Leider kein Kühlschrank in Zimmern, wenig stauram und nicht einmal eine Garderobe, das Badezimmer ist gross aber keine Ablagen für das Toilettzeug und wenig Möglichkeiten um die gr.Handtücher aufzuhängen. Die Betten sehr gut, Bettzeug sehr sauber und angenehm richend. Frühstück ist Okay! Die lage, mitten in Zentrum, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in ein paar minuten zur Fuss erreichbar und Parkplatz beim hotel, daher Pluspunkte !!! Leider der Teppichboden ist schon in die Jahre gekommen und ziemlich schmutzig, in alle bereiche !

There are no USB ports in the room, one cheap all body wash, no water cooler and no laundry in the hotel.

Hotellet er brugt men rengøringen fejler bestemt ikke noget 💪 Meget centralt hvis man kan leve med sporvogne larm lige uden for vinduerne. Perfekt sted som base Hvis man kører selv så husk at bestille parkering hjemmefra

Awful service, TV in one room was not working after speaking to reception they said they will have a look but nothing was done. All channels were not in English and we were told this cannot be changed not even subtitles. There were gold insects appearing in one of the toilets in the evenings mainly and when reported we were told the whole of prague has this in every hotel nothing can be done. There was no locks for safety on the toilet doors. The features advertised such as billards and pool were not accessible unless you paid for this in the games room. Breakfast was always limited, we had decided to have breakfast at 9am one of the days but the pastries had finished when we got down. The bread was limited, not enough available.

Clean but basic facilities wise

This place is clean, safe and has great service. It has breakfast. Amenities are pretty basic but it is a good place.

Rent och fint. Sköna sängar. Enkel men bra traditionell frukost. Synd att hotellets bar var stängd men det fanns ett mindre utbud att handla i receptionen.

Good gated on site parking, convenient to old town Prague, lots of available dining options. Our room was street facing, so noisy with the tourists and street cars running very late and early

Hotel in het oude centrum van Praag. Ontbijt was prima, werd soms wel heel snel afgeruimd, dit was niet prettig. Simpele kamer, prima bed en schone badkamer. Handdoeken werden iedere dag verschoond. Op de kamer was slechts 1 stoel voor een 2 persoons kamer. En een poef. Heb bij de receptie gevraagd naar een tweede stoel, maar iedere kamer had maar 1 stoel. Heel vreemd. De tweede persoon moet maar op het bed of op de grond gaan zitten. We kregen uiteindelijk een stoel er bij uit het restaurant. Er is geen klein koelkastje en geen koffie/thee apparaat op de kamer. Geen airco in het hele hotel. We hadden een staande ventilator op de kamer die erg veel lawaai maakte. Kortom, het kan een stuk beter. Wij gaan hier niet meer naar terug. De Lobby om ,s avonds wat te drinken was elke avond gesloten.

A very centrally based location. Walkable from station and close to historic sites. Really good choices for breakfast. The room was very clean Landing and stair carpets stained in places.

Staff were friendly and helpful . Room was nice and clean . Breakfast had a good variety of food .

Very clean. Helpful staff. Close to the major tourist areas. Excellent breakfast! Lovely spacious room.

Location was excellent for convenience to walking anywhere. Hotel itself was dated and carpets could do with being cleaned or replaced. Staff had no Communicational English but were courteous

Nice clean and friendly hotel in a good location

Ayant séjourné plusieures fois dans cet hôtel, ce nouveau passage s est avéré décevant. L entrée dans la chambre sur une moquette tachée est déjà repoussante, la salle de bain avec des poissons d argent n invite pas plus au plaisir !!! Quant au petit déjeuner avec un grand choix, mais avec une présentation pas très agréable comme par exemple des bananes coupées en trois avec la peau, la coupe totalement oxydée autant que nombre d autres fruits. Je pense que pour mon prochain séjour je chercherai un autre hébergement.

Breakfast was good. Location was good. Room was very small and the carpet was very dirty. I am not sure if it could rate it as a 3 star.

Værelset og badeværelset var rent og stort. Der er hvad du skal bruge, det eneste man måske kan savne er et køleskab men der er mulighed for at låne både bestik, paraply, ventilator og elkedel. Der er radiator. Obs på meget larm fra sporvognen ude på gaden, når du har åbne vinduer. Personalet er enormt søde og hjælpsomme. Du kan opbevare din kuffert ved check ud og sen afrejse. Ligger en kort gåtur fra Mustek metro som nemt tager dig med tog til bus til lufthavnen. Gå afstand til alle de smukke steder. Supermarked og spisesteder lige rundt om hjørnet.

Nice and central, but very noisy with the trams. Needed to close the windows, which is not ideal in a room without air conditioning. Did have a fan though.

It was very close to everything.But if you are going to stay there and a have a room in front of the street,be prepared with no sleep because the tram and busses were passing all day and night.Very noisy!But we liked the location and the hotel suited what we needed in three days.

Overall my stay at the Atlantic Hotel was good, however there were 2 main things that brought my rating down a little. I know this cannot be helped, however the noise outside was very loud even with the windows closed, as the trams would run 24/7. The other thing was how hard the mattress was - I would have ideally liked something a little softer. Other than that the service from the staff was great, the hotel is situated very close to the city centre and the buffet breakfast was decent.

Sehr zentral. Gutes Frühstück. Das Hotelzimmer war riesig aber wenig möbliert, dadurch wirkte es etwas "verloren". Das Badezimmer war moderner und hygienisch.

Cafe da manha completo e saboroso. Wifi não funcionava no quarto que era muito frio sem aquecedor eficiente. Mesmo no maximo, nao esquentava o quarto. Atendimento ótimo

Everything was more or less ok BUT room was without air conditioning and we don’t know about it Nothing was on Hotels.com about this problem So we not happy to have room without air conditioning in hot summer days

The front desk employees were all efficient, pleasant and helpful 24/7. I was able to get a kettle and coffee cup set for 5 euros for my entire 8 day stay. They also helped me with printing a paper ticket for an event. And prior to my arrival, I had messaged them numerous times with questions and received prompt and courteous replies which made me confident in my hotel choice and they did not disappoint. My room was cleaned daily and coffee service replenished. The included breakfast was extensive with a variety of breads, hot breakfast items like sausages and eggs done several ways, cold salads, deli meats, yogurts, soups, pastries, cakes, desserts and cereals, and choices of beverages. Some items changed throughout the week which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is a few steps from Cafe Imperial and a 2 minute walk to the Palladium at Republique Square where tram stops can be found. Crossing the square were 2 more dining options and through the Powder Gate and a further 5 minute walk were dining and shopping . The Old Town Square was 10 to 15 minute walk from the hotel. My room was a streetside and a tad warm for me, however I like to sleep in a cold room. Upon opening the double locking windows, it was a bit noisy for me. Next time, I will request an interior room. And there will be a next time. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Atlantic Hotel and Praha is definitely worth seeing again and again.

The room is spacious and tidy. This hotel is near a big shopping mall. Many Restaurants and Supermarkets around. Reception staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Special mentions to Mr. Valentyn for his dedicated service to make sure guests were assisted in searching forRestaurants and shopping guides. My 7th stay in this Hotel in the pasr few years and will be back again.

The wonderfully helpful front desk staff took care of our luggage between checkout and catching our train.

La atencion por parte del recepcionista Charles que nos recibio fue terrible al percatarse que hablabamos ingles su actitud fue muy hostil...Este tipo de personas no deben de trabajar atendiendo publico y menos en un hotel...Por lo demas fue excelente.adjunto foto de su nombre escrito por el mismo.

Valentin at the front desk was so helpful! Gave us all the best food recommendations. Metro is right along the street with plenty of transportation options. Don’t plan on needing Uber or other services if you like walking. Everything we wanted to see was within 25-min walk (MAX).

Loved the location which was walking distance to all the attractions, restaurants and transport including the main bus station, the room size, cleanliness, the wide selection of food, fresh fruit, and cereals for breakfast, the helpfulness of staff.

The location of this property is amazing, the staff are friendly.

Hôtel très bien placé. Metro à 100 m La Maison Municipale à 150 m et la place de la vieille ville avec ces rues animées a 400 m Chambre propre et spacieuse. Seul bémol la poire de la douche fixe et très peu de pression. Un grand magasin Palladium juste à côté

Veldig bra beliggenhet- kort vei til alt i gamle byen. Gikk fint å ta buss og trikk til og fra flyplassen

Keine Klimaanlage. Zimmer war zwar im 4. Stock, aber man kam sich vor wie im Keller (Fensterbrett begann auf ca. 2m Höhe). Innenstadtlage ist gut, aber eben auch mit Lärm verbunden. Frühstück jeden Tag dasselbe und nicht so wirklich tolle Auswahl.

Et virkelig fint hotel, som ligger dejligt centralt i byen, tæt på alt man har brug for. Et pænt og hyggeligt soveværelse med en god seng. Det eneste man kan sætte en finger på, er at der er meget lyt på værelset, ikke fra vejen udefra, men fra f.eks. rør og folk på værelserne ved siden af, men helt sikkert noget man sagtens kan leve med. Rigtig god morgenmad med et bredt udvalg, og det smagte super godt. Virkelig godt hotel og godt til prisen

Jag som mjölkproteinsallergiker (vegan) hade inte så mycket till frukost att äta. Jag hade föranmält detta men det hade ignorerats. Fram till sista dagen av vår vistelse på hotellet fanns det iaf vita bönor i tomatsås som jag kunde äta med något näringsvärde, annars fanns det bara bröd utan pålägg och melon eller apelsin. Sambon som inte har någon allergi hade iaf lite att välja på. Men om man genomför med hotellets egna bilder av deras frukostbuffé så är det långt ifrån samma och känns som ett skämt. Sedan ville receptionen att man skulle lämna in nyckeln till rummet när man skulle gå ut under dagen. Det var väl inga problem, problemet va bara att man möttes av stonk och stön och otrevligt bemötande av en visst anställd när man skulle hämta ut nyckeln igen. Rummet hade ingen AC eller ordentlig ventilation men hotellet tillhandahöll en väldigt sliten fläkt.

Breakfast had very limited vegetarian options. Room faced the street and very noisy as trams trundled past. Room was cold. One of the days we had no hot water and reception just shrugged thier shoulders and said its a technical issue without any other information. Would not recommend this hotel.
