Hotel was fine, comfy bed and all the usual amenities were included, included air con and heater combo. No bath was included but shower cubicle was fine and spacious. Hotel general presentation was a darker muted aesthetic but still very pleasant, smoking room, laundry room and vending machines all Present and good location next to a Lawson and a 7/11 a 2 min walk away.

Very nice, clean, modern hotel with friendly and excellent helpful front desk personnel situated between Yodobashi and Higobashi metro stations and ten minute walk or metro to Osaka and Umeda train stations. Bed was very comfortable and house keeping was awesome. Room was laid out well with sufficient space to store things. Good size bathroom with hand held, body and rain shower options and top notch bidet. Hotel provides comfortable sleep ware and all necessary bath amenities. There is access to washer dryer, microwave and ice machine on eight floor. Free daily bottled water was available. Superb location with easy access to and from airport or day trips to surrounding areas. Thoroughly enjoyed eleven night stay and would definitely return here again.

The rooms were spacious by japanese standards. The staff were quick to offer us an alternate room when the air conditioning unit started raining on the massive bed. My one comnent on this hotel is the lift is very small for the size of the hotel so it can take a while to go down if it is already full as there is no option to use tge stairs.

Hotel Cordia Osaka was Exceptional. We were worried we wouldn't arrive before check in so were in constant communication with the hotel and they were quick to respond. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with an incredibly warm reception from the staff. I spoke very little Japanese, but they were patient and so very kind with us so I felt I was able to practice. The building and feel of the decor and rooms was very high end and modern, and incredibly reasonable for the price. The location of the hotel was incredibly central located in the downtown salaryman area of Osaka and easily accessible by metro just a two minute walk away. When we left on daily outings we were greeted and the same staff were always there each time which I prefer as by the end there was a lovely rapport and I felt comfortable speaking more Japanese. There was also free coffee on tap at the front desk which really helped with our busy days. This was our Honeymoon and the trip of a lifetime and the staff members went out of their way for us, making our Honeymoon one we won’t forget. As we left, I mentioned that we will return, which they were grateful for and I hope that we will one day.

離地鐵肥後橋站僅3分鐘路程，附近有超商，星巴克，大阪燒，牛丼等餐飲，非常方便；西梅田站也僅一站距離，可謂到哪都方便！房間方面這次入住三人房型，空間算是非常大，有三個單人床空間，行李一個30吋大行李打開都沒問題，住宿方面也很安靜，床很軟很好睡，樓下也有24hr咖啡機供使用，整體來說滿意度很高

Property is located near a subway station really 30 seconds walk from the entrance. I liked the fact that there is a traditional double floor setup in the room, so you need to take your shoes off. The amenities provided include everything you need to sleep. Poor choice of black furniture which was getting full of dust even hours after the room was cleaned.

Das Osaka Cordia ist ein kleines aber auch sehr sauberes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kann diese Hotel sehr empfehlen.

The hotel seemed pretty clean, until I dropped an earring and almost died looking under the couch... there were batteries, soda caps, dust like they had never been cleaned under there in years. Last night I got bitten by a bed bug 😣

Overall the stay was okay. There was really gross stuff on the curtain that’s not cleaned properly. It was also noisy as you can hear people dragging their chairs upstairs. The location was ok but definitely cannot be compare with Umeda station.

What a great little find in Osaka! We had a few issues (with our family, not the accommodation) while we were staying and the staff were so helpful to make sure we got the help we needed. Only a small mark down from me on property condition and facilities as we booked for four but only had three beds (My girl is 5 so was counted as an infant - my bad for not checking) - and one bed had a terrible stain so it should have been cleaned or replaced. Everything else was lovely. Would stay here again if we were to return. :)

We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is located in a quiet area, and also have a good sound proofing. There are two metro stations near by with excellent connectivity to all major attractions. The rooms are large by Japanese standards. Western shower. The only thing to be aware of is the small step at the rooms entrance (for the shoes area). Worth the price. All in all good mid-level hotel.

The hotel is in great condition and the room/bathroom were comfortable. The front desk staff don't speak a lot of English, which would have been fine except that we had some questions about things to do in the area. I also think they should invest in blackout curtains because there was a neon sign outside our window and the light came in. When I brought this up with the front desk, they didn't seem to understand what I was saying. The hotel is an easy walk from 2 different subway lines, which is a huge advantage.

Walkable distance from subway station , convenience store and Starbucks. It's a pity that there's no bath tub in our room, as my partner would really love it. There aren't many local foods and malls near this location, there are lots of office building in this area though. Overall good value, very spacious and affordable for visitors.

The bed was so comfortable, the best of our whole trip! And the room was a very good size. We stayed in the king room and had lots of space for luggage and moving around! The area was quiet and clean with a few restaurants within walking distance but we mainly traveled to find food. There is a 7/11 and Lawson close for something quick! Great stay, would definitely stay again

Staff was super friendly and helpful in all regards. We could send our luggage within 1 day to the next hotel. Higobashi train station is 2-3 minutes away by foot. A convenience store is right across the street. The hotel was very clean. Overall an amazing stay and most likely the best hotel we stayed in on our Japan journey.

Situated next to the Higobashi subway station makes it very easy to get to from either the two airports or the main Shinkansen station. It is also very convenient for shopping and eating as there is a wide choice in the area.

Perfect for the solo or couple travelers. AC accommodation for the summer is a godsend and the toilet/shower facilities are on the higher tier. It’s pretty unassuming so its location and views are nothing special but you can easily get anywhere as there is a station literally right next to it. I had a great stay and appreciate the hotel staff for their kindness.

trevligt litet hotell med familjekänsla. Gångavstånd till Osaka centralstation (30 min) och även en Metro station runt hörnet (50 m) om du inte orkar gå men inga direkttåg till centrum utan du måste byta 2 ggr och ena gången dessutom gå ut över gatan och ner i stationen igen!

Die Lage des Hotels zwischen zwei Metro-Linien ist genial. Die beiden Bahnhöfe und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind somit schnell zu erreichen. Der Empfang ist sehr freundlich, die Zimmer modern. Mein Zimmer hatte zwar nur Milchglasfenster, aufgrund des Standorts des Hotels gibt es aber nichts, was man verpassen würde. Beim Frühstück gibt es eine kleine, aber ausreichende Karte.

Would definitely recommend staying at Hotel Cordia in Osaka. The rooms are smart with the largest bed I've ever stayed in - super comfortable and the shower was great. Service at reception and in the restaurant for included breakfast was great. Really enjoyed the fresh, hot breakfast which set us up for busy days in the area. You have a choice of 4 or 5 hot options in addition to light buffet options. Location was great, there is a metro entrance probably 60 seconds entrance from the hotel though there isn't much else locally in the area!
