The hotel was clean and located reasonably close to the train station. The breakfast was good and the public bath was excellent. The dinosaur check in and check out was fun and a real staff member was available if necessary. One improvement would be changing the pillow(s). The waffle pillow(s) provided were not very comfortable so replacing it/them with a normal pillow would be appreciated.

Nice Hotel Friendly Staff Very Clean the restaurant was good and affordable. Super close to the train station and the Joyful Dinner down the streat was delicious. You car walk to Trail in 5mins to get groceries and gifts if traveling. Do you money exchange at the airport!!!

The onsen was great but it is a self check in hotel and staff assistance is minimal. It is quite far from the kix airport with no shuttle, so I had to take the taxi with a late arrival flight. I would recommend going for option with shuttle if you only look for a one night short stay, unless you are really keen for the onsen.
