Excellent location and room is big enough. Good customer service. No microwave in rooms in case I need to heat a pre-cooked items bought in shopping area nearby in times where I need it. This hotel is located almost in the Shin Osaka station. Will stay again in the future hopefully they provide even a small microwave. Thank you to all the staff for their excellent job in treating everyone a VIP!

Just a little too expensive but the restaurant breakfast was amazing and the room was extremely comfortable. The rooftop bar is not open to just have a drink, that is strange. Would still definitely recommend this hotel for convenience.

新大阪駅の目の前。とても清潔で、また、スタッフも親切。ビュッフェもおいしく、エグゼクティブだったので、文句なし！でした。何回か利用していますが、毎回大満足！エグゼクティブクラスは19階のラウンジをいつでも利用でいるので、好きな時に好きなドリンクなどをいただきながら、のんびりできます。お勧めします〜🤗

I arrived an hour before check-in. The staff told me that they would call me 15 minutes before check-in, so I waited in the lobby. However, the staff did not call me, and the check-in counter was crowded 20 minutes before check-in, so I had to wait a long time. I complained to the staff, but they ran away without apologizing to me. The room is noisy, probably because it is old. The good thing is that it is conveniently located near the station. チェックイン一時間前に到着しました。スタッフからチェックイン15分前に私に声を掛けてくれることを言われロビーで待機していました。しかしながらスタッフから声は掛からなく、チェックイン20分前にはチェックインカウンターは混んでいてだいぶ待たされました。私はスタッフにクレームを言ったがスタッフは私に謝罪もなく逃げてしまった。部屋は老朽化のせいか騒音が響きます。良い点は駅に近く便利です。

N. A as I didn't ordered any breakfast. My deepest appreciation to all the staff in the hotel.. They responded very week to mu need to go to nearest Hospital for emergency when I developed life threatening symptoms during my stay. That includes checking too. The staff were specially helpful and went to the extra mile to helping us arrange for transport and even offered to contact the next hotel for following assistance as I was wheelchair bounded after my discharge from the hospital.

I was ignored. I wrote the hotel via expedia asking for information, then when i didnt receive info about my request I had to book a second room. When I arrived I found they got my messages as there was a rollaway bed and fee attached to both rooms. Upon checkin I declined the rollaway beds, but was told to talk to expedia for my refund, and then was promptly denied any refund for the rollaway beds. I was also charged for the extra person attached to both rooms. Though there was only 3 total people between two rooms checking in, and the refund for that was also promptly denied. I was given 1 key for my room, and asked for another. That key was not coded to my room, resulting in another trip to the front desk. Also the floor in my 16th floor room was warped so any time we walked in or out of the bathroom a reverberating thunk sound came from below. Lastly, the buffet was overpriced for what was offered.

So conveniently located to Shin-Osaka station where the Shinkasen stops.....just right next door connected by a bridge. You can easily take the local trains to Dotombori, Osaka castle, and other tourist spots. Make sure to get the ICOCA card while in Japan. So convenient to use for trains, buses, subways.

The hotel is located right next to shin osaka station. To get there, head west and exit through the central gate and you will see the shinkansen ticket office. Make a right and head north, you will see signs pointing to a McDonalds. Walk past the tully's coffee and make a left and head west. You will see McD and the exit to the pedestrian bridge will be in front of you. This makes is super convenient to come and go to the station. The hotel is nice and the rooms are larger and clean for a hotel in Japan. We stayed in the City View on the 14th floor and had a nice view facing west. Do be warned that facing west means the highway and subway are there. Subway trains come often so you might hear them. I got use to them after a while so maybe request a rooms on the east side to be away from them if you are noise sensitive. We also did laundry at a coin laundry place outside of the hotel since there was not self service laundry for those that might want to know. The station has lots of restaurants and food, just make sure to go there before it gets too late before shops closes. Overall, the staff was nice and the place was clean. It was a comfortable stay and I would recommend the hotel. The location is excellent.

Excellent location as it is literally beside Shin-Osaka station where you can go anywhere including the Shinkansen bullet trains to Tokyo or local train lines reaching Universal Studios Japan. Steps away to a McDonald’s if you want to get a quick bite or breakfast. We will book here again for its convenience.

I selected this hotel for its proximity to Shin-Osaka station. From this station you can easily get anywhere in Osaka and lots of external connedtions like Kyoto and Hiroshima. Food choice is amazing at the station.

Wonderful stay in all respects. Clean, quiet spacious room easily accommodated two people. Right next to Shin Osaka train station. Great buffet breakfast offering a wide variety of Western and Japanese options. Will stay here again next time I'm in Osaka.
