The location is absolutely brilliant for seeing the city without being smack bang in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The pool and spa is incredible. The room was stunning aside from a couple of tiny issues as a glass lampshade wasn’t attached properly and the curtain had come off the runner as the end was kissing however I sorted this myself so I’m sure it would have been remedied by the hotel had I’d asked as they were brilliant. Nice touches like free umbrellas at the door which were much needed as it rained non stop while we were there. They have a really cool bar on the top floor which would be awesome in the summer to sit out on the balcony. Regretfully we didn’t eat in levitate restaurant but it looks absolutely unbelievable. Will definitely stay again should we return to Prague

Lovely staff and great location by the river. Worth getting a river view if you can. Our shower leaked but staff were quick to try and fix the issue. Lovely pool and sauna.

The President Hotel Prague while markets itself as a 5-star hotel, did not fully align with that standard. The room design left much to be desired in terms of functionality. There was a noticeable lack of storage space — no commodes or shelves — and the overall room layout felt inconvenient. We were given a handicapped room. The room was smelly , the room had no boiler water. The fridge was not clean. The toilet did not flush properly. We complained to expedia and they offered a complimentary fruit dish that was never delivered.

Great hotel overall. Structure was a bit dated and windows could use a good cleaning but those are quite trivial comments. Bedroom was great and the view from 411 is lovely. Bathrooms could do with a slight upgrade though to reflect the rest of the room.

Small hotel in a good location. Easy to walk almost everywhere. Had a plumbing problem and we were moved swiftly. Staff were friendly and rooms were nice but furniture in the rooms were bit tired. Our windows not cleaned during eight days stay. Pool and sauna facilities were lovely and clean.

The room was ok but even though it was a junior suite it didn’t have the desk for work and there were not enough electric outlets. The location is good. The workers were kind. The actual problem was too much dusts on the carpet, curtains and even on the pillows and linens. Whenever we touch the pillows and the comforter huge amount of dusts were floating.

Wir bekamen 2 sogenannte"Junior Suten " zugewiesen, die ich mit viel Verständnis als Doppelzimmer bezeichnet hätte. Dafür aber mit viel Baulärm, da sich gegenüber den Zimmern eine Großbaustelle befand. In unserem Zimmer stand nur ein einsamer Drehsessel und die Ablagefächen neben dem Bett waren gerade groß genug um 1 Handy abzulegen.

A modern hotel within walking distance of the main attractions of the city center. There is a great rooftop bar, with lovely views of the city and the river. Also offers a huge modern spa area. Many nice cafés in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Our room (with river views) was clean and spacious. The soft mattress on the window sill was a nice touch. It allows you to cuddle up in front of the window and watch the world go by.

Upon arrival I felt welcome, Nothing short of outstanding from the staff. However. The room that I had booked was not the room I stayed in. I was up charged for a room. The air wasnt working in the room and it was wildly hot throughout my stay. Outside of that it was a nice hotel.

The President was a great place to stay. It’s on a higher priced range but has good spa, excellent breakfast, restaurant and bar too. Close walking distance from old town and Karluv bridge. It’s right by the river and has great views from the hotel. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. Only negative is that the shower in our room didn’t have a glass door and the water sprayed all over the floor in the bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will consider to stay again in the future.

The room size is completely disappointing and misleading in the advertising. The recent parts that have been remodel are welcomed and beautiful, but they don’t seem to have the quality to last. The President Hotel Prague while markets itself as a 5-star hotel, did not fully align with that standard. The room design left much to be desired in terms of functionality. There was a noticeable lack of storage space — no commodes or shelves — and the overall room layout felt inconvenient. Overall a very good experience with a few areas that could be improved: - at arrival at breakfast, the first day was not shown what and where things were. Just told we could go in - the lady making the omelettes was excellent and deserves extra praise for the taste but her general brilliant attitude and smile. - no room service option available We had an issue with the air-con in our original room and when we made the reception aware, there was no issues and got moved - there was no issues and excellent service

The check in was the only flaw in service. We had an awful time trying to get checked in, it was probably 45 minutes before they even got one person checked in in the line in front of us. I don’t know what it happened that day if it was just a fluke? But the facility in the staff after that totally made up for that little inconvenience! Have a wonderful place to stay, and a great location!

One of the best Hotels that we have been ever. Very clean rooms and an-amazing swimming pool, Sauna, and steam room. Unbelievably very welcoming and friendly staff, Specially the Lovely Lady Vanessa at the reception. She went the extra mile to make sure that we’re happy with our stay. Wir bekamen 2 sogenannte"Junior Suten " zugewiesen, die ich mit viel Verständnis als Doppelzimmer bezeichnet hätte. Dafür aber mit viel Baulärm, da sich gegenüber den Zimmern eine Großbaustelle befand. In unserem Zimmer stand nur ein einsamer Drehsessel und die Ablagefächen neben dem Bett waren gerade groß genug um 1 Handy abzulegen.

A modern hotel within walking distance of the main attractions of the city center. There is a great rooftop bar, with lovely views of the city and the river. Also offers a huge modern spa area. Many nice cafés in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Our room (with river views) was clean and spacious. The soft mattress on the window sill was a nice touch. It allows you to cuddle up in front of the window and watch the world go by.

We got a room with the river and castle view. The view from the corner rooms is very beautiful. Hotel is decently located to attractions but you have to walk 15 min to get to the main area. Pool and sauna area is very nice, clean and relaxing. Our door to our room didn’t shut properly. You kind of had to mess with the handle to make sure it was locked which was a little weird. We didn’t have breakfast included and didn’t eat the breakfast buffet since it was €35. On this trip we stayed at some nice hotels and never paid more the €25. So this seemed a bit excessive. Especially since there wasn’t anything special about the breakfast. All around enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was good for shopp,And Restaurant.But the service in the restaurant was awful. The people did not say good morning. Our clean the table off we you come to look for and table. You always had to look for someone. And then did not come any table and say is everything is okay. The only young lady that made the omelette in the morning she was very friendly. But at the woman was in stress, while she had to do it alone. Until and young man had help her,He came with and cap on and made the waffle. But not clean his uniform, he was not really help for the woman that was making the omelette. I think the hotel was very clean but Service was awfully in restaurant, and service in front desk night was even awful . The security guard at night had to call someone to come in front, we had to wait around 20min. And the young man did not say good evening . 5Sterne würde ich dwm Hotel nie geben. Die Zimmer sind zwar sauber aber eher Durchschnitt. Das Bad hat macht eher den Eindruck wie günstige Mietwohnung. Eine Wanne mit Duschabtrennung ist definitiv nicht 5Sterne. Wir hatten das Zimmer auf Flußseite leider auch die Hauptsrasse. Mit offenem Fenster schlafen ist daher eher unmöglich. Das Buffet ist reichhaltig aber 10Töpfe mit Deckel hinzustellen wo man mehrere Hände braucht um seinen Teller zu füllen,macht es eher nervig. Genauso erwarte ich bei 5Sternen auch mehr als ein alten Toaster wo man Schlangw stehen muß. Also das Hotel hat einiges an Verbesserungspotenzial, ich würde mich zukünftig woanders einmieten, denn für diesen Komfort sind die Zimmer wirklich zu teuer und 50eur pro Nacht für den Parkplatz ist schon Wucher.

The hotel was located in a great area with easy access to everything. The hotel was beautiful and our view of the river and the castle were outstanding. But the real star of the show was the staff and the hotel Manager/President- Petra. Petra went out of her way to ensure our stay was above and beyond. She worked through an issue for us without hesitation. And the front desk staff was the best I have seen--always helpful and friendly. I would recommend you stay at this hotel for the location and the views but truly you should go for the exemplary staff and manager!
