Newer hotel next to Nankai train station, good public bath, nice view from lounge on top floor. The big problem I had was that my room faced the train station and noise from the P A was too loud. Difficult to sleep, it got quiet after midnight when the station closed. 7-11 downstairs but their not open 24 hours, they open at 6am. I was pleased with the breakfast. Food was above average with a good selection. No airport shuttle, you need to take the train which is a 15 minute ride. Area is pretty dismal, working class, not good for foreigners. Stay in Rinku town instead, its the next station and closer to the airport.

エクスペディアから宿泊予約しましたがチェックイン時に予約の少し違う名前になってたようで、少し時間がかかりました。原因が分からないとの事でしたが、フロントの方は大変丁寧に対応して頂き好印象でした。ホテル立地は駅から出てすぐで隣にセブンイレブンもあり、すぐ近くにたこ焼き、お好み焼きを売ってるお店もあり大変良い立地だと思います。ホテル施設では、ウェルカムドリンクとしてソフトドリンクが自由に飲めるスペースがあり、最上階12階の大浴場が最高でした。設備は新しく内湯、半露天風呂共に広く、サウナに水風呂ありで湯上がりスペースには、かなりの量のマンガの単行本がありゆっくり出来ます。部屋も新しく、コンセント、充電用のケーブルも用意があり充実してました。若干私にはベッドが硬めに感じたのが唯一残念点でしたが、また利用したいと思うホテルです。

初日の入室時より、浴室、枕より悪臭がありました。4日間の滞在中、窓を開け、換気をして過ごしました。大浴場、露天風呂があり、疲労回復ができます。駅の隣にあり、立地は最高です。ホテル周辺は、たこ焼きや焼きそば等々を作って売ってるお店、マツキヨ、セブンイレブン、ワッツ等がホテル隣にあり、大変便利です。周辺には飲食店が多く、朝ご飯も選べます。海の方には青空市場があり、海産物が激安です。海鮮丼は多種類でオススメです。機会があれば、また利用したいです。

Very clean and new hotel. The single room is very small but that’s Japan. The beds are also comfortable with friendly and helpful staff. When I left my wallet in a cab they even had a message waiting for me that it had been brought to the police station and was waiting for me.

Honestly, there aren't lots of restaurants near the hotel, but at least there's a well-stocked 7-11 and a Japanese stationery store close by that can brighten my day. The bed was comfy enough, though having an extra pillow would have made it even better. The living room does feel a little cramped.

Wife and I loved how close the hotel was to the train station. Flying into KIX, the hotel is right outside of Izumisano station, which is just two stops down from the airport station. The area itself is extremely quiet, clean and convenient. Not only do you have immediate access to a 7-11 right outside the hotel, but you have nearby shopping areas in every direction. Outside of your immediate proximity, walking a mile in either direction will give you a different feel for the neighborhood, and each area is safe and walkable (or bike-able!). Would definitely stay at REF Kansai again just for how convenient it was. The room itself was incredibly clean and simple, albeit smaller than what we’re used to in Western countries. The staff was kind and respectful, and they spoke pretty good English when it was necessary. Hotel amenities included a great early-morning breakfast (paid but affordable), massage chairs, laundry service and its own onsen! If you require anything for the room (again, it’s much smaller and simpler than you might be used to), don’t be afraid to ask the staff.

Young staff members can’t speak English well, and treated me in an unkind way by talking each other in Japanese and asking themselves “Korean?“ (not to me) and sighing before me, when i asked about the payment of the accommodation tax. The basic attitude training looks definitely necessary. They didn’t appear that they have a professional spirit as hotel workers.

If you're arriving late from overseas to the airport, this is a great option to rest before heading to Osaka or Kyoto. It was incredibly close to the station and easy to find.

Outside of your immediate proximity, walking a mile in either direction will give you a different feel for the neighborhood, and each area is safe and walkable (or bike-able!). Would definitely stay at REF Kansai again just for how convenient it was. The room itself was incredibly clean and simple, albeit smaller than what we’re used to in Western countries. The staff was kind and respectful, and they spoke pretty good English when it was necessary. Hotel amenities included a great early-morning breakfast (paid but affordable), massage chairs, laundry service and its own onsen! If you require anything for the room (again, it’s much smaller and simpler than you might be used to), don’t be afraid to ask the staff.

Wife and I loved how close the hotel was to the train station. Flying into KIX, the hotel is right outside of Izumisano station, which is just two stops down from the airport station. The area itself is extremely quiet, clean and convenient. Not only do you have immediate access to a 7-11 right outside the hotel, but you have nearby shopping areas in every direction. Newer hotel next to Nankai train station, good public bath, nice view from lounge on top floor. The big problem I had was that my room faced the train station and noise from the P A was too loud. Difficult to sleep, it got quiet after midnight when the station closed. 7-11 downstairs but their not open 24 hours, they open at 6am. I was pleased with the breakfast. Food was above average with a good selection. No airport shuttle, you need to take the train which is a 15 minute ride. Area is pretty dismal, working class, not good for foreigners. Stay in Rinku town instead, its the next station and closer to the airport.

Public bath on the top floor was great! The location of this hotel is just steps from the station, which is a couple of stops away from Kansai airport, making it super convenient to wake up and get to the airport within 20 or so minutes!
