We had a really relaxing time enjoying the pool and the beautiful beach. The atmosphere was lovely, and all the staff were super kind and friendly. It was a bit disappointing that half of the pool and some facilities were unavailable due to construction. Also, having a convenience store inside the hotel would’ve been really helpful. One highlight was the honey served at breakfast — it was fresh straight from the honeycomb and absolutely delicious!

Amazing resort!! Highly recommend. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make our stay amazing. The facilities were fantastic including the pools, gym and spa. 5 stars all the way! This secluded resort with private beach is super ideal if you want a quiet escape. The breakfast buffet was delicious too. Would come back and stay again.

This was our second visit. It has the best beach in Phuket with the long wide beach with fine, smooth sand. The property might look a bit dated but they have a soft refurbishment ongoing. Both Japanese and Italian restaurants are highly recommended. There are a lot of recreation activities such as squash, archery and mini golf track. I would definitely return.

MAJOR renovations underway which means most restaurants CLOSED and reduced menu options. This was disappointing we only enjoyed the pizza and the BBQ. The rest of the meals not great. I recently stayed at the hotel and found the rooms to be old but well maintained. The restaurants, food, and staff were excellent. However, there were a few drawbacks to my stay. Firstly, the pool was not filtering properly, with pumps placed around it, which was inconvenient. Additionally, there was ongoing renovation work that we were only informed about after making the reservation. Very nice property clean and with the best best beach in Phuket . Water was calm and clean . A lot of dining options from the beach bar , the buffet Japanese restaurant and a lot more . Best part they had smoking section in one of the open restaurants. Main chef Daniel was on top of everything . We would see him in the morning breakfast buffet and the night all over the restaurant. He stopped and greeted us made us feel at home . Staff were superb very nice and helpful. Place was extremely clean . Loved Le Meridien will definitely like to go again

Easy to get a taxi to Patong for a variety of food options. Loved the beach. The water was clean and clear and not over populated like near Patong. The staff were awesome and the hotel in general was very clean and spacious. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in le Meridian for 5 days in a Junior suit and really enjoyed it. The hotel is one of a few in Phuket to have a private private beach. So it is very tranquil and safe with the security on the premises. Also our room had a nice sea view so we enjoyed spending time on the terrace. The breakfast was pretty nice with a selection of local food, fruit and fresh juices. We also tried all dining options and especially enjoyed Ariake (Japanese restaurant). To get to town we used the transportation that was pretty convenient and not overpriced. The only possible drawback is the internet connection, that was a bit slow during busy hours. Overall, in my opinion, this is one of the best options in Phuket if you want to have a nice and relaxing holiday.

Excellent hotel, great amenities and very helpful staff. I usually give this property an Excellent rating, however this last visit I experienced a lot of noise during the evening hours from guest returning to their rooms. A suggestion would be to place signs indicating quiet hours so guest that are returning to their rooms will not awake guest that are sleeping.

The rooms need a refresh and the nearby town is VERY trashy. Staff are super nice and do everything they can. One of those resorts where you have to get up at 7am if you want a chair near pool or beach.

The staff are very nice and go out of their way to take care of you. Food was good for breakfast and lunch at their international cuisine restaurant. The beach is just lovely and not too crowded. Pools are nice though not heated (which is standard for the area i think). Only con was that the room is quite dated and the bed creaked every time i turned in it. Bathrooms are updated but not well kept. An update could really help.

Booked an oceanfront suite. Staff was very welcoming at check in. Suite was beautiful with wonderful views of the beach and water! Cons - outdated furniture. -the pillows smelt old too - always hosting different meetings. Wasnt really a problem for us because we were out all the time, but most of the restaurants would be blocked off for conferences alot while we were there -alot of lizards and other bugs and critters around -the resort photographers were terrible. Stay away from them. Pros -we loved our suite -food was very good from the few times we indulged -water pressure was great -private clean beach -very easy and convenient walking down and grabbing a taxi -most of the staff was amazing Overall had a great time while we were there

Excellent is the word. Hotel was a little secluded which was what i wanted. Able to call for grab whenever we needed. Otherwise a 10 mins walk will take you to the mainroad. From the moment we arrived till the day we left we were pampered and looked after at every moment. Smiling faces with greeting each time we passed any employee. Very helpful,kind and considerate staff members. Our aircond stopped working on our second night. The technician came checked and changed the motor immediately. Breakfast was the best i have ever had. The variety and taste was good in most of the food. They even took orders for iced coffee during breakfast. The place was quiet. Beautiful beach but you cant swim due to the weather and waves. The most pleasantly shocking experience was when we requested to leave our luggage in the hotel after check out as our flight was at 7pm, they offered us a place to shower and change before leaving. Even told us to use the facilities until we leave to airport. Overall a 5 star service hotel. Will definitely be back here.

The manager( Trin ), was really rude and not accommodating after what I had to due with My review is in their official website , if I were The boss I wouldn’t hesitate to fired him on the spot !!! This is the first time I got refused late check out by any hotels for a reason that is unexceptable (I had travel to many countries all over the world ) . I was told the hotel is fully book and my 2 room in particular was Booked !!! How often does a hotel book a particular room number ahead of time other then maybe an executive room or a presidential suite? I have always love the hotel that’s why I keep Going back .

Being long time returning guests to LeMeridien Phuket Karon Beach, we particularly like the staff members, always helpful, polite and respectful. We always feel like home on each of our stay, this time is no exception. Varieties of foods are also good and cover most of everyone’s taste: Thai, Japanese, Italian or Bbq on the beach. Although most of guests rooms start to age, the resort has rwcently finished parts of its refurbishments incl. Main pool to reset its age. Security and safe reason to stay with LeMeridien Karon beach are also key when planning your stay and the exclusive “private oceal beach”

This was my first time in Phuket, and I spent a lot of time researching hotels. So glad I went with my first choice being Le Meridian because it was perfect. Safe and quiet area, easy to take taxis to popular areas like patong for a reasonable rate, and also had a convenient store and massage places down the street. The hotel is slightly dated but extremely clean with great service! Huge pools, both family friendly and for adults (there’s a massive lap pool on one side). The breakfast buffet was included and delicious. My favorite part was the private beach-SO CLEAN! I’m a huge beach person and was so grateful to have a gorgeous beach right there on site. Especially after seeing how polluted patong beach was. I would definitely stay here again! Can’t wait to go back

The hotel is beautiful, and has its own private beach. It’s not convenient to walk anywhere except for the few shops on smal road leading into the hotel - but that is because it’s tucked away in a beautiful area. The staff was very professional and very nice.

Our family started vomiting a few times and having diarrhoea after having the hotel’s buffet breakfast in our first night of stay. We didn’t really enjoy our stay as we were totally exhausted due to the unclean food. Although the buffet food were enclosed on each tray in the open restaurant, we saw birds flew by and feeding on the buffet’s tongs & spoons. It is really unhygienic when these tongs and spoons are used by many customer who aren’t aware that the birds actually came by. We have been compensated with just a $10 waiver on our medication for food poisoning. Will never stay in this hotel again.

We experienced exceptional service from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The private beach and location was an oasis away from bustling traffic and securely situated between mountains on either side. The onsite Japanese restaurant was excellent and served Michelin level dishes with generous portions.

The private beach is wonderful. The hotel is a bit dated but in good condition. Food is good with many options for breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was included and provided in several locations, so it doesn’t feel crowded. Dinner has a theme each night but inky a few dishes change and music is the same (it would be nice to have different groups according to theme. Also would have loved to have options for late music and drinks in the property (maybe they rely on you going to Patong). Staff is lovely and eager to make your stay comfortable and happy.
