This really is not a three-star hotel. We stayed here many years ago, and it was good. One elevator was broken and repairs brought dirt and dust all over the place.

A really good located hotel in “Marine Lines”, which means, that you have an easy way to it (Churchgate Station is around). The hotel staff was really good and always did everything for a smooth & relaxing stay. Only thing that could be better, is that the bathroom needs a renovation. All in all, I would choose this hotel again because of its value for money, included breakfast and friendly staff.
