I was given a room on the 47th floor with an excellent view. There are shops nearby, including Donki and an outlet mall, with a Lawson inside the actual hotel buillding. Easy access to the airport. Staff were professional. Property is a little tired but it is clean and the bed was comfortable.

りんくうタウン駅改札から屋根続きで徒歩数分ほどでとても便利なロケーション。駅から入るとホテルの2階になり、フロントは1階なので、エレベーターやエスカレーターを探すのに少し迷った。ホテル自体は部屋に多少古いところはあるものの、設備はよく、館内にローソンがあるのもとても便利だった。

部屋に入りカーテンを開けたら、眼下に広がる大パノラマに圧倒されました。部屋は広く清潔で、必要なものはすべて備えられています。テレビも大きなサイズで観やすかったです。下の階にはコンビニもありますが、少し歩くとショッピングモールがあり、何店か食事するところがあります。駅から近いだけでも助かるのに、関西空港へは無料のリムジンバスがあります。機会があればぜひまた利用したいです。

Stargate hotel is convenient in location and a cheap option but unfortunately the rooms are just straight up stinky- sort of a smoke mixed with mold smell. The staff tried their best and were responsive to our concerns about the smell in our first room and moved us to what was an "upgraded" room but it unfortunately still smelled. I think it is just an old hotel and maybe the culprit was very dirty air vent filters (which I noticed when looking around the room). The breakfast was decent, the hotel shuttle was on time and the view was amazing, but it is hard to get over the smell!

We stayed one night for an early flight. The family room has a good size. Conveniently located a few minutes from airport. Transfer service to the airport is good. However, this hotel is very dated. The carpets in the room and in the hallway are dusty and smelly. The walls in the bathroom had disgusting stains. The air conditioning filters are old and dirty. Avoid this hotel until it’s fully renovated.

We arrived at noon and requested if we could check-in, leave our bags in storage while we shop and return for our keys after shopping. We were informed that we could leave our bags but they could only check us in at 3 pm. We arrived back at 7 pm and there were no porters. I guess it's a no frills hotel. The next day, we requested if we could check-out an hour late and was informed that we will be billed for the extra hour. I guess that this is the last time we will be staying here.

I had only stayed for a night. I will say the service is quite poor. Had booked the bus shuttle service to the Airport but the bus left without checking whether all had boarded. Prior to the bus departure, when checking with their counter, the staff will just keep saying to wait at the lobby which we did.

Staff were very helpful and messaged back quickly when I asked them questions. They spoke perfect English and helped to arrange the free shuttle bus for me. They have a microwave on the 30th floor. It was a super big hotel room and very clean. The hotel rooms start at floor 29, so if you have a fear of heights it might be trickier.

Staff is inflexible and speaks poor English. I arrived 9am as my flight arrived early, had to scroll around to wait for check in (3pm) with bad jet lag. Wish the hotel has early check in options like ones in other countries. Front desk staff speaks poor English, hotel room is out dated with stains. Everything needs some improvements.

We enjoyed our stay of three days and had a wonderful ocean view. It is the rallest building (54 floors ) in the area. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. There are two malls within in a quarter mile as well as a Don Quixote. The shower room was traditional Japanese style--shower outside the tub before soaking in the tub. Also has a Toto bidet. Nightshirt and slippers may be too small for many Westerners--me included. Housekeeping was annoyed by reqests for extra pillows and towels. Shuttle only runs during the morning hours. Reservations are required from the front desk. The train station is literally next door but you are at least 40 minutes from downtown Osaka. KIX is only one stop away for 370 yen. There are many options for eating in the area. I wouldn't get the breakfast option but use the 10 or 20% discount for staying at the hotel. The menu did not change for the three days we were there and was congested at times. While due for a refresh, it's still a solid choice.

It is one train stop from KIX Osaka airport and they have free morning shuttle. There is good shopping near by and the cafe (not open early) is very good. Breakfast buffet is 3800 yen so I didn't try. They are pretty ridgid about 3 pm check in, but have luggage hold. View from 36 floor of 54 was amazing.

No problems checking in and the room was quite adequate. The only negative aspect was the fairly expensive meal prices. Fortunately, Rinku Town is righ5 next door with all kinds of food options.
