This hotel has the best pool area for kids. The entire space is WARM, which is an excellent feature for young kids. The waterslide is also fantastic with it's own exit instead of going into the pool. Bring your own lifejackets or pool floats. We will be back. We had supper at Aroma and Pauline went above and beyond. Excellent service and the food was delicious. We were only there for one night, but we will be back!

The beds were quite comfy; I definitely felt well rested and will check it out again on my next trip. The underground parking was convenient, as there were elevators there that go directly up to your room.

Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The parkade is terrible - very confusing layout with no room for vehicles who are exiting to get around vehicles entering the parkade. The breakfast was OK, the "hashbrowns" were not brown or crispy at all, and took a very long time to be seated even though the restaurant was empty.

It was nice and close to downtown. However, it is showing it’s age, the pool area was not as clean and it has been in the past. Same with the rooms around the shower was very dirty and the room looked like it was half cleaned also stains on the bed

There was no continental breakfast unable to rate the food. Coffee was free bt it tasted horrible. Resort fee I’m not sure what it was for maybe the pool and gym?as rooms are basic, soap splatter on shower and some little black hairs by the sink, beds were comfortable only a shower in room and a fridge, no microwave. When checked in the guy said complementary parking underground when checked out charged 20.00 I knew of parking charge according to website and we were going to park on street was told it’s on them. Very expensive compared to days inn who offer the same and some aspects the quality is even better as rooms are very clean there, plus offer free continental breakfast for 1/2 the price.

The air conditioner was loud and rattled. When we looked at it there was mold on the vents. The room smelled musty. The sheets on the bed were damp. When we arrived to check in there were over a hundred people waiting for the elevator. A fireworks show had just ended and everyone arrived back at the hotel at the same time. The hotel closed the stairs (for construction was the reason given) so everyone had to wait for the elevators. We waited about 40 minutes to get to our room after we checked in because of the lineup at the elevators. The staff did move us to a new room after we told them about the issues. The new room was ok but it was dated and felt worn down. We will look elsewhere next time we need a hotel in downtown Saskatoon.

The room was clean and quaint however I did find that windows are quite drafty and you could feel the temp change when the curtains were open. I liked that the ice machine comes with a water filler function as well, convenient. The hot tub was very hot. It was a comment made by just about every one who got into the hot tub while I was there, perhaps slightly hotter than it should be? Overall we had a good stay and the hotel seems to be a nice facility

Very good stay. Quiet place, beds were comfy. Wish there was a microwave in the room. The parking metre was a little confusing. Could not figure out how long to pay for parking as it kept showing it expired at 6 am so I went to pay again at 10 pm and it showed the same time at 6 am the next day. So I ended up payimg dounle for parking which was $50. Other than that the pool was nice and big and the water slide was a lot of fun.

Booked as a birthday treat. Hotel gave us $50 bar credit - it cost $48 for one glass of wine and I glass of cider. The room was very cold, dated, stains on carpet. When we eventually managed to increase the room temperature the heat pump unit was so noisy it woke us up every 10 mins. The wifi didn't connect to either of our phones.

We had a lovely corner room on the 14th floor. Great view of the river and the downtown lights. Very spacious and clean room. Underground parking is nice. Staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. Would stay again!

Resturant and bar were disappointing..food was not enjoyable. Grapefruit salad had one oiece of grapefruit..sushi was awful. Pizza was good. Bed was too hard. Pillows lovely. Room was tiny. Area around hotel was sketchy at best

Nice updated property, good location but the parking payment policy is nowhere to be found on the website. I paid downstairs in the lot before coming up with my luggage - I could’ve saved some money and had it charged to my room (aka an extra receipt to keep track of for a business traveler). Not a big fan of not being able to control the room temps and walls were pretty thin - I could hear everything outside my room in the hallway

Very clean, nice room. We had an amazing view of the river, and the staff were very polite & helpful. The hot-tub was large enough to seat 14 people, and the pool was also very nice. Great location too! Overall great stay, would definitely recommend!

I stay here a lot during the year but this time around i had some issues. I had booked a king room for the night. I went to check in at 3, my room wasn't ready. I asked if there was anything available at that time, even a room with 2 beds. They told me no. I left and came back at 4, lined up for 20 minutes, was told again the room I booked was still not ready. I needed to get to a concert by 6. I asked again if they had anything available. They checked and i heard yes they do have a room ready with 2 beds. I said i will take it. I got checked in, went up to the room and the room i walked into was a small room with a double bed. I was not happy so i went back to the front desk and had to line up again for the 3rd time, by now its 430-445. I expressed my frustration. This guy understood my situation and asked what they can do to make it up. I first asked for a free night stay but was told they could not do that and the best they could do was 50%. I did accept the offer as i was in a rush to get to a room to get ready and be out the door by at least 530 for the concert. Totally stressful day.

The hotel room was awasome however went to the restaurant got seated and sat waiting for service for 15 minutes while the waiters walked passed our tables number of times to see if they were all good but not once stop at our table. So we left after 20 min. Then made it home and seen that i was charged throught you of about 350ish and they also charged us 450ish for what im not sure. I not have money but they treated us like we weren't good enough to be there.

Our stay at Saskatoon downtown was fantastic. Great access to Rockin The River and Car Show. Room was great and view was amazing. Great atmosphere for a fun filled weekend trip.

Carpet was wet from cleaning. Smokers stand right outside front exit. Restaurant food cold. We had to move to another room. I asked for something to be comped and only received a discounted parking fee.
