My wife and I will recommend the hotel to our family and friends. We found it ideal for the main attractions in the Old Town and beyond, although we walked everywhere there are adequate transport links in the vicinity. On the downside, an external pool area or an external entertainment area would vastly improve the hotel (the roof perhaps).

Très bel hôtel ! Personnel compétent et souriant. Il est très bien situé ce qui nous a permis de faire le max de choses sans prendre les transports. La salle de sport, le sauna, piscine et hammam sont super et propres ! Nous n'avons pas pris le petit déj donc nous n'avons pas d'opinion dessus, pour nous cela revenait trop cher pour nous 3.

Firstly, the room had absolutely no soundproofing. You could hear everyone talking and walking in the corridor, as well as conversations even their sneezing from the next room late at night. Secondly, the TV unexpectedly turned on by itself in the morning while we were sleeping, blasting sound. It was truly alarming and disruptive. Thirdly, the water pressure in the shower was extremely weak, making it uncomfortable to use. The heater in the bathroom not working. The staffs were very nice, but the hardware and facilities are seriously lacking. Without addressing the soundproofing issues, how can the hotel provide a relaxing and restful stay? No matter how good the service is, it won’t make up for these fundamental problems.

The location was perfect for a walking tour of Prague. Krystina and Petr at the concierge counter gave very good suggestions and directions. There is a good Italian resto near the hotel called Farina. Team and subway station very near the hotel too.

The stay was outstanding, as was the entire staff. The hotel is conveniently located. The staff is courteous, friendly, and accommodating. The room service menu has a lot of variet and is reasonably priced. The location of hotel is central to a mall and tour bus locations. The room was fabulous too.

Our stay was overall good. Unfortunately upon check out, the front desk, Maxsym, was less than helpful and spoke rudely. He asked if I needed a cab to go to the airport, I politely said that I was going to reserve an uber instead. He said no, that he would call a cab for me because it will be faster. I asked very directly what the cost difference would be if I took the cab instead of the uber, he said it is exactly the same. This was a lie! The cab he called clearly had an arrangement as he did not have a meter running and charged 70% more than an uber!! Dishonest and untrustworthy. I will never return to this property again!

The Prague Marriott Hotel is in an excellent location to shopping and walkable to everything. The area is safe and the staff was great. The only thing I was disappointed about is breakfast was not included. I have been a premier member forever and remembered breakfast being inclusive. Now they are making it harder for members to eat there.

The hotel was conviently located within walking distance to the Old Town Square . Plenty of nice restaurants and things to see and do. I was unable to utilize Marriott's promotion code for complimentary parking through Hotels.com, so I was stuck with a $60 charge for 3 days. Msrriott refused to honor the promo despite the issue of not being able to enter the code when making the reservation. That decision cost them any future bookings I make. Marriott was not tracking the complimentary breakfast associated with the room I rented h I had to go out of mycway each morning to have them correct it before eating. The room was very clean & comfortable. The location was excellent.

While this may not be the best Marriott property I've stayed at, I must say that the service was exceptional. As a frequent Marriott guest, I was pleased with the level of attentiveness from the staff, especially Dominica from the front desk. She went above and beyond to ensure that our room situation was resolved to our satisfaction. Yarmer, another staff member, was also incredibly helpful in providing us with information about the city. His local knowledge enhanced our stay and allowed us to make the most of our time in the area. While the breakfast was just average compared to other Marriott properties I've experienced, the dinner at the hotel's restaurant was quite enjoyable. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, despite some initial issues that were promptly addressed by the accommodating staff.
