Unfortunately we didn’t have a great stay. We stayed on a Saturday night and there was really loud music coming from somewhere into our room from outside. This kept us up. We chose this hotel based on the location and facilities. Unfortunately the pool was closed for unscheduled maintenance our entire stay. We did use the gym and that was excellent. Staff were really friendly and lovely. The room was lovely, however the bathroom felt very outdated.

Hotel was beautiful. The staff were attentive and accommodating. Housekeeping in our room was lacking. I had to call them to come and clean the bathtub properly. The tub had a visible ring around it that was gross. The room was not vacuumed daily, and the coffee bar went days before I finally wiped it down. Room service was absolutely delicious.

Amazing hotel, well worth its high rating. We stayed in a corner king room, which was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Staff were consistently friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location is unbeatable, within easy walking distance to ferries, the harbor, shopping, and plenty of restaurants. If anything could be improved, it would be cleaner carpets, but overall this was an excellent stay and a perfect base for exploring Sydney.

Lovely stay at the Four Seasons. The staff were amazing and engaging. Would’ve rated it excellent had we not found hair stuck to the bathroom floor from a previous guest and cut toenails in the carpet. There was a plumbing issue where both sink and shower taps delivered scalding hot water, making it painful to shower w/o getting scalded ourselves. We reported this and they ‘fixed’ it but that night we still had hot coming from the cold tap so the issue is not likely the room but a building one. Situation got better as each day progressed and the hot water was used up. The manager apologized and sent chocolates which was unexpected. I’m sure they’ll get it fixed, hopefully before we begin a 4 night stay next month.

Fantastic view in the full harbor view rooms The service was terrific and it was modern and clean. It has a great location and you could walk everywhere. For the price the rooms and especially the bathroom were a little small. The only other complaint was the mattress. It wasn’t comfortable and was raised in the middle and went down toward the edges. Without these couple issues it would be 5 star.

We stayed in room 303 and there was an annoying noise we noticed on check in. We reported it straight away and were told that somebody would come to the room shortly. We didnt have long as we were booked for dinner out. We saw nobody within and hour. We then went to the front desk and complained and still saw nobody all stay !!! I think it was wind noise as it wasnt there the following morning, but was very annoying

Rather smaller rooms the hotel is a little bit dated. The location is excellent and the visit are comfortable. We stayed in Shangri-La, which is five minutes away and that hotel was superb compared to The Four Seasons.

Clean room! Slippers were placed on either side of the king bed. Room was all ready and waiting for us. It was very noisy on the street side at night which isn’t something they can really change. The only improvement the room needs is actual drawers! All of the ones under the TV are filled with coffee and mini-bar stuff. Very busy hotel but in a fantastic location next to Circular Quay and The Rocks.

Flawless stay. We had an amazing corner room with double views of the city. Everything was clean and comfortable, the room was soundproof and we couldn’t hear a thing. Hope others couldn’t hear our kids. The kids also enjoyed the stay with a surprise welcome Koala stuffy and milk and cookies when we walked into the room. They loved the kid’s sized robes and slipper.The hotel itself is well situated in a walkable place with very easy access to the train, ferry, shopping and more.

Great location and perhaps the best room views in Sydney if you go for a full harbour view, especially on a higher floor. Nice cocktail bar. Be aware however that whilst nicely furnished after the refresh a few years ago the rooms are very small. Not great sound proofing either. The lobby now feels dated too.

The front door man overheard I may have had a medical emergency during my stay and took a moment to personally relay to me information regarding the doctor who is on call for the hotel, and also relayed the message to the general manager, who reached out and offered assistance and personal contact info. The service was exceptional, above and beyond, and reassured me.

The check in process took ages. We had to wait in a queue for about 15 mins and then the process it self was lengthy. I even filled in information ahead of time to speed the process up. The decor of the hotel is really dated and the carpets in the entry are stained. Should consider a face lift and making the check in process smoother for such a highly rated hotel,

We got to the hotel early at 12:30pm after an overnight international flight. The room wasn't ready. It was raining so we sat in the lobby by the front desk for a couple hours before finally they had a room ready for us. What looked like the hotel manager was giving out water to the people standing in line to check in, which we missed when we were in line. She ignored all the people waiting on the couches waiting for rooms. I asked to exchange money and they said they ran out of money to change. Got our keys and I asked if I should go to the bell desk to get my bags brought up. I was told no they would be sent right up. Sitting in the room for 20 minutes we gave up and I went down to the bell desk and the cart with my bags never moved. I asked if I could take the cart myself so we could get our bags. The lady at the desk said she would get someone to take them up. The room was extremely small with no drawers for clothes. For the money we paid per night we expected more. I deleted my Four Seasons App since this will be the last time at one.

Overall decent experience. Older four seasons. Staff nice enough but nothing exceptional. Very short staffed in bar on Anzac day. Full bar with everone ordering food. One manager, one server who looked like she was recruited from the front desk to help out. Felt bad for them. We left.

I picked the Four Seasons because I’ve stayed in their properties before. This one was phenomenal, first class service all the way! I had forgotten to bring some meds with me and Jonah had me set up with a local doctor in minutes!! We used the car service for the airport, prompt and comfortable. Our room had an unbelievable view of the harbour, we couldn’t have asked for more. If I’m ever lucky enough to be back in Sydney I will undoubtedly stay at the Four Seasons again.

Really welcoming and the harbour view was great. I loved the lighting options in the room and the “night” light in the bathroom that lit up under the bathroom vanity. Comfy bed and great pillows. I ordered breakfast and coffee and it was brought in some sort of warmer so it was still perfect when it came. I loved being able to keep the room key as a souvenir too. I’ll definitely be staying here again.

Great hotel right in the Rocks area. One step to Circular Quay and the fantastic new Sydney trams on George Street. Lots of dining choices available within walking distance. Not far from the Opera House. Definitely recommend this hotel. Rooms were very clean, staff very friendly and helpful from the moment you walked in the hotel foyer.

My four days at Four Seasons Sydney was perfect! Few understand hospitality like the Four Seasons. Front desk and housekeeping was attentive and seamless. The only areas that could use improvement are service at buffet breakfast - have to look for people to do coffee and waters and orders did not go smoothly, and bellmen and front door were inconsistent - from fantastic to meh. I did not dine here outside of breakfast, which was solid but not overly memorably for this class of hotel. Location is convenient to touristy activities and could not ask for more dining and shopping options. Overall very good and lives up to the FS name. The property is a wee bit older but well kept, and gym is decent, and pool is lovely. A wonderful stay.

Amazing stay! Rooms were clean, conveniently located! This was hands down the BEST customer service I’ve received in a long, long time. Special shoutout to the MODE Kitchen team (Eugenia? Eugene?) — the servers were all incredibly attentive and kind. I genuinely felt so well cared for, I wish I could give them all a hug! The food was absolutely delicious, and I find myself dreaming of going back to this hotel again…

We had a fantastic stay at the Four Seasons! The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. The hotel is perfectly located — just steps from the wharf and close to all the main tourist activities, including hop-on hop-off buses, ferries, and excursions. The views from our room were stunning. We stayed for five nights across two different dates and loved every moment. The breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing — fresh, varied, and delicious. Highly recommended!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and conveniently located close to the Opera House, Sydney Harbour, and The Rocks. It’s just a couple of minutes’ walk to Circular Quay and the light rail stations.
