Great place to stay if you only really need the hotel to sleep at. The hotel itself doesn't offer much other than a room to sleep in but that was all we needed so it was a great option for the price. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful with local information.

Just old and dated. Uses old key system. Not easy to lock and unlock doors. The shower/bath was a step up and over with a tile floor below, very dangerous if you are not very careful and really not good for older people.

The hotel is fine if you just want a place to sleep. The location is close to public transportation so it’s easy to get around. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating. However the rooms are very noisy, the connecting rooms were very audible especially at night

The staff were friendly, that was a positive. However, I was not impressed with my room whatsoever. I killed countless flies and the wall was full of remnants of previously killed flies. The fan was a nice amenity; however, it was old and out of shape, it made constant noise as the propellers hit the cage. Also, the shower had spider webs in it with spiders in it. I am always hesitant to leave reviews because it opens the possibility for the owners to say “why didn’t you come to us” and such, I don’t like conflict (again the staff was very kind) and also I was nonstop for the two days I was in Prague so I just dealt with it and moved on. I try to always travel cheap and I don’t need to stay in the Hilton when I travel Europe, but I would not stay here again.

La chambre était pratique, assez grande et très propre. Il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait et le lit était confortable. Le personnel était très accueillant. L'emplacement était un peu éloigné du centre à pied mais il y avait plusieurs stations de métro proche ce qui était très pratique.

En lo personal mi cama fue individual y estaba bastante incómoda. Las almohadas enormes no permiten dormir cómodamente. El desayuno barato, pero sumamente básico. Lo mejor es la atención del personal: amables, cálidas siempre dispuestos a ayudarte.

Godt hotel til prisen. Praktisk placering og hurtig gåafstand til den grønne metro. Dejligt område med masser af restauranter og et supermarked på den anden side af gaden. De senge vi havde på værelset trænger til at blive skiftet de var alt for bløde/brugte men ellers var alt fint.

Een bescheiden en zeer aangenaam hotel, simpel ingericht en goed onderhouden, waaronder ook de bloemen en planten. Het personeel was attent en zeer vriendelijk. De kamer was relatief ruim, uitstekend verzorgd, voldoende kastruimte en comfortabele bedden. Zeer welkom was de krachtige ventilator (met timer), vanwege de hete dagen. Mijn enige kritiekpuntje was het luid brommende koelkastje, waardoor we realiseerden waarom de stekker was uitgetrokken! De badkamer was ook schoon, met goede verlichting en ventilatie. Handdoeken en sanitair producten waren prima. Het wifi was betrouwbaar en zeer snel. Het ontbijt was uitstekend verzorgd met 'n ruime verscheidenheid aan broodjes, granen, broodbeleg, warme en koude dranken, eieren, fruit, salade, tomaten, etc. Alles smaakte voortreffelijk. De omgeving is voorzien van vele restaurants en 'n supermarkt ligt vlakbij. Ook zijn er parken met bankjes in de buurt. De oude stad is bereikbaar in 'n klein half uurtje, door richting het nationale museum te wandelen. Ik kan alleen maar beamen wat anderen schreven en Hotel Claris van harte aanbevelen!

Great choice for what you pay for. Booked a late trip to see the world hockey championship and this was by far the most affordable hotel I could find. I was a little worried due to that fact, but everything was awesome. Amazing service, nice staff. Would definitely recommend.

It was a very pleasant and convenient location. Nice walks in the neighborhood. Several restaurants nearby. Also a super market across the street. The rooms are on the interior and let daylight in but not the sounds of the city.

Very nice quiet hotel with very decent rooms. Very nice polite staff. The location was very convenient for my trip. Walkable to the main areas and main transportation. Not too far away but not right in the busiest areas. The area was safe and pleasant too.

Sehr herzlicher und netter Empfang. Ich fühlte mich sehr willkommen. Leider konnte das Zimmer (3. im ersten Stock) nicht ganz mithalten. Mich erinnerte der ganze Aufenthalt an ein besseres Hostel. Está un poco alejado del centro, pero si te gusta caminar llegas pronto o existen opciones de transporte público. El cuarto es reducido pero tienes lo necesario. En lo personal mi cama fue individual y estaba bastante incómoda. Las almohadas enormes no permiten dormir cómodamente. El desayuno barato, pero sumamente básico. Lo mejor es la atención del personal: amables, cálidas siempre dispuestos a ayudarte.

Een bescheiden en zeer aangenaam hotel, simpel ingericht en goed onderhouden, waaronder ook de bloemen en planten. Het personeel was attent en zeer vriendelijk. De kamer was relatief ruim, uitstekend verzorgd, voldoende kastruimte en comfortabele bedden. Zeer welkom was de krachtige ventilator (met timer), vanwege de hete dagen. Mijn enige kritiekpuntje was het luid brommende koelkastje, waardoor we realiseerden waarom de stekker was uitgetrokken! De badkamer was ook schoon, met goede verlichting en ventilatie. Handdoeken en sanitair producten waren prima. Het wifi was betrouwbaar en zeer snel. Het ontbijt was uitstekend verzorgd met 'n ruime verscheidenheid aan broodjes, granen, broodbeleg, warme en koude dranken, eieren, fruit, salade, tomaten, etc. Alles smaakte voortreffelijk. De omgeving is voorzien van vele restaurants en 'n supermarkt ligt vlakbij. Ook zijn er parken met bankjes in de buurt. De oude stad is bereikbaar in 'n klein half uurtje, door richting het nationale museum te wandelen. Ik kan alleen maar beamen wat anderen schreven en Hotel Claris van harte aanbevelen!

only issue was we booked a twin room and was given a double, even though it was a double bed frame thankfully it had 2 single mattress on it so we were provided with some more duvets and placed one mattress on the floor
