.

Hotel vieux et degrade. Il est sale et les chambres sont tres vieilles. Les couloirs sont sale.le service est mauvais et le petit dejeuner affreux. Etablissement a fuir.

Jeg var med familien på en ferie her i 2024. Hotellet er pent og velholdt. Stort basseng. Stille om natten. Vennlig personale. Godt renhold. Flere restauranter. Det er sentralt plassert for Menera-shoppingsenteret og for å spasere til medinaen. Det ligger ca. 8 minutter unna flyplassen i taxi. Dette er klart et hotell hvor en får mye igjen for pengene og som tilfredsstiller krav til europeisk standard. Internettforbindelsen var bra, men kan klart forbedres!

Chambre propre et personnel très courtois.

Je suis très déçu de mon séjour. À 200 euros la nuit pour Marrakech c'est vraiment chère. Il y avait des pinaises de lits. Mon amie était converte de piqûres. Les matelas sont tellement dure. La chambre ne sentait pas bonnes. Les portes sont non sécuritaire. Bonne sur photo mais à se méfier. Le personnel à l'accueil était gentil et a répondu à toutes nos questions. Le resto adjacent était excellent. Ce qui fait totalement contraste avec l'hôtel. C'est très dommage...

Hotellet er gammelt og meget beskidt + det lugter af petrolium eller maling. Der løber 2 hunde rundt ved poolen, rundt i restauranten og ud i køkkenet - de er møgbeskidte og tisser bare op ad hækken ud i græsset - også får de madresten at spise, lige foran pool-wc’et. En dreng fik næseblod ved poolen og der blev ikke gjort rent efter ham, vi fandt også et glasskår på jorden ved poolen/ baren. Så skal man være hurtig for at få en solseng i solen, da folk optager dem fra morgenstunden, men ikke bruger dem. Poolen er til gengæld stor og dejlig i temperatur, det eneste positive ved dette hotel. Morgenmaden er helt elendig og alt var hele tiden tomt, så det tog 50 min at få 3 x omelet, 3 x pandekager, juice og the. Vores pengeskab virkede ikke og vi fik kun 2 håndklæder, selvom værelset var booket og betalt til 3 personer. Vi spurgte 2 gange efter 1 ekstra håndklæde, men det kom aldrig. Er lykkelig over at jeg først kiggede under sengen da vi skulle tjekke ud. Vil absolut IKKE anbefale det og booker ikke et værelse her igen.

Honnêtement, séjour décevant. Salle de bains vieillotte, prise électrique qui se décroche du mur. L’hôtel est resté dans son jus, avec une moquette abîmée, un Wi-Fi très instable et un petit-déjeuner très léger.(A part les oeufs/omelettes peut etre..) Je ne m’attendais vraiment pas à cela. Mention spéciale pour la personne à l’accueil le soir du 2 au 3 octobre : tout simplement insupportable alors que nous ne faisions que demander des informations pour un taxi vers l’aéroport (d’ailleurs, l’hôtel ne propose pas ce service, ce qui est aussi très décevant). Ce membre du personnel s’est montré extrêmement désagréable, comme si nous le dérangions, allant même jusqu’à parler de nous en arabe à son collègue une fois notre dos tourné. À mon avis, cette personne n’a rien à faire à la réception.

L’hôtel est bien situé pour les différentes activités. Il est propre et les chambres sont spacieuses. Les lits sont très confortable et la salle de bain spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner est varié et de bonne qualité. La piscine est grande et il y a de nombreux transats. Je recommande car aucune mauvaise expérience.

Overall, this hotel offers a fantastic location and excellent staff. However, the experience is marred by the terrible AC noise in the bedrooms, as well as the lack of sound insulation that allows guests to hear neighbors showering or flushing toilets.

Lovely property, very clean with a nice big pool. There is however limited amount of beds by the pool so you need yo go early to save a bed. Reception staff is very helpful and friendly and will print a boarding pass for you for the flight back. The breakfast has great selection of pastries but other food selection isn’t great. The roadworks around the hotel meant being woken up by drilling every day so not very pleasant. The wifi in the hotel is also pretty bad

The hotel entrance is very nice. The reception staff are pleasant. The room is very tired. The toilet pedestal is loose. We had to ask for towels for our room. The pool area is tired. The staff working in and around the pool area are totally uninterested in offering any service. The restaurant food is unimaginative. The buffet dinner is actually pretty awful - overcooked fish with numerous bones, chicken drumsticks, meatballs. Definitely not restaurant quality food.

El Andalous is an aging hotel that could use some serious renovations and upgrades to the rooms and public areas. It’s a walkable distance to Jemaa El Fna and has a very large outdoor pool with bar service. The buffet breakfast is good and it’s nice to see they don’t scrimp on serving large quantities of delicious freshly squeezed orange juice.

Le petit déjeuner etait copieux et les repas parfait.un bémol pour les chambres basiques côté ville très bruyantes et si il faut payer plus cher pour le calme c’est dommage.. nous aimerions y retourner au calme et balcon au soleil alors Inchallah !

Vistelsen var bra. Jag gillar poolen och rummen. Däremot var det viss personal, särskilt en tjej i receptionen som inte var så trevlig..jag frågade om de hade hittat ett par tofflor jag misstänker jag glömt men svarade bara ”nej” - utan att kolla upp det. Wi-Fi-uppkopplingen var dålig på rummet

I recently stayed here and had the worst service in my whole entire life! the guys at the front of house in reception were just terrible. I paid upon arrival for my booking and then paid separate in cash for the city taxes. Whilst my stay the staff in reception called my room constantly asking me to confirm my reservation, the staff even opened my room door to ask me the same question at 08:30am the next morning whilst I was sleeping. I was not happy also the night before hand a women randomly at night tried to enter my room claiming it was her room given to her by the reception. Again I was not happy that a random women tried to enter my room. Each time I passed the reception they asked me to pay the city taxes which I already paid in addition to my room booking on arrival in cash 33dhs.The constant errors by the reception team was unforgivable, not professional! When I asked for a manager they made me wait 2 hours in the lobby, however nobody ever came to me to listen to my issues so I just left to hotel. The reception staff are liars and will cover for each other lies beware! Don’t bother staying here there was too many issues with service and staff. I waited 1 hour for an iron one day and also room service never answered my calls, i had to go downstairs to the bar to pay for the water. Honestly do not waste your money to stay here! The way the staff constantly called me and entered my room really made me feel uncomfortable it felt like harassment! Very unprofessional

Customer service terrible it took them 2 days to bring me the batteries for the remote control. The rooms are outdated and could use some renovation. Towels are very old. No body lotion provided. You will need to put 100 DH for each towel at the pool as safe deposit. Some staff are nice but some needs some trainings on how to treat their gusts.

After a 3 day sahara adventure I fell extremely ill. The hotel looked for a doctor for me and eventually ran to the pharmacy to put up my antbx.

Overall this was a good hotel especially for the price. So many things are walkable from here including the Medina, the gueliz area and more

Nice location within walking distance to large mosque and souks.

Excellent stay! The breakfast and dinner is really good and changes daily. The staff are so hospitable and caring. Only thing is there is no iron in the rooms and shower curtain needs changing.

We just returned from a lovely few days over New Year in Marrakech. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay at the hotel. After reading others reviews, we managed our expectations for the hotel and enjoyed our stay there. The positives: the location is great as close enough to the Medina to walk to but in a nice quiet area; the staff were friendly; everywhere was clean; the pool area was lovely; the beds were comfy; shower was hot and strong; the food you could order in the restaurants (which appeared to be the same food in 3 of the 4 restaurants) was good and varied. The negatives: the buffet breakfast was really very bad; the tv and ac/heating in the room did not work; there were not enough towels in the room (we were 3 in the room but only given 2 towels, despite asking for more) and no facility to make hot drinks in the room, which I wanted as it was a cold time of year, and the plumbing in the rooms was very noisy. But, on the whole, we had a great stay in Marrakech and thank you to the hotel for hosting us.

Tried booking direct with hotel but rate was nearly double! Beautiful lobby and pool area. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Restaurant food not great, breakfast could do with more fresh fruit options. Food should be replenished more regularly.
